CHAPTER 4. Deal

"I met Lily at Mr. Leon's bus stop. Lily ran away from her uncle's house" Maria said. "Let's tell me who Lily is, Miss Maria" Leon said.

The Flashback

When I get home from work at 5pm. Maria was waiting for the bus to take her home.

Mary sat next to the crying young girl. Seeing her cry, Maria was heartless. Finally Mary asked the young girl.

"Why are you, son, who's fighting?" ask Maria. The young girl then barked her head, she wanted to see who was asking. "I ran away from home" said the young girl with a cry.

"Whose name are you, son?" ask Maria. "I'm Lily ma'am" Lily said as she wiped away her tears. "Why did Lily run away from home? ask Maria. "I can't stand living with my uncle and Mom" Lily replied.

"What did your uncle and his family do to make you run away? ask Mary to be curious.

"I am always told to and sometimes I am not fed if my work is not finished yet" said Lily held back her tears that would break again.

"I intend to find work and stay away from my uncle's family, Mom" Lily said, crying again. "That's a pity, son, you're so young" Maria said.

"You want to come with mom? it just so happened that my mother just lived with my mother" Maria said. " Did I not trouble you? ask Lily.

"Not at all. You want to stay where it is, it's late in the afternoon soon" Maria held Lily's hand.

"Whose mother's name? ask Lily. "I'm Maria, just call me Miss Mary" said Maria. " Let's have the bus come to my house first, later if you want to find a place to stay, I help" Maria stood towards the bus that will take them home.

Flashback off

"So Lily didn't bring a hijasah sir, when she ran away from home. But I'm sure Lili is Mr. Leon's good son" Maria assured Leon.

"Do you know that Mr. Edward broke a bone because of the carelessness of the new employee" Leon spoke firmly.

"Sorry sir, I don't know. I'll talk to Lily to be more careful at work" Maria said.

"That's not the case, Miss Maria. Glass cleaning job instead of male employee job, why can Lily do it?" ask Leon.

"Sorry Mr. Leon, the job is usually Bastian who does it but he's not allowed today to go to work because his mother is sick" replied Maria a little nervous.

"Yes, then, Miss Mary, even though Lily went to work because of Miss Mary, Mr. Edward must know. Please call Lily to Mr. Edward's room" Leon said.

"Well Mr. Leon. If there is nothing to talk about anymore, I want to call Lily" said Maria.

when Maria arrived at the clean-up room, Maria called Lily. "Lily, you're being sent to the CEO's office right now" Maria said.

"What's wrong mom, I'm scared. Did I get fired ma'am" Lily said nervously. "No Lily. Mr. Edward just wants to know the new employees who enter the company" Maria said calmly.

"Yes, I went to Mr. Edward's room" Lily said, still anxious.

"You know Mr. Edward, Lily" asked Amora. Lily shook her head. "Be careful he is very cruel when it comes to work" said Martin.

Geck...Tok.tookkk.

"Get in" said Edward from inside the room. "Happy Afternoon Mr. Edward" Lily said nervously. He lowered his head.

"Good Afternoon. Sit down Miss" said Edward. Lyli walked towards the sofa in the middle of the room.

Edward stood up from his seat of pride and sat down in front of Lily. "Your name is Lily? ask Edward. "Yes, sir" when answering Lily just remembered that the man in front of her now was the man whose hand she overcame with her body but morning.

Seeing the cast hanging in Edward's hand, Lily felt guilty. "I'm sorry, Mr. Edward, I really did accidentally hurt you. Please don't fire me sir. I desperately need this job" Lily cupped her two hands to the front of her chest.

Lily wishes she hadn't been fired for harming Edward. "What's your full name, miss? ask Edward. "Lily White, Sir" Lily said.

"How much do you think Miss is?"

" 18 years, sir"

"It's still very young. Aren't you in school?"

"I've graduated from High School"

"Did your family not want you to go to college?"

"You still want to work here?"

"Yes sir. Please don't fire me, sir"

"There are 1 condition that you must do, if you want to keep working here"

"The condition is what sir, whatever I will do as long as I still work here"

"My hand is broken because of your carelessness. For the next 2 weeks I should not do excessive activity. Your job is to take care of me until my hands heal. From today you will stay in my apartment" Edward said.

"But, Mister. What about my current job?"

"It can be arranged. It's up to you, you want to get fired or take care of me until I get well"

"Alright, my Master will take care of you until you recover. Sir is sick also because of my mistake"

"good. Now come with me home"

"I'll take the bag first in my room, sir"

"Hu'um you wait downstairs, we'll go home together"

As Lily stood, Edward's door opened.

"Loh, Miss Lily is here" Leon said

"Yes, Leon sir. I was told by Mr. Edward to come here" Lily replied.

"Leon we're home now" Edward stood up, then picked up the cell phone at the table.

"I'm sorry Mr. Edward, Mr. Leon" Lily left them.

"Please Miss Lily" Leon opens the door wider, so Lily can pass.

edward was just a manganese. Lily then left them. Edward and Leon also walked out of the room.

After Edward and Leon got to the ground floor, Lily was already standing outside the office door waiting for Edward to come home. Lily followed Edward and Leon. Leon who does not know Edward's plan with Lily, feels awkward with the attitude of his master.

"Sir why Miss Lily is following us" Leon's brain is full of question marks.

"You don't want to ask Leon that much. He'll come with us home" Edward said.

"The big master's house?" ask Leon curious.

"No, to my apartment. He will take care of me until I recover" replied Edward.

"WHAT!!! what if the great master asks sir?"

"Let's just say I want to sleep in the apartment for a while. You're the one who went home to Grandpa's" Edward said.

They kept talking all the way to the car. Lily was standing behind them.

"Lily you're sitting in front, next to Leon" Edward said.

"Okay, sir" Lily replied.

The three of them finally headed to Edward's apartment. Leon returns to the Edward family's main house, after delivering Edward and Lily to Edward's apartment.
