Little Bride Alvaro

Little Bride Alvaro
81. Thorough

"Sorry, Non. Shouldn't eat first. The Great Lord ordered me to take Miss to breakfast before returning to Miss Lulu's house."

Mr. Driver's voice disperse the daydreams of Azlina. He had even forgotten that he had not eaten anything since last night. Suppose he did it to respond to the words of the driver. Although he was not hungry, he had to fill his stomach to survive, to fight for his love, for Alvaro.

Seeing Azlina nod from the rearview mirror, the driver drove the car towards a nearby restaurant that was already in an open position, because not all restaurants are open at breakfast.

Azlina got out of the car and stepped inside the restaurant. He chose to sit on the side closest to the entrance, which was near a glass wall that could see the scenery outside the room.

A Waiters came to Azlina to give her a cooking menu. He took a moment to choose and sort out what food menu he wanted to eat, then crossed his head to bring home some food that would later be eaten with Lulu. Right now he has no appetite at all.

Azlina returned the menu list to the waiter after ordering two servings of food for herself and Lulu. He supported his head with both hands bent in a lowered position. Azlina's head felt very dizzy at this moment, thinking about the fate of her next life.

Hiding her puffy eyes, Azlina took out the glasses from inside the bag she had previously prepared, then put them on while pigtailing her hair in a ponytail. His fingers tapped on the table waiting for his order to come. His gaze seemed empty half a daydream, but the blank look changed when he saw someone just passing in front of his eyes.

A man she knew so well was being intimate with a woman her age. Azlina rubbed her eyes, trying to ward off the bad prejudices she had in mind. However, the more he sharpened his vision from those puffy eyes, the clearer the figure became.

"Relang?"

From behind the table Azlina occupied, the Eagle and the lady looked very familiar with the occasional laugh interspersing their chatter. The man is seen rubbing the woman's cheeks and looking at her affectionately, reminding Azlina of their date the other day. The eagle also treated Azlina equally warmly, making himself believe and bewildered by the man's earnestness.

Feeling unable to bear it anymore, Azlina moved from her seat, approaching the Eagle's table. Something needs to be straightened out here. Ever since the man said there was a basketball tournament outside the city, Azlina had been unable to reach him at all. Until this morning, in front of him the man was actually making out with other women and did not inform himself if he had returned from the tournament that the man participated in.

Azlina was really furious, so without thinking she kicked down the Eagle table that made the two lovebirds aghast from her seat.

"Yes!" The eagle looked excited when he saw Azlina in front of him.

Azlina thought the Eagle would apologize for lying to her, but it turned out to be wrong. After looking down, the man turned his face to look at Azlina while smiling madly.

"Since you already know, I'd better introduce you to him. She's Aiden, the daughter of a state official. We're officially dating today."

Azlina was quite surprised by what she had just heard. How could the Eagle with no compassion say that in front of him directly without needing to apologize.

"What's? Then, ...."

"Our relationship?" The slightly chuckling eagle that sounded so irritating in Azlina's ears. "Come, Na. I put up your picture on my social media just as an image. One would think that if Eagle Atmadja was the captain of the school basketball and had wealthy parents, the owner of many star-rated hotels wanted to have a relationship with a simple innocent girl like you."

"What?" Azlina was still inexhaustible with what the Eagle said to her. That guy turned out to be so petty.

"But, if you still want to be the Eagle Atmadja's favorite woman, I don't mind having that pretend relationship with you at all."

"God!" Azlina shook her head with a mocking smile. It turned out that this was the Eagle he had long admired. Only a man was arrogant and had no heart and no feelings. Lucky when they were about to kiss, Alvaro pulled her from there so that her lips were not touched by the rotten man in front of her. "You don't have to bother doing that. I'm so grateful to have met you here, because I've wanted to settle this relationship for so long. Yes, you honorable Eagle Atmadja don't deserve to be my partner."

Azlina wanted to say something more, but a waiter approached her with a bill and food order.

Azlina turned her attention to the waiter, taking over the paper bag containing the order as well as the bill she had to pay. The smile he showed then, so Elegant without emotion, then placed the bill right in front of the Eagle with a slight bang on the table. "His bills make one with his!" said Azlina then did not release the smile to the Eagle who was still staring at the place.

Azlina immediately moved, stepping away without looking back at the two hypocrites left there.

Yes, it turns out that God has led him in the right way, saving him from a wounded heart of a man who turns out to be utilizing his condition for the sake of sheer popularity.
