CHAPTER 88. Edward Dear Grandpa!

"Silence Edward. I'll get you a private plane home tonight. I'll catch up tomorrow with Daddy and Mommy" Arthur said.

"What's wrong with Arthur?" lily asked confusedly.

"Honey. What's the reason you're crying. You don't scare me" Lily hugged Edward.

"You should go home now, Lily. I've got my men ready for the flight right now. Get ready, I'll take you to the airport" Arthur said.

"What's up, brother. Tell me" Edward still hugged Edward and asked Arthur.

"You'll know after, you've reached Humburg" replied Arthur.

After they've cleared up. Arthur takes Lily and Edward to the airport. Arthur's family's plane was ready to take them to Humburg.

"You guys careful. My parents and I are going to Humburg tomorrow morning" Arthur said.

"Thank you Arthur" Edward said in a sad tone.

"We go home first, brother. Greetings to Uncle and Aunt" Lily said.

Lily knows now. That Edward was crying because Gabriel was in the hospital. This is what Lily was afraid of. Gabriel had his heart crushed when he heard Edward was leaving Humburg.

"Grandpa .. grandpa must be strong. Edward goes home Grandpa" Edward cries in Lily's arms.

Lily hugged and calmed Edward down. He must be strong and strong for his fiancee. He should not look weak, at least for now.

"Honey. Grandpa will be fine. He will hold on for you, baby. Grandpa has proved it until now, if Grandpa can still take care of you" said Lily.

Ferdinand was silent. Lily tried to calm Edward down, so as not to act foolishly.

Edward was torn between sadness and anger. He made one to vent his emotions.

After arriving at the hospital. Edward immediately ran into Gabriel's room. He even forgot about Lily who was beside him.

doctor Luis cried. Edward was terrified of losing his grandfather. During his work with Gabriel's family, Luis' doctor never saw Edward cry and worried about Gabriel.

doctor Luis was both happy and sad, because Gabriel could not see his granddaughter who was so sad and frightened that something bad happened to her.

All this time Edward only showed his dislike for Gabriel. However, Gabriel felt sure that his grandson loved him very much.

"Grandpa woke up, Edward please wake up Grandpa" Edward stared at Gabriel's body full of hoses attached to the old man's body.

"Edward apologizes Grandpa. Edward loved Grandpa. Please wake up for Edward Grandpa" Edward hugged Gabriel.

doctor Luis was silent. He only observed the two people in front of him with mixed feelings. A sight he had not seen all this while Gabriel was still healthy.

luis' doctor approached and examined Gabriel, who was helpless in the patient's bed.

After examining Gabriel, Luis' doctor was relieved after examining the condition of the 70-year-old grandfather.

"How is Grandpa doctor?" ask Edward worriedly.

Edward breathed a sigh of relief. Edward hugged his grandfather back and kissed his grandfather's forehead and hands.

"Why hasn't Grandpa opened his eyes yet doctor?" ask Edward.

"Thank you doctor" Edward hugged Luis.

"Let your Grandpa rest. We'll wait for tomorrow morning. May the great sir come to his senses and open his eyes again" replied doctor Luis.

"I'll wait here doctor. I want Grandpa to see me first when he opens his eyes" Edward said.

"Yes it's okay. Push that button if there's anything with the big master. I'm in that room" Luis' doctor pointed to his study.

"Yes doctor Luis" replied Edward.

"Your grandfather loves you very much, Edward. Don't worry about him again after this. His heart is weak" doctor Luis said.

"Good doctor Luis. I also love Grandpa. Only Grandpa I have. I have no one left" Edward saw Gabriel's still-loyal body close his eyes.

doctor Luis leaves Gabriel and Edward in the ICU room.Luis' doctor orders the nurse to monitor Gabriel intensively.
