Little Bride Alvaro

Little Bride Alvaro
101. Fierce Debate

"Alvaro!"

Mama Rani's voice rose slightly as Alvaro entered the main door. The man had just returned home from visiting the in-laws, then chose to return to his home to complete the mission immediately.

His head turned towards Mama Rani, sighing later. "Yeah!"

"Mama wants to talk."

Casually and emotionlessly the man nodded. After all, she wanted to take her mother's heart in order to receive Azlina back. He followed Mama Rani's steps leading to the central room where Papa Agus was waiting there.

The middle-aged woman was sitting next to her husband, while Alvaro chose to be opposite her parents. Now, silence is inevitable. The atmosphere was tense with the faces of everyone looking so serious without any pleasantries.

The middle-aged man bowed, putting both his hands against his chin. His eyes looked straight at Alvaro, showing how serious the matter they were about to discuss was.

"What's true that all Mama's saying?"

Before Alvaro spoke to answer Papa Agus' question, Mama Rani interrupted him. "Why don't you believe Mama?" He asked in annoyance, assuming the husband doubted his information.

The head bobbing was done, the man was still being firm. "Papa just wants to hear himself from Alvaro's mouth. You hear information from only one person, right? And Papa trusts Papa's son more than Mama's source." Back Papa Agus looked towards Alvaro, then raised his chin. "Explain everything that happened!"

Alvaro. This is an opportunity for her to fight for her love, life and future. The man started to tell me what was really going on. It seems how serious both of Alvaro's parents are listening to what the man explained, until Mama Rani's voice interrupts the conversation.

"Are you sure Almeera misunderstood? You can't just blame Almeera. Mama knew him. She's a nice, educated, polite, classy woman. There was no way such a woman could incite others." He turned his gaze towards the husband, then continued his sentence. "Papa see for yourself, right, how's Almeera?" Trying to find a defense by convincing Papa Agus, Mama Rani finally continued her words. "Mama would rather you marry Almeera like the original plan than continue your marriage with Azlina."

"Mama!" Papa Agus disagreed, shaking his head with a slight snarl. Who Alvaro chooses is his son's business. They as parents can only give blessing and support so that the child's household can walk well until death separates. However, Mama Rani's words made the man speechless.

"Pa, Mama gave birth to Alvaro. Mom knows what's best for our son. Mama agrees to marry Alvaro to Zizi because they say they love each other. And it makes Mama want to immediately take Zizi as our daughter-in-law. Mama didn't want Salwa's incident to happen again. Papa remembers, right, how our son was stressed after being beaten up by Sean's Papa's business partner." Mama Rani said in a fiery tone, making Papa Agus speechless.

The woman's emotions were still peaking, not accepting the sight of her son being beaten in plain sight by Azlina's sister-in-law. Especially considering the past events, which is when Alvaro got to the hospital because of the work of Sean Paderson. Mama Rani still can not forget the worst incident Alvaro at that time.

Seeing the atmosphere not conducive to Mama Rani's unstable emotions, Alvaro moved from his seat, stepped towards Mama Rani, then bent his legs on his knees. His hand grabbed both of her hands, then stared at the aging round bead with a sad look.

He knew his mother loved him so much. Whatever Mama Rani does, though a little wrong, but it's all for her own good. Thus, the only way is to convince the woman to trust him, support her decision.

Mama Rani smiled at that moment. However, when Alvaro pleaded with him to apologize to Azlina's family, he immediately withdrew his hand held by Alvaro's hand.

"No! Mama won't apologize." The woman spoke firmly without a single doubt from her words.

"But, Ma ...."

"Your wife is a mistake. I know that my husband is still dating other men. You as a husband should have been looking at it a long time ago. Where is your pride as the head of the household?!"

"Ma, it's not all Zizi's fault. Varo has allowed it. If Zizi is insignificant, then what is the proper designation for Varo as a married man who approaches other women? We make no difference, Ma."

Mama Rani could not stand that debate anymore. He got up from his seat, immediately stood up. "You're a man, while he's a woman. Women are seen as loyal. If she had just become a wife, she would dare to do so, what if you had children? Mama's not sure she can be loyal to you."

"What, Ma?" Alvaro felt unacceptable to the words of his mother. The desire to fight was huge, but he still held it back. Only one sentence of insinuation that he could say to make his mother aware of the sentence that the middle-aged woman had just said. "So, if men can approach other women even though they are married? Are you sure you let Papa find another woman behind Mama?"

"Varo!" The woman's eyes widened, snapping at Alvaro. He did not expect that his son would dare to say that, turning back his words. "Mama would not apologize. Point. That woman made you oppose Mama."

Without caring about the two men around her, Mama Rani clenched her feet, immediately going from the living room to her room. Her feelings hurt to hear her son talk a no-no about his relationship with the husband.

"Ma, Ma, ...." As if paying attention to the ears, Mama Rani ignored their screams. He was quite hurt with those who were not in his line at all.

Alvaro stared at Mama Rani's back inside the main room. He rattled his hair in frustration. How do you make your mother realize that her love cannot be forced? He did not expect if the idea he made actually backfired in the continuity of his love.

Papa Agus patted Alvaro on the shoulder, giving support to the man. "Papa will apologize to them. You just calm down, okay?"

Alvaro. It was not a matter of apologizing, but Azlina's family wanted to find out whether all members of the Alvaro family accepted Azlina well or rejected her. Alvaro rejected his papa's proposal.

"No, Pa. Varo is sure Mama will want to accept Zizi back, like it or not." Breathing could be heard coming from the man's nose, he nodded to say goodbye. "Varo rest first, Pa."

Papa Agus nodded, letting Alvaro go from before him. That guy can't do anything either. So unfortunately the wife to Alvaro, making Papa Agus can not do much. As hard as a woman's heart will surely melt with a patience. The man only hoped, Alvaro more patient to face his mother.
