"Gulaschsuppe, Sauerkraut, Kartoffelsalat, Falscher and Bratwurst" said Aunt Ema.

Gulaschsuppe is a German cuisine. Condensed soup containing beef or pork. This meat is not cut as usual, but this meat is chopped rather large. Usually, the Germans eat this soup with bread.

Sauerkraut is a typical German culinary made from fine slices of fermented white cabbage. It tastes sour, but fresh and delicious. Sauerkraut also nourishes the body, because this culinary contains vitamin C. Sauerkraut is also suitable to be served when the weather is cold.

Kartoffelsalat or potato salad is one of the typical German culinary, which is made from boiled potato pieces mixed with tomatoes, vinegar, mayonnaise, fresh onions, milk dressing, eggs, vinegar, and beef.

Falscher Hase is a typical German cuisine made from minced beef mixed with eggs, flour and onions. Falscher hase can be served by slicing it flat and flavored with a little sauce on it. This dish is also suitable to be eaten along with potatoes.

Bratwurst is one of the most famous wursts in Germany. Bratwurst is a typical German sausage dish cooked by roasting.
