12. Buying Painting Tools

During the day Siska really kept her promise to Nadia if she would meet Nadia after finishing college. Now Siska is driving her car to Reno's. The security guard opened the gate because he recognized Siska's car.

Siska got out of her car. He saw Reno's car was at home when it was still noon like this.

" Why is Bang Reno's car in the house this afternoon? Did Bang Reno not go to work? " siska muttered as she walked towards the door of the house.

Ting tong ting.

Siska rang the bell beside the door. Soon the door opened and Reno was displayed there.

Today Reno did not go to work because he wanted to accompany Nadia who was at home because Bu Ijah returned to his village because his son was sick. After all, he was not doing any important work today.

Reno looks very handsome by using home clothes that make Siska fascinated.

" Geez, Bang Reno is so handsome that "inner Siska smiled.

" Bang Re's.. Eh Assalamualaikum " said Siska who almost forgot to say hello.

" Walaikumsalam" replied Reno smiling.

" Please go in" Reno said, opening the door wider.

Siska followed the footsteps of Reno who had walked first into the house.

" Nadia, look who came" Reno said to Nadia who was drawing in the living room.

" Siska" said Nadia smiling happily at Siska.

Nadia immediately approached Siska and hugged her tightly. Siska also returned Nadia's embrace and kissed Nadia's head.

" Nadia thought Siska didn't come here" Nadia said after letting go of her arms.

" Then dong. Siska has promised Nadia "answered Siska.

Reno invites Siska to sit on the sofa in the family room.

" Want to drink what? Let Brother make "ask Reno to Siska.

" Haven't bother, Bang. Later if I am thirsty I can take it myself "answered Siska.

Siska approached Nadia who was continuing her image. He was surprised when he saw the results of a very good picture of Nadia.

" Well, Nadia's picture is really good "praise Siska when you see the flowers that Nadia drew.

" Ah thank you, Brother " replied Nadia smiling.

" You have a talent for being this painter. If you develop again you can be an artist ", Siska told Nadia.

" I wanted to be a painter, Kak, but I've never tried painting on canvas. I'm afraid it's bad " replied Nadia.

" Don't be afraid if you haven't tried. I'm sure your painting will be good" said Siska sure that Nadia has extraordinary talent.

Reno only listened to Siska and Nadia chatter. He knew that his daughter was good at drawing, but he found out that she wanted to be a painter.

" Why didn't Nadia tell me Dad? If so Dad will buy Nadia a painting tool later" Reno told Nadia.

" Surely I want to buy Nadia a painting tool? " asked Nadia with sparkling eyes.

He did want a painting tool from a long time ago but he did not dare to ask Reno because Reno was very busy.

" Yes dear " replied Reno smiling.

" Well, we buy it now, Dad. Nadia also wants to take a walk with Father and Sister Siska" Nadia told Reno.

" Well, Siska? " ask Reno to Siska.

Reno was afraid that Siska would mind going for a walk with her and Nadia.

" okay. We go for a walk " replied Siska smiling.

" Yey" said Nadia happily.

" Let's get ready now" Reno told Nadia.

" Let me help Nadia get ready" Siska said so they could leave immediately.

" Okay, " replied Reno.

Siska and Nadia go to Nadia's room and help Nadia change clothes and get ready to go for a walk. So did Reno who went to his room to change clothes.

" Nah, it's done. Let's go out "Siska told Nadia.

Siska held Nadia's hand out of the room. Reno's neat look with black cloth pants and a long shirt that he rolls on his arm makes him look younger.

" Are you ready? " ask Reno to Siska and Nadia.

" Of course, Dad" replied Nadia.

" Let's go now "take Reno.

The three of them came out of the house and Reno locked the door because there was no one at home. There's only a security guard standing guard outside.

" Use your car" Reno told Siska.

Siska nodded her head.

Reno goes to the garage to pick up her car and stops right in front of Siska and Nadia.

" Let's go in" Reno said, opening the windshield.

" Will Nadia sit in front? " ask Siska to Nadia.

Siska did not want Reno to feel uncomfortable because she was sitting next to him because Reno had kept her distance.

" Sister in front. Nadia wants to sit behind " replied Nadia.

Siska opened the car door for Nadia and made sure Nadia was sitting comfortably and she got into the car.

Then Reno runs her car after Siska and Nadia get into the car. During the trip, the car was filled with the voices of Siska and Nadia who kept talking while looking at something on the road. Reno just smiled and just became their listener.

Arriving at one of the malls in Jakarta, Reno and Siska and Nadia went straight to the store that sells painting equipment. Nadia was so enthusiastic when she saw so many painting tools sold there. Nadia drew Siska's hand to choose the painting tool she was going to buy.

" Want a small or large canvas? " siska asked Nadia as they were both choosing the canvas.

" Little one first, sister " replied Nadia.

Reno chose to follow the two of them from behind who were so cool in choosing the canvas regardless of its existence.

Siska and Nadia also chose brushes, paints and also palettes for Nadia to paint. After that they went to the cashier to pay for all the painting tools for Nadia.

" Everything is five hundred thousand" said the store cashier.

Reno paid for a card from her wallet and gave it to the cashier.

" Where are we going after this? " ask Reno to Siska and Nadia after they exit the painting shop.

" We go to the playground, Nadia wants to play there "answered Nadia.

" all right. I put this in the car first, you wait here for a while" Reno told Nadia

Siska and Nadia nodded their heads.

After that Reno went to put the painting tools they had bought into the car in the parking lot. While Siska and Nadia wait for Reno in front of the painting shop.
