The hand stroked Azlina's long hair, staring at the face that was still awake.
"How is your relationship with the Eagle?"
The girl who was now burrowing her cheeks on the bolster nodded. "Everything went well. We've been dating."
"really? How fast is he moving?"
"Hem, he's very nice. There's no reason to refuse."
Azlina's words were able to disturb Alvaro's mind. The man heard a long sigh, then asked something. "Do you like it very much?"
For a moment Azlina fell silent, asking that to her own heart. However, he also did not understand how he felt towards the Eagle.
"Come, Brother. I don't know. I used to admire him. Maybe just a little amazed, I don't feel anything else."
Alvaro feels the same way as Almeera. He no longer felt the euphoria when Almeera was close to him and more attentive to him, unlike in the past when the marriage had not taken place. Alvaro is so eager to get Almeera even though he knows that the woman's heart has only one name. Alvaro lowered his head, looking at Azlina while rubbing the head of the girl.
"Remember, don't mess around when you're dating! Don't kiss until you turn yourself over to a man who isn't your husband."
"When with my brother?"
Alvaro chuckled softly at Azlina's question, knocking on the girl's forehead. "i'm serious. Don't be tempted by seducing men." Her hands slipped the children the hair that covered Azlina's face, then reviewed the smile on her lips. "Don't want to be invited to kiss while still dating. If she's serious, she'll take care of you until she marries you."
"But my brother did. That was my first kiss." With a grunt Azlina said it.
"Hey, we're married. So it's okay to do that."
"But married to divorce. I'll be a widow at nineteen."
Azlina's face was suddenly gloomy when she said that. There was a sense of unwillingness when the parting happened, but if all was allowed to drag on then it was not good for his heart either. The comfort he had felt when the man was close to him made Azlina unable to control the taste that began to grow in the heart without realizing it. He wanted to immediately erase that taste by accepting the other's taste as his replacement.
"That's not true. If you still want this wedding, I won't end it."
Azlina shakes. What to maintain if the heart and feelings are still attached to others. "You don't have to do it, brother. I don't want to be a hindrance to your relationship with Brother Meera. Maybe you guys are being stupid. I'm glad that Brother managed to get Kak Meera's love."
The words of pleasure that were spoken from Azlina's lips were not at all in harmony with the look in her eyes. Alvaro feels there is something tucked away, sneaked in, and hidden by the girl.
"Easy! No need to talk about it anymore. What are your plans after graduation?"
"Why? Your ideals are good. Why should it be changed?"
Azlina shook her head, bending her face inwards. "I don't want to burden my parents and brothers anymore. I'd better continue my studies here."
Alvaro raised Azlina's face by putting her thumb and index finger on the girl's chin. His gaze was so warm and affectionate that anyone would feel stunned if viewed as such. "You won't trouble them, because I'll pay for your college. Achieve your dreams, I'll support you."
Again, Azlina shook her head, disapproving of Alvaro's words. "You don't have to do it. I'm not good with Meera. If you get married and Brother is still financing my education, it will definitely disrupt your relationship."
"I don't care." Alvaro rubbed the girl's cheek. "I love you, Zi. I want you to be a successful woman. I don't want you taken advantage of by men because of your innocence. You need someone who can take care of you. I'll do that until you get the right guy."
Azlina seemed clueless as to what Alvaro said. The man will protect her, take care of her, but she intends to marry Almeera? How can it be like that? She is also a woman, where maybe Azlina could make a wife's heart hurt because the husband actually cares about other women. He had already felt that, even though there was no love between them, there was still pain.
"Sister, I can take care of myself. You will lose Brother Meera if you care too much about me. I don't want to ruin anyone's household. I don't want to be a third party."
"I'll be waiting for you."
"What?" Azlina's gaze seemed confused with widened eyes full of question marks, but it was responded to by Alvaro.
"Don't make me want to eat you because of that look of yours. Never mind, don't think! Now sleep! You need a lot of rest." Alvaro gave a kiss on Azlina's forehead, then rubbed the girl's head.
Azlina could see the man smiling. Not knowing what exactly Alvaro wanted, Azlina still did not understand the man. On one hand Alvaro wanted to part ways, but on the other hand the man wanted to stay with him so that made Azlina confused to respond to him.
Until the room was dark because Alvaro had turned off his sleep lights, leaving the moonlight that entered through the sidelines of the curtain that covered the window glass. Azlina could feel the man's arms hugging her, tightening themselves with a bolster barrier in their midst.

"Hopefully it works, yes. The spirit!" Alvaro clenched his bent hand at Azlina, encouraging her to complete her first test.
"Yes, thank you. I'll fight hard." Azlina kissed the back of Alvaro's hand then with the man peeping Azlina's forehead as a sign of separation. "Assalamu'alaikum."
"Wa'alaikumsalam."
Azlina immediately came out after her greeting was replied by Alvaro. He waved his hand afterwards, something that was very rare, they had never even done before. I don't know, the less time together it actually makes the relationship both getting better. Azlina doesn't understand if she can part ways and forget Alvaro after everything they've been through together.
