35. The Painful Truth

Siska and Nadia had lunch together after performing the prayer dzuhur congregation in the mosque in the house. They had lunch together only because Reno had not returned and Arisa was still at school.

" Want to add, dear? " tag Siska on Nadia.

" Yes Bun" replied Nadia.

Siska also added rice and side dishes to Nadia's plate and they continued for lunch.

After finishing lunch, Siska invited Nadia to take a nap after they sat for a while in the living room. Siska will accompany Nadia until Nadia falls asleep. He even hugged Nadia as Nadia requested and could not let go until Nadia was completely asleep.

" Ah, it seems like she has slumber" said Siska moving her palm in front of Nadia's face.

Siska released her embrace on Nadia's body slowly so that Nadia did not feel her movements and woke up.

" Beautiful sleep, dear" said Siska, clenching Nadia's forehead before she got out of Nadia's bed.

Siska got out of bed and out of Nadia's room. Siska looks for Bu Ijah to ask where Reno's room is because she wants to get things straight so she can cook for dinner later.

" Mommy, where's Mas Reno's room? " ask Siska to Bu Ijah.

" Mr Reno's room is on the second floor, Madam " replied Ms. Ijah.

Bu Ijah changed his call to Siska because Siska was now the wife of his master.

" Let me drop off, Madam" said Ms. Ijah.

Siska also walked in the footsteps of Bu Ijah who would take her to Reno's room.

" Please, Madam. This is Mr. Reno's room " said Bu Ijah when they were in front of Reno's room.

" Thank you, ma'am" Siska told Ms. Ijah.

" Yes Madam " replied Ms. Ijah.

" Then I say back" said Bu Ijah to Siska.

Siska nodded her head.

After Bu Ijah left Siska also brought two suitcases that were still in front of the door to enter Reno's room.

" Well, it's really heavy these two suitcases" said Siska pulling the two suitcases.

Siska placed the two suitcases containing her belongings in the corner of the room and turned to look at Reno's room.

Deg.

Siska's heart that was feeling happy because it was just married to Reno immediately felt like it was pierced by thousands of thorns when he saw Reno's room full of friendly photos between Reno and Anisa. Either Reno forgets to take it off or Reno accidentally doesn't let go because she can't get rid of all the good memories with Anisa, but it's clear Siska's heart hurts to see that.

Siska's tears fell down her cheeks. He just silently looked at the photo on the wall of the room. The sincere and airy chest that he was trying to do now changed with jealousy and heartache seeing that.

Siska closed her eyes and tried to calmly accept the fact that hurt her heart so much.

" I should have known all this. Mas Reno can't love me. He can't even escape all the good memories with Mbak Anisa in the room that we will occupy" said Siska with a sliced heart.

Siska wiped away the tears that had soaked her cheeks and she came out of the room with her two suitcases. He could not stay in that room if there were still all the memories of Reno and Anisa. He does not want the household to continue to be imagined with the past Reno.

" Ijah ma'am "call Siska after taking her two suitcases down the stairs.

" Yes Madam " replied Ms. Ijah.

Bu Ijah was quite surprised when he saw the wife of his employer was carrying her suitcase back.

" Is there still an empty room? " ask Siska to Bu Ijah.

" Yes Madam. In this house there are still two empty guest rooms " replied Ms. Ijah.

" Could you please take me to one of those rooms" Siska said she would stay in the room.

" I'm sorry, ma'am, but why would the Madam want another room? Isn't Madam going to stay in Mr Reno's room? " ask Ms. Ijah.

" I feel uncomfortable in that room, Mom. So I want the other room "siska replied lying.

" Alright, Madam. Let me take " said Bu Ijah.

Bu Ijah did not ask anymore because he did not want to make the wife of his employer feel uncomfortable because he asked a lot.

Bu Ijah delivers Siska and helps her carry one of Siska's suitcases to the guest room downstairs.

" Thank you, ma'am" said Siska in front of a room.

" Together, Madam " replied Ms. Ijah.

Then Siska went into the room with both suitcases and locked the door. Siska laid her body on the bed in the room and cried without making her voice. He didn't want anyone to know he was crying right now.

" Why are you doing this with me, Mom? If you don't love me why do you marry me and act like you love me? " siska said softly in her tears.

Siska continued to cry until she unconsciously fell asleep because she was tired of crying.

Siska woke up when time showed at four in the afternoon. Siska rushed to take a bath and performed the ashar prayer in the room. After that, Siska came out of the room to cook dinner.

" Let me cook for dinner, Mom" Siska said when she saw Ms. Ijah preparing the ingredients for cooking.

" Good Madam " replied Ms. Ijah.

Siska began cooking dinner with the help of Bu Ijah.

Suddenly Nadia went into the kitchen and approached Siska who was cooking.

" Mother "call Nadia.

Siska who was cooking turned to Nadia. " Eh, unfortunately Mommy has woken up" said Siska smiling.

" I was looking for Mommy in Dad's room but Mommy is not there " said Nadia who is now standing behind Siska.

" Mommy fell asleep in the lower room dear "answered Siska.

" Why don't you sleep in Dad's room? " ask Nadia to Siska.

Siska let out a long breath before answering Nadia's question. Her heart was still so sore considering the reason for not wanting to stay in Reno's room.

" Mother is not comfortable in the room Dad so Mother in the room below just " replied Siska with a forced smile.

" When Mother is not comfortable sleeping in Dad's room. Mommy sleeps alone in Nadia's room with Nadia" said Nadia because she also wants to sleep with Siska.

" Well, Mommy will sleep in Nadia's room later" replied Siska.

" Nadia is waiting at the dinner table. Mommy has to cook before Dad gets home" Siska told Nadia.

" Yes Mother " replied Nadia.

Nadia went to sit at the dinner table and saw Siska cooking.
