CHAPTER 78. Leon Is In Big Trouble

Leon rushes to wake up because he's bad luck. Not having time to return to the main house, Leon leaves for the office from Kimmy's apartment.

Leon has some work clothes and casual clothes in Kimmy's apartment that he intentionally lives in if the situation is impromptu like today.

"Darling breakfast first. I made you a sandwich" Kimmy said.

"I'll eat at the office, baby. I'm late already. Master must be mad at me" Leon replied while wearing a tie.

Luckily Paula and Zain had gone to his brother's house early in the morning because they had to return to Berlin in the afternoon.

If Zain and Paula hadn't gotten up in the morning, Leon would still be sleeping. Hearing Zain and Paula's noise. Leon woke up immediately.

"Yes, you brought the sandwich, baby. You'll eat at the office" Kimmy gave Leon a box of supplies.

Leon smiled and got into the elevator to get down to the bottom of the basemant.

"I must be angry with this young master. Moreover, my phone is damaged and can not be contacted" muttered Leon in the elevator.

Edward had already left for the office by driving his own car. Edward also drove Lily to college.

"Not Mr. Edward" Kimberly replied.

"Where's Leon. He's not usually like this. His number could not be reached either" Edward murmured resentfully.

"Kimberly, if Leon comes. Tell him to go to my room" Edward ordered.

"Okay sir" Kimberly replied.

Edward entered the workroom with a feeling of annoyance, because Leon was negligent in work.

"Where did leon go? Aunt Ema said Leon didn't come home. His phone was also cut. Is this because he's dating Kimmy, so he forgot his job. Watch out for you Leon" Edward clenched his teeth and clenched his hands on the table.

"Get in" said Edward from inside the room.

"Sorry Master" Leon spoke in disgust as he ran from the parking lot to the elevator.

By the time Leon reached the parking lot, he had seen Edward's car already hanging in the special parking lot of the leader. He already felt cold sweat.

"Why are you late?" asked Edward in a cold tone.

"Kimmy's place?" guess Edward.

"Yes. Sir" Leon didn't dare look at Edward.

"I never forbid you to date Leon. I also support you to be in love with Kimmy. But that does not mean you can be as good as yourself at work. You know I'm Leon, I don't like people who aren't professional at work" Leon said in a cold tone.

"I'm sorry, sir. I won't repeat it again. This is the first and last time I was late" Leon said guiltily.

"Go home. You do not need to work for 1 week. I'm going to give your job to Jason" Edward said.

"Don't Master, I beg you" Leon knelt in front of Edward.

"Go home Leon. You reflect on your mistakes. For the next 1 week you do not need to go into the office. Let all your work be done by Jason" Edward said without expression.

Leon crying. He felt that failure had made Edward angry at him. To give his work to others.

Edward calls Kimberly to call Jason into her room. Heard Edward telling Kimberly to send Jason to Edward's room. Leon approached Edward behind his desk.

"My master please. I'm sorry, I won't call it again. Don't leave my job to anyone else" Leon pleaded with Edward.

"Your mistake wasn't just Leon's late. But you also left Grandpa in the main house. Your phone cannot be contacted either. Is Kimmy so important that you have to turn off your phone and do not want to be disturbed" said Edward still pressed his words so as not to explode his anger.

"It's not like that, sir. I can explain Sir. Please give me a chance to explain everything" Leon still pleaded with Edward.

"Speak. I give you a chance to explain your reasons why you didn't go home" Edward said slightly softened.

Edward wanted to hear Leon's reasoning. Why he's late. Though Leon has never been late in terms of managing his time.

Leon told me why he got late and didn't sleep in the main house last night. And about his engagement with Kimmy.

Leon accidentally slipped into the story of Kimmy's words about Edward falling in love with Lily who is just an ordinary employee.

Edward's hands clenched and his eyes glared at Leon. Leon feels guilty for failing to say the reason he had a fight with Kimmy.

"Say LEON" Edward yelled at Leon.

This time Leon won't survive having woken up a sleeping lion. Edward's anger grew even more, when he heard Lily was denigrated because of the social status she had.

Leon says what Kimmy said to Lily. Edward pushes Leon and takes the car keys.

Edward walked out of the room in a furious rage. Jason saw Edward out of the room. Not so go in, because Edward left with emotion on his face.

Leon is chasing an emotional Edward. Leon doesn't want to have a cousin fight.

"Master. Where are you going? don't drive Sir. Let me drive" Leon held Edward's hand.

Edward threw Leon's hand. Because Leon was too tight to hit the car next to him.

"Don't interfere with Leon. I will warn your lover not to talk carelessly and be respectful to others" Edward said.

Edward got in the car. Leon also got into the car. Leon followed Edward's car from behind. Edward was like a man of infidelity. For him no one can degrade Lily's status. Whoever he is he's gonna beat that guy up.

Leon is very nervous. After all, this was all also his fault, due to the lack of speech. Leon can't do anything to defend Kimmy. Edward was not playing physically. Leon will stay quiet.

Leon knows Edward's character. Edward's anger is that he won't hit women. Because his master loved his mother very much.
