CHAPTER 42 ~ Revealed ~

The engagement has been set, the invitation has been spread. Even Mikho got one for him. The man was sure he couldn't attend. However, since the invitation had reached his hands, inevitably he brought it and kept it at home.

After arriving at his room Mikho threw the invitation at the pile of books. Mikho grabbed Evita's hairpin. This time the man fell down. Just by holding that clasp. Putting his face down, without saying anything, Mikho just cried.

"Yes you Mikho. You become a doctor? Wow great. You don't remember me?" ask the patient again.

Mikho was just silent, his expression showing confusion. The patient tried to sit down to talk. Mikho asked him to stay lying down.

"I'm Wanda, we're elementary school classmates. You were the new kid in our class" the woman replied, answering her own question.

"I'm sorry, I forgot my SD friends, especially women," Mikho said.

"But you remember Celine, right?" ask Wanda.

"Celine?"

Mikho responds more. As soon as he heard Celine's name from the woman's mouth, Mikho immediately focused on the woman. Not expecting to meet someone who also knows the girl he loves.

"No! Not Celine .. but Evita. The name of the girl I was betrothed to was Evita," explained Mikho with a look of astonishment.

"Oh yes! My classmates call him Evita. But I called her Celine, because her parents called her that. We're neighbors of one complex so I know the call at his house. Tonight she's engaged. I got dizzy thinking about dress–"

"Wait on! Is Evita Celine?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"No! Nope! If Evita was Celine, it would have been another Celine. Not my Celine," Mikho shook his head.

"My line? You know the other Celine? Your boyfriend? Oh yes .. if Celine is our SD friend is very sorry. A few years ago he almost died trying to kill himself–"

"What's? Suicide?" mikho asked with a tense face. Wanda nodded.
