Chapter 2 ~ Stories of the Past ~

Celine was frustrated, feeling so embarrassed that the man seemed to care less about her. The boy obviously did not like being betrothed to him. Celine begged to cry asking her friends to stop setting them up. Celine was afraid that the man would hate her even more, being annoyed by the bullying of her classmates.

Sometimes Celine saw the angry look of the man. It was obvious every time they were yelled at. Celine regretted, why ask at that time, why ask about the boy. Why should I look at it, why ask. Why ask that shitty Wanda.

"Why the hell, you like ya, hey Celine friends like the new kid," cried Wanda who could not stop Celine. 

The shout was immediately greeted boisterously by his classmates. They were laughing and since then Celine's days at school have been hard. 

Until the peak during sports lessons. The classmates who did not want to stop matchmaking them encouraged them to stand close together. Celine was encouraged by the girls to stand up to the new boy and the handsome new boy was encouraged by the boys to approach Celine.

Anxiety, panic and embarrassment are what they both feel. Celine saw the upset face, Celine did not want the new child to get angry with her. Begging his friends to stop their pranks. However, they did not care, did not want to stop their jokes, until finally the speech was triggered.

"Lonteeee!" the new boy shouted at Celine, the boys behind him immediately laughed.

The girls behind Celine laughed as well, Celine was dumbstruck for not understanding the meaning of the word. Celine only felt sad because of those words she did not understand, everyone laughed at her. While in class Celine asked what the word meant, a friend replied it was a name for a bad woman, a cheap woman.

Hearing that Celine immediately cried. I did not expect such a speech to be directed at him. The boy called it that call. Since then Celine has always shied away from all her friends. During the break the little girl will immediately hide behind the school while crying alone.

Every day Celine regretted, if time could be repeated, she would be silent, not asking the new boy. If his friends weren't nosy to him. If only he could easily move to another school, if he didn't need to go to school, if he could just disappear.

If I just die, Celine couldn't bear to feel the pain in her chest.

"The new kid is Mikho?" tiara asked after hearing the whole story from her best friend.

Celine nodded, the girl's tears flowing, until now her feelings were still painful. Every time I saw Mikho's face, Celine's heart ached.

"That's just the speech of little boy Cel, don't take heart," Tiara persuaded.

"I was a little boy, too, Ra, and I couldn't think of an adult. But why should I feel the pain Ra. Why would he say that? Even though he hates me, why should he say that. The boy thinks I'm a cheap girl Ra. I can't just forget it. Ra's pain, it hurts so much, until now I can't forget. Until now it still hurts," said Celine, sobbing.

Tiara hugged Celine, though did not see the incident directly. However, hearing Celine's trembling voice, Tiara could feel the pain Celine felt was really very deep.

"Gue was always tormented by that saying, I spent my days at school feeling sad and I couldn't tell my parents. I even wished for Ra's death" said Celine, patting her chest, sobbing the girl.

Tiara was dumbfounded to hear Celine's words then came back and hugged Celine. Tiara was concerned about Celine's story. The girl was determined to help them solve this problem. Tiara was eager to hear Mikho's explanation.

"Gue should ask about this–"

"Trus how's dong? If he doesn't know his mistake, how will he apologize. Maybe now he has realized it and regrets–"

"No! Anyway no! Until whenever I don't want to talk about this anymore. I trust you, that's why I'm telling you. If not, I will take this story to death" said Celine standing and staring at the garden from behind the glass window of her room.

"Why Cel? You don't give people a chance to make amends. Especially a mistake in childhood. He himself does not necessarily know what those words mean" Tiara said.

"Gue still remembered the look in his eyes when calling me that call. Very humbling, very insulting. I'm sure she knows what that means, because it calls me that way because she's upset, she thinks I'm Ra's cheap chick. Since then I have been sad about myself. Am I that cheap? Is it because I like it I have to be stamped like that? Why Ra? Why should I see him again. I hate it, I really hate him" Celine said sobbing.

His hands were unceasingly wiping away his constantly flowing tears. His chest that was painful was like being crushed, squeezed, depressed. Celine thought that if she told me the burden would be reduced but it was not. The burden feels the same. Stay very heavy. 

Tiara did not expect, a girl who was so beautiful, cheerful, liked by anyone. It seems to have kept the burden of the wound since it was very small.

"Is that why you don't want to date? Because according to you, everyone's gonna think you're a cheap chick, right?" ask Tiara. Celine just kept quiet, Tiara instantly shut her mouth in disbelief.

"Geez Cel, all the way?" tiara didn't believe it.

"Lu was never meant, right? You don't know what it's like, do you? I still remember what his expression was like. It really hurt my heart. A very deep and scarred wound," said Celine as she blinked her eyes to remove the water back in her eyes.

Tiara no longer knew what to do. The girl did not know how to help her best friend because Celine herself did not want to finish it with Mikho.

The next day Celine stepped into that school with an erratic feeling. Ever since telling Tiara about the past, Celine felt like she had opened her disgrace. Telling how one's view of her made Celine feel like she was being judged by people.

"Gue wants to talk to you" said Mikho suddenly standing in Celine's way.

The girl just kept quiet, Mikho impatiently then grasped tightly Celine's arm to make the girl forced to go where Mikho's footsteps. The man wanted to take the girl to the side of the school building. As soon as his arm was removed Celine immediately tried to escape. Mikho directly pressed the girl against the wall.

"Gue said, I want to talk to you."

"There's nothing I need to talk to you about" Celine replied.

"There! It's about the past" Mikho said.

Celine was stunned, thinking Tiara had the heart to discuss about the past she wanted to keep and Mikho had now figured it out. Celine felt that Mikho would look down on her even more.
