"Mr Edward!!" Arthur is shocked to see Edward in Lily's room.

"Mr Arthur" said Edward no less surprised when he saw Arthur enter Lily's room.

In their brains they're full of questions about why Arthur is here and why Edward is here. They are busy with their own thoughts.

"Master Arthur why is he here?" ask Edward.

"I should have asked Mr. Edward that question" Arthur replied.

Arthur approached Edward and Edward stood up to take off Lily's hand. Edward approached Arthur.

"You mean what Mr. Arthur, this patient is my employee. So I'm here now" replied Edward.

'So Lily worked with Mr. Edward all along. What Lily told me about the grumpy young master who helped her life was Edward' Inner Arthur.

"I happened to help this girl Mr. Edward" Arthur said.

For a while Arthur won't unlock the identities of himself and Lily. Before Edgar himself told Lily. Right now, Arthur's gonna pretend he doesn't know Lily. Stay a stranger.

"Thank you, Mr. Arthur. But how can you help Lily, Mr Arthur?" ask Edward.

"I happened to come to college looking for someone. When I got there, I saw a crowd of students. I asked one of the students passing by. Someone has fainted. Then I took him to the Hospital" replied Arthur honestly about the actual incident.

"Thank you very much, Mr. Arthur. Did you find the person you were looking for?" ask Edward.

Arthur can't be honest, if he found Lily. Because she herself had not told Lily herself directly.

"Already Sir. After this I will return to Paris to bring Daddy to meet the girl" replied Arthur.

"You didn't take him with you to Paris?" ask Edward.

"No Sir. Let him be here. He's with good people so I think he'll be fine" Arthur replied.

"I'm glad to hear it, Mr. Arthur" Edward said.

"Thank you, Mr. Edward. By the way, this girl seems very important to Mr. Edward. Is he a special officer?" ask Arthur directly to the point.

Edwars smiled awkwardly. He rubbed his nape a nervous sign. Arthur saw nervousness in Edward's attitude.

"No need to answer, sir. I already know the answer. The doctor said that the patient had typhoid pain and dehydration" said Arthur.

"Dehydration?" edward was shocked.

"Yes sir, said the doctor who examined the patient. Patients are dehydrated because for 2 days no food or drink intake enters the patient's body. So the patient dropped and fell unconscious because his immunity decreased" Arthur explained the doctor's explanation to Edward.

"How can Lily not eat and drink for 2 days?" edward muttered.

"Because there is already Mr. Edward who takes care of patients here, I better say goodbye. Tomorrow I will come back to Paris. I hope the patient is conscious. Please take good care of the patient, Mr. Edward. I leave this sweet girl to you" said Arthur.

Arthur looked at Lily for a moment and smiled. 'Lily, you will no longer be alone. You still have a brother who will protect you. I'll be back with Daddy to see you Lily' Inner Arthur.

After seeing Lily. Arthur said goodbye to Edward. Edward is very grateful to Arthur, because Arthur saved Lily.

"I owe you Mr. Arthur 2 times you helped me" Arthur said.

"No, Mr. Edward. I am indebted to you. Because of you, I was able to successfully find the girl I was looking for" Arthur said.

"What do you mean, Mr Arthur? I didn't do anything. How you owe me a debt of gratitude" Edward said.

"When I go back to Humburg. I'll give you the answer" Arthur patted Edward on the shoulder.

Arthur exits Lily's room and is escorted by Edward to her doorstep. Edward went back into the room and held Lily's hand.

"Wake Lily up I'm here" Edward kissed Lily's hand and looked at Lily.

Edward stood up and smiled seeing Lily come to a realization. Lilly looked around. Her body is so limp.

"Lily" Edward rubbed Lily's head.

"Tuaaannn" Lily's voice still sounded weak. Lily suddenly fainted

Edward's panicked. She twitched Lily's body but kept her eyes closed. Edward pressed a button near the patient.

Not long after the nurse and the doctor came into Lily's room, the doctor examined quietly with the nurse beside him.

Edward was so scared, he panicked. While the doctor smiled at Edward, the doctor finished checking the doctor and told the nurse to give the medicine so that Lily's body was not weak anymore.

"How are the patients?" ask Edward worriedly.

"Master need not worry. Miss Lily is fine. He's just too weak. Eat him back unconscious. I had the nurse give me medicine to make it a little stronger" the doctor explained to Edward about Lily's condition.

"Thank God then. Thank you doctor" Edward said.

"Are you the guardian of the patient?" ask doctor.

"Yes doctor. What's the matter, doctor?" answer Edward.

"Patients are severely dehydrated, preferably later if the patient is conscious. You give the patient a drink and take this medicine" the doctor points the medicine over the patient's nightstand.

"Good doctor" replied Edward.

"I'll excuse you, sir. Later if there is anything contact us through this button" said the doctor.

"My doctor thank you" said Edward.

the doctor and nurse came out of Lily's room. Only Edward and Lily remained unconscious.

Edward climbed onto the patient's bed. She hugged Lily from the side. Edward kissed Lily's forehead many times.

"Wake Lily, banguunn. I'm here, I'm sorry I made you like this" Edward stroked Lily's cheek.

Edward wanted Lily to feel his presence now. Lily still didn't open her eyes.

Edward finally fell asleep beside Lily while hugging Lily's body. Lily regained her senses and opened her eyes. His head was still too heavy, he felt that there was a hand hugging him.

His body is still very weak. Lily looked to the side. He was shocked when he saw Edward's face beside him.

"Where am I?"Lily looked around. He felt alien to his place now. Because it was not his room but Edward dared to embrace him.

In his hand also attached an infusion hose. Now Lily understands that she is now in the hospital.

"Mrsl. Tuuaann woke up" Lily rubbed Edward's hand that was on her stomach.

Edward squirms at Lily's touch. Edward opened his eyes, and saw Lily staring at his face with a smile.

"Lilly. You're sober baby" Edward kissed Lily's cheek many times his happy crotch.

"Already Sir. It's been. My head is still dizzy" Lily held onto her head.

"A little while" Edward got out of bed. He took medicine and drinking water for Lily.

Edward raises Lily's bed so she can relax while Lily sits down for medicine.

"Take Lily's medicine first" Edward gives Lily medicine.

After taking the medicine Lily was returned to lying on the hospital bed. Edward was very happy when he saw Lily had regained consciousness. Unceasingly Edward kissed Lily's Hand with a happy feeling.

True love looks at weaknesses, then becomes an advantage to love each other.
