123. Late In The Crib
Regardless of everyone else, Alvaro left the men, choosing to follow Azlina up, to the wife's room.
Slowly Alvaro slowed his steps when he was in front of Azlina's room door. He pecked for a moment, staring at the door of the room which some time gave him a sweet memory with the woman. Is it all going to end now?
It would be cruel if they were all still in their respective egos to remain in the stand of separating themselves and Azlina. The man turned the doorknob, as soon as the door opened, his eyes were presented with a pitch-black room. Only a beam of sunlight that entered through the air vents was able to illuminate a bit of the room.
Azlina slept on her stomach, immersing her face in a pillow with a body that shook from sobs. Alvaro could hear the little joys coming out of the woman's lips.
His feet slowly stepped, then came to a halt right by Azlina's bedside. She sat on the empty side without making any sound at all, so silent that Azlina did not realize she was in the room.
"Zi!" He called out by rubbing the woman's head, stroking her long, raked hair.
Alvaro's distinctive and gentle voice caught Azlina's attention. She wiped her tears, then turned to face the man.
His gaze was filled with disbelief that the man had been in his room, with him. He changed his position to sit down, then hugged the man.
"Sister, ...." Azlina's cry broke, but was buried in the man's chest.
Alvaro could feel Azlina's body shakes. I don't know what just happened, which obviously all of it must have hurt the heart of the woman in his arms.
"Sorry Brother, yes. You're okay, aren't you, honey?" Alvaro kissed the head of Azlina, so longed for her.
In his arms, he did not want to let go of the woman who had managed to take a part of his heart, filling the void of his soul. For a long time she had wanted to marry someone who could hold her heart, but when that love had grown and developed, the test came from her family.
Maybe God has taught him a lesson, because he had intended to play a marriage that is actually so holy and should not be used as a joke.
Alvaro realized that, so that he did not blame anyone, tried to accept the existing situation by still trying and praying to God the heart-turning man.

Before leaving, Alvaro kissed Azlina on the forehead and whispered softly, which is more properly referred to as the disclosure of a promise. "Sister will fight for you, Zi. We'll be together again."
A kiss on the lips ended his encounter with Azlina. He straightened his body, then turned his back on his wife to get out of the room, leaving half his heart in the house.
The door was closed by Alvaro from the outside. The view leads down where Mama Rani seems to have left the house, Alvaro did not see his mother again. I don't know what they're talking about, so everything looks calmer.
The man descended slowly, though so heavily stepped because the soulmate had been left there. The people below were watching him, but he didn't seem to care at all. Until when his foot was on the last rung of the stairs, Mr. Samsul's voice rattled to call out to him.
"Alvaro!"
He turned his head towards the glove-clad man, looking at him respectfully. Without answering, Alvaro nodded, waiting for Mr. Samsul to say the next word.
"Please persuade your mother again. You're an adult, you can do it. The blessing of parents is very important for the survival of your household. If it is already untenable, maybe your destiny together only got here. God must have other plans for you two. Although you don't like it, but not necessarily it's not good for both of you're future."
Alvaro nodded, trying to digest the advice of his in-laws. Whatever it was, he would try his hardest to bring Azlina with him.
The three-headed old man seemed to let out a slow sigh, then bid farewell to his two in-laws. In his heart he hopes to still have the opportunity to be together, make his wife happy and have cute children that he can be proud of.
