CHAPTER 77 ~ Lost Awareness ~

Mikho yang datang tepat saat Devan memeluk Celine di teras samping rumah, menyaksikan dengan tatapan mata nanar, hingga laki-laki itu langsung terhuyung. Begitu mendapat kabar keberadaan Celine, Mikho langsung melajukan mobilnya untuk segera bertemu dengan istrinya. Tanpa memikirkan kondisi tubuhnya yang lelah menyetir sejauh itu dengan kesehatannya yang tak pernah di hiraukannya lagi.

Mikho's heart was shaken, his hopes of meeting and reuniting with his wife instantly dashed. When she wanted to be found, Celine opened her heart to other men. Miko stepped back into her car. The shadow of his wife hugging another man made him very frustrated.

Mikho cried down on the steering wheel of the car. The condition of his body is weak because no longer pay attention to his health makes, Mikho fell unconscious on the steering wheel of his car. Her tears flowed between her tightly closed eyelids.

Meanwhile Celine who knows the facts about Devan's father who was slandered by the father of his former prospective fiancee feels very guilty. Celine felt that all the bad things happened because of her. Devan tried to comfort the girl.

"All has passed Celine. We've been sincere. Papa was shaken at first but over time we and our family can receive it–"

"I'm sorry I–"

"No!"

"What?"

"Why are you the one who should apologize? It's not your fault–"

"You don't understand–"

"Then make me understand" said Devan.

"I caused all this to happen. I asked to move abroad until Papa was also forced to come with me. If I don't decide to move, Papa won't have to give up that leadership position to the interim leader. Your father will not be slandered and will not have to resign. Now you understand? It's all my fault, isn't it?" ask Celine. Devan shook his head.

"Although you caused your Papa to leave the company, it was not you who caused my Papa to resign. If your Papa's replacement position is an honest person, nothing like that will happen–"

"But still, I am the root of that chain of events. I'm the one who became the origin of–"

"Not Celine, baby! I told you, it's not your fault. Maybe this is fate, the proof is that we are fine now. Papa returned to the village can spend his old age calmly without busy thinking about competition and business development again. Our lives can not be as luxurious as before, but if we are used to it, we can really live. Therefore do not regret yourself again, dear" said the handsome man.

There was coolness in Celine's heart to hear Devan's words as well as bad taste when she heard the friendly speech that was thrown by the man. Seeing Celine smiling Devan was happy. The man slowly brought his face closer to the face of the girl he had always liked.

A little more the lips of the man would touch Celine's lips but Celine immediately turned her face away. Devan smiled wryly. Devan knows he's expecting Celine too soon. The girl is still hurt by her marriage. Devan was too confident to comfort the girl.

Celine's rejection makes Devan realize that he must be more patient with the beautiful girl. Devan apologized for his behavior and asked for permission to go home. Celine nodded then escorted Devan to the front of the house.

"That ... is like Kak Mikho's car?" celine asked doubtfully.

"Who?"

"It was like my husband's car" Celine replied and immediately stepped over to the parked car outside her yard.

When looking from the window glass, Celine was shocked. Mikho looks down on the steering wheel of his car. Celine tried calling, but Mikho did not say. Celine immediately panicked, unconsciously the girl immediately shed tears.

Devan asks the girl to calm down. Devan opened the car door that was not yet locked. Mikho hasn't even closed the door. 

"He why? What happened to her?" celine asked sobbing that she covered her mouth with both hands.

The girl was so panicked that she dared not approach. Devan checks on Mikho and calms Celine down. Said that Mikho just fainted. The man immediately moved the man to the back seat.

"We're taking him to the clinic now" Devan said, asking Celine to bring her own car while Devan would drive Mikho.

Lola who saw Mikho's car enter the courtyard, immediately greeted with a carefree face. However, surprised when the one who got out of the car turned out to be the man who was with Celine earlier.

Celine, who was in her own car, walked into the clinic yard shortly after. Lola immediately asked what happened. While Devan carried Mikho on his back.

"That's what I want to ask you. Mikho's sister why? She was found unconscious in front of my house" Celine explained as best she could.

Lola was shocked. Just remembered that not long ago he had given Celine the address of the house. Lola knew right away that Mikho had directly followed Celine to her house.

After being laid on the check bed, the nurse immediately checked four vital signs. The nurse then placed an infusion hose on Mikho's wrist.

"Now this time there's a nurse checking the doctor" he said.

Celine laughed stifledly. Though laughing, her tears kept flowing. All that did not escape Devan's sight. The girl looked so sad to see her husband.

"How is he doing? Why is he like this?" ask Celine.

"Glycemia in the body dr. Mikho. Dr. Mikho was dehydrated" explained Lola while regulating the speed at which the infusion fluid entered Mikho's body.

"Why is it dehydrated?" celine asked just like that.

"Because he hasn't eaten for three days," Lola replied recklessly.

"Haaa, for three days? No eating for three days?" celine asked more.

Lola laughed and asked Celine to sit down. Lola saw Celine so worried that she was also worried about the girl's physical condition. Celine refused, she wanted to sit next to Mikho.

"He seemed to pay less attention to his food intake dr. Mikho also experienced stress, because his stamina dropped. Plus he has to drive that far, while he doesn't eat" explained Lola.

"You're seriously saying, if he doesn't want to eat?" ask Celine.

"It could be said that, eating even a little. Not according to the needs of his body. He must be stressed. I'm so sorry to tell him your address–"

"What's? Why tell him?" ask Celine.

"Yes, I regret telling him. But if he finds out I met you but didn't report to him, will he just shut up? He must be mad at me" Lola said in self-defense. Celine was stunned, then turned to look at the face of Mikho who was still closing his eyes.

"Look! His face was so thin and pale. What's he doing? Why did he become like this?" ask Celine to cry.

"Why ask me? You made him this way. You left it. He's been looking for you for a long time. Why did you leave him?" ask Lola.

"I don't think he wants to be with me anymore" Celine replied.

"Now have seen for yourself, right? Do you think she doesn't want to be with you anymore? As soon as he heard you were here, he immediately rushed here" explained Lola.

Celine nodded, only to realize that her husband still wanted to meet her and might even still want to live with her. Still with tears streaming down, Celine clasped Mikho's hand and brought his face closer to the handsome doctor's face.

Celine kissed on the forehead, cheeks and then ended up on her husband's lips. Devan looked down at the sight. The man realizes that Celine and her husband are separated not because of their will, because in fact they still love each other.
