Chapter 17 ~ Refuse Believe ~

Hearing the stories of the two Celine classmates, Tiara was in disbelief, shaking her head with all her might. Her tears flowed straight away. Right now Tiara hated Celine so much but did not expect the girl to leave the world in such a way.

"lik! A lie! A lie! You lied!" tiara shouted in disbelief.

"Celine slit her wrist last night. That's what her parents told her" said the girl sobbing.

Tiara shouted in disbelief even though it was impossible for the two girls to make such a false story. Both of them were crying too. They remembered their cruelty to Celine. The moment the girl appeared at the classroom door, their laughter instantly stopped and they instantly dispersed, exiting the classroom leaving Celine alone.

Just then they laughed peeking at the window to see the girl bowed alone on her stool. Celine was crying at the time. However, right now, while reminiscing about their deeds back then, they regretted. They feel that what they are doing is too cruel.

Not just once or twice, Celine was left behind when she just arrived. It was not only the two girls who felt regret, Tiara was the same. When the girl came to the cafeteria, Tiara immediately stood up to pay for her food and passed from the canteen. Celine looked at Tiara's passing back then turned to stare at the food she had left behind.

Tiara ran towards Mikho's class, the entire journey flashed back the last time Tiara came face to face with Celine. Inside the tent, Tiara spilled her irritation on Celine. All the uneg-uneg who had been just buried for the sake of keeping their friendship spilled instantly.

Tiara expressed her annoyance at Celine. The girl caused Mikho to get upset and reprimanded him, scolding him. Tiara is heartbroken at being rebuked by the man she loves.

It was still clear in her memory the expression of Celine crying sobbed while continuing to look at her. Without speaking, without denying just continue to hear the words, mockery and insults from him. Tiara had only realized how cruel she was to reveal the words that Celine hated just for wanting to demean her.

The whole class of laughing IPA was silent, as Tiara came with a tear-filled face.

"You why Ra?" mikho asked directly.

"Celine, Mik. Celine .. She killed herself."

All the students sitting at the table and bench were immediately shocked to hear Tiara's words until they unconsciously approached the girl. Seeing Tiara's expression so sad they must have wondered but no one would have expected that they would hear such news.

"No .. no .. no! Loe must be lying! Gua knows you don't like Celine. Gua knows you hate am Celine but .. don't be like that. The cave does not believe your words. Nope! No," said Mikho shaking his head.

The man refused to believe it but his tears were dripping. The entire class was down, for some reason they believed the news. Now, at this moment, everyone realizes that their actions on Celine are so outrageous that they believe Celine is no longer strong and choose to end her life.

"Friends of class Mik's story! His parents gave the homeroom to the homeroom class. Celine sliced her wrist," Tiara explained.

All covered his gaped mouth. Hearing the news Tiara had gotten so detailed.

"No, if he really killed himself. We were definitely told to go to his house. Loe LIED!" mikho snapped and went straight out towards Celine's class.

Upon arriving at the classroom door, all the students in the class looked down. Someone was wiping away her tears, someone was gouging her face. Someone held his head. No one is ordinary. Mikho asked but no one would answer.

"She killed herself Mik" said one girl who ventured to speak.

"He hasn't been in since Mik's first hour. The class guardian receives a call from her parents. Ms. Wati did not explain to us but we heard Bu Wati's chat. Bu Wati was startled and very clearly repeated the words of Celine's parents. Ms. Wati even immediately cried and left the class," explained the class leader.

Mikho immediately staggered even staggered on the board.

"Why commit suicide? I've had a hard time saving you, why did you kill yourself?" mikho wondered.

A question that they had known the answer to but dared not raise because they felt they were taking part became a reason for Celine to decide to give up. No one wants to admit to ever doing evil to Celine. The man flipped his body looking at Tiara who had been standing in front of the classroom door.

"I want to go to his house" Mikho said, hoping Tiara would tell him the address of the girl he loved.

Tiara nodded, both of them asking for permission to go home sooner. Upon seeing Bu Wati being comforted in the teacher's room, sat down while wiping away her tears. Mikho's eyes glazed back, Tiara immediately invited Mikho to leave.

Actually Mikho was unable, the man did not want to do any proof and believed that Celine was still alive. But he really wanted to meet that girl. He wanted to give her strength to survive.

They went to Celine's house. Mikho and Tiara were surprised to see the child who had been hit by Mikho sitting pensively on the porch of the house.

"What are you doing here?" ask Mikho.

"Same as you. Want to prove that he's okay" replied the sispala boy.

"Then why are you still here? Why–"

"Nobody is."

"What?" tiara didn't believe it.

The girl pressed the bell immediately, but there was no answer. Tiara even banged on the door, still no answer. Mikho sat down tired, the man was frustrated to grab his hair. Mikho was willing to do anything to make Celine happy. However, now Mikho felt like a failure. Celine's smile yesterday was not a happy smile.

Mikho had just realized, because it was too happy Celine was willing to have lunch with him in the cafeteria, the man did not pay attention to the look on Celine's face. Now Mikho realized, Celine's lips were smiling but her eyes were showing sadness. Mikho regretted, should have understood the hue of Celine's face. The girl tried to hide the sadness behind her smile.

"I can't call Mama, what's going on? Where'd they go?" tiara asked and cried while sitting on the porch, leaning down to hug her knees.

Tiara who had been so close to the family even called Celine's parents like calling her own parents. Tiara cried as she pleased, crying full of regret. Tiara feels to be one of the reasons the girl wants to end her life. They sat pensively on the porch, wanting certainty but unable to hear the sad certainty.
