54. Talk to Reno

Reno just got home at one o'clock in the night. He opened the main door with the key that he was carrying because he did not want to wake the house person if he came home late like this.

" Assalamualaikum" Reno said slowly as she entered the house.

Reno closed the main door again and entered the living room. But he was taken aback when he saw Siska sleeping on the sofa.

" Athaghfirullahalazim, why does Dek Siska sleep here? Is he waiting for me to go home " said Reno approached Siska who was still sleeping with a sitting position.

" I'm sorry dear, Mas came home last night and you fell asleep here waiting for Mas" said Reno staring at the face of Siska who was asleep.

Reno put her briefcase on the table and carried Siska to their room. Reno tries to move slowly so as not to wake Siska up.

Upon reaching their room, Reno slid Siska's body on the bed slowly. She also removed the instant hijab on Siska's head.

" Mending I clean up first" Reno said.

Reno took a pajama from her closet and went into the bathroom to clean and change her clothes.

Ten minutes later, Reno was out in her pajama suit. He climbed onto the bed and joined Siska to sleep.

" Good sleep, dear" said Reno, peeping at Siska.

After that Reno began to close her eyes and sleep by hugging Siska's body.

Siska woke up when she heard the voice of the person who was teaching. Siska opened her eyes slowly. He saw Reno sitting on a prayer mat with a Qur'an in his hand.

Siska saw a wall clock that almost showed at five in the morning. Siska immediately sat on the edge of the bed while waiting for Reno to finish teaching her.

Reno stops her activities after realizing that Siska is awake. Reno smiled at Siska and placed her Qur'an on the nightstand.

" Why don't I wake up to pray tahajud together? " ask Siska as Reno is already sitting next to her.

" I can't bear to wake up you who are really sleeping" Reno replied.

" Tomorrow I will wake up, Mas. I also want to pray tahajud with you "siska told Reno.

" Yes dear " replied Reno smiling.

Siska recalled that last night she fell asleep on the living room couch while waiting for Reno to come home but she was already in the room when she woke up.

" What moved me to my room last night? " ask Siska and Reno replied with a nod of the head.

" Why don't you wake me up. I'll be heavy, you'll have to carry me from below "Siska told Reno.

" No papa, honey. I also don't feel like you're heavy " replied Reno with a smile.

" I'm sorry for coming home last night and making you wait for me" Reno said.

" Yes, don't you " replied Siska.

" Yes, I want to get ready for dawn prayers. Soon the azan "said Siska standing from her seat.

Reno nodded her head.

Siska went into the bathroom to take a bath and took ablution water because not long after that there was a sound of dawn.

Reno and Siska performed congregational dawn prayers in their rooms. Siska kissed Reno's hand when they finished praying. Reno also did not forget to kiss Siska's forehead.

" I cook for breakfast first, Mas "said Siska while folding her face.

" Yes dear " replied Reno.

After finishing breakfast, Siska plans to talk to Reno about Nadia who wants to attend a regular school. It just so happens that today Reno does not go to work and he also has a daytime lecture schedule.

Siska approached Reno who was sitting on the back terrace while enjoying a cup of coffee made by Siska.

" Mum, I want to say something to you" Siska said after sitting next to Reno.

" What are you talking about, honey? " ask Reno after putting down her coffee cup.

" Gini Mas, Nadia was healed and now she is healthy. Nadia says she wants to go to a regular school. He wants to be able to interact with children his age and have many friends. I also watch Nadia every day playing alone and surely she is lonely, especially we also have their respective activities. At least he can be a little entertained by having friends at school. I want to give Nadia permission to go to a regular school" Siska told Reno.

Reno was silent for a while after listening to what Siska had said. He also wants Nadia to live her life normally like other children.

" Well, we can enroll Nadia in a regular school during the new school year and Nadia does not need homeschooling anymore" Reno replied.

Siska who heard that was also very happy. " Thank you, Mom. Nadia must be very sad with this horror "said Siska very happy.

" Yes Dear. Mas will do anything for Nadia's happiness and you "Reno replied smiling.

" We have to tell Nadia now" Siska said excitedly.

" Yes, let's tell Nadia "Reno replied.

Reno and Siska enter the house to tell Nadia the good news.

" Dear, Mother there is good news for Nadia" Siska told Nadia.

" What is Mother? " ask Nadia curiously.

" Dad gave Nadia permission to go to school in a regular school. The same father Mother will register Nadia during the new school year "answer Siska.

Nadia was surprised and happy when she heard that. " really, Bun? " ask Nadia to make sure.

" Yes Dear. You ask me ", replied Siska smiling.

Nadia saw Reno standing behind Siska. " really, Dad? " ask Nadia to Reno.

" Yes dear " replied Reno smiling.

" Thank you, Dad" said Nadia very happy and immediately embraced Reno.

" Yes dear "Reno replied back to Nadia's embrace.

Siska smiled when she saw Nadia who was so happy because her wish was fulfilled.

" Nadia should also thank Mommy" Reno said after Nadia let go of their embrace.

Nadia also hugged Siska. " Thank you, Mother" said Nadia.

" Yes Dear. Whatever Mother will do for the happiness of this child Mother "answered Siska peeping Nadia's head.

Happiness again approached Reno because he could get Siska as a wife and mother who was very good for Nadia.
