CHAPTERS 16. Lily Fever

Edward went out of the office and didn't come back until the afternoon and his phone was off. Upon Leon's return from meeting the client, he asks Kimberly.

"Has Mr Edward returned Kim?" ask Leon

"It was noon, sir. But after Mr. Edward left again and has not returned Mr. Leon" Kimberly replied.

"Yes already then. You're not coming home?" ask Leon.

"It's getting ready to go home sir" Kimberly smiled.

Leon just nodded his head. Then get out of Kimberly's room. When he entered the room, Leon did not see Lily.

"Maybe Lily's home. It's late afternoon" muttered Leon. Leon puts the file on the table and gets ready to go home.

"What time is it? my body hurts all" Lily stretched her body. After a long day, he slept in the CEO's chair.

"Haahh it's 6pm" Lily looked at the clock on the CEO's room wall. "Is Mr. Edward not coming back to the office again, after meeting the client" Lily spoke to herself.

"I have to go home, I'll cook Mr. Edward's favorite" Lily took her bag at the table and left Edward's room.

When Lily arrives at the apartment, she doesn't find Edward. Lily knocked on Edward's door but there was no answer.

Lily ventured to open Edward's room but it was dark. Lily turned on the room light but didn't find Edward there. Lily even searches for Eward in the bathroom but does not find Edward.

"Mr Edward where you are, why haven't you been home" Lily walked into the kitchen.

Dueerr ... Duueerr

A loud thunderclap was heard from Edward's apartment. Lily pulls the curtain to seal the big glass in Edward's apartment.

"Why is it suddenly raining so hard. Though there was no sign of rain" Lily murmured.

Lily continued cooking in the kitchen. Cooking Edward's favorite food. Kesepatzle and beef lasagna.

Kesepatzle is a dish that originated in Germany. This menu is a simple pasta dish that combines a paste of spatzle with a mixture of creamy liquid cheese. Pasta or noodles are made with eggs, flour, milk or water, and condiments such as salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Carousel refers to a melted cheese mixture, which is usually made from a combination of two or more types of cheese such as edam, gouda, fontina, gruyere, appenzeller, or emmental cheese.

Lasagna itself is literally a meat-filled lasagne. Lasagna itself can be filled with many other fillings such as meat, vegetables, chicken, seafood and so on according to taste.

Lasagna skin is made from wheat flour dough that after being given fillings, then baked until cooked.

"All set, I'll put it on the table. Later if Mr. Edward comes home to eat" Lily is satisfied with the results of his cooking.

"Be quiet stomach. We'll eat when you get home. It turns out I haven't eaten all day, it's worth it that I'm a little limp and really hungry" Lily stroked her stomach.

Lily waited for Edward on the sofa. He hoped his master would come home soon.

"It's 8 p.m. Why didn't Mr. Edward come home. Outside the rain was very heavy" Lily felt anxious.

Lily paced back and forth like an iron. Not to be silent. He was very worried about Edward. But what I thought didn't even know where.

"I'll just go downstairs, I'll wait for you downstairs" Lily said.

Lily finally came down to the front of the apartment building.There was a bench to sit on. Lily ignored her cold self.

Lily sat next to the small garden. That place is strategic. Lily can see Edward coming home. Lily continued to rub her arms, due to the cold.

Lily saw the little boy not far from her sitting down. The boy slips off in the rain. Lily approached the boy. Lily persuaded him not to let the rain hurt.

He did not bring an umbrella and his body was soaked. The boy was still crying, when Lily persuaded him to enter the building.

"Goddess ... Ardy .. where you are Ardy" a woman of about 36 years old, calling Ardy's name.

"Mama" the little boy replied.

"Why are you raining, son?" The woman hugged Ardi, in wet clothes.

"Ardi waits for papa, ma huu huuu" Ardy cries again.

"We just wait for papa inside, son, papa must come home" the woman tried to calm her child.

Lily who heard the mother and child talk was also sad. He imagined himself as having no one. And now Lily's threatened with no job.

"Miss thank you for finding my son" said the woman with 1 child.

"Sama-sama Madam" Lily slightly bowed her body.

"Miss excuse me first, I'm afraid Ardy is sick. I have to change Ardy's clothes. Miss also had to change clothes, so as not to get sick" said the short-haired woman.

"Yes, ma'am" Lily replied.

Ardy and his mom left Rania alone in front of the building. Lily sat back in a chair near the small garden.

"Why you haven't come home yet. Please go home, sir. Tell me, what my mistake is. I promise, I won't repeat that mistake again. Provided Master doesn't fire me" Lily murmured with a shiver.

Lily felt cold but she kept waiting for Edward in the chair. Perhaps due to sleepiness, Lily fell asleep on the bench curled up from the cold.

"Non, wake up Non" the Apartment Security Guard woke up the sleeping Lily.

hemhemheemmheeemmmm Lily's voice was cold. His body shivered with cold.

"Mr Edward ... Mr. Edward forgive me" Lily's mouthful. Lily always mentioned Edward.

"How's this. Miss's body was shivering and always called Mr. Edward's name" the security guard spoke to his friend.

"I yo ora understand Jon" replied the other guard with Javanese accent.

Edward's innocence passes through two security guards who are waking Lily up.

"What are you doing with that girl? you guys want to be perverted" Edward spoke out.

Edward had not seen Lily because the 2 guards immediately stood back to Lily.

"No sir, we're han-"

"Mr Edward forgive me, Mr. Edward ... Mr. Edward..." Lily was nervous about calling Edward's name.

Edward immediately put away the 2 guards in front of him with both hands to the left and to the right.

The two guards almost fell. While Edward rounded his eyes, saw Lily soaking wet and shivering and mentioned his name.

"Lily" Edward immediately holds Lily up to his apartment unit. Edward was so panicked, he did not care anymore about his anger towards Lily. Now the most important thing for Edward is that Lily isn't cold anymore.

Edward put Lily to bed. Edward called dr. Luis to come check on Lily.

"I have to change Lily's clothes. But how" Edward tangent.

Finally he picked up the shirt Lily used to wear. Edward undressed Lily and all of her clothes with his eyes closed.

Then Edward put a shirt on Lily's body. Edward covers Lily all over Lily's body, so Lily feels warm.

The sound of bells. Edward then ran to open the door and he had not even changed his clothes.

"drs. Luis, come on in the dock" Edward led dr. Luis went into his room. Luis simply complied with Edward's attitude.

"Please check on this girl doc" Edward said. Edward was panicking.

"How is dr. Luis? " ask Edward.

"This girl was exposed to Edward's hypothermia, was this girl in a cold place and not wearing warm clothes?" ask dr. Luis.

" Yes doc. I was carrying her from below, and her clothes were all wet and her body was shivering and her face was pale" replied Edward.

"you've done the right self-care Edward. Dress wet and cover the entire body. I'll give you some heat-lowering medicine. If it's not down tomorrow. You call me Edward" said dr. Luis.

"Good dr. Luis" replied Edward.

"Who is this Edward girl? you seem very worried about this situation. Is she the special nurse Leon was referring to?" ask dr. Luis was curious about the girl who was sleeping in Edward's bed.
