122. Drop Talc!

Alvaro was banging the steering wheel, feeling careless doing things. He called his house and the waiter said that Mama Rani was out with the private driver in a state of great anger. She was sure that Mama Rani was heading towards Azlina's house.

"Mr Paderson told my superiors to fire me for unclear reasons. I'm sure it's because I love you."

Almeera's words to Mama Rani who did not acknowledge the real reason why she was fired made the mother angry. The middle-aged woman felt Azlina's family was too pressuring her new daughter-in-law to feel unacceptable with their behavior.

Alvaro sped up his car, hoping to keep Mama from doing anything to shame him. What if his mother insulted Azlina all out and made his relationship with his wife even more difficult?

Alvaro shook his head, expelling bad thoughts regarding his mother. He had to break up or even stop his mother from interfering in his affairs again. Indeed, Almeera's influence with her gentle demeanor and speech was enormous towards Mama Rani's way of thinking. It was as if the mother had been brainwashed with gentle and persuasive words to lead her to do so according to Almeera's will.

It took about twenty minutes for Alvaro to reach the front of Azlina's house. As expected, Mama Rani's car was parked not far from the house. Alvaro let out a rough sigh, bracing himself to head off the storm that was about to happen.

In a hurry, the man immediately got out of the car, stepped half-run into the house Azlina whose fence was not closed perfectly. His steps stopped when he heard the hysterical sound of Ms. Darmini driving someone away.

Alvaro gulped. He was late to prevent the showdown from happening because everything was heard to be at the peak of emotions. Until when his shoe-laced legs were glistening on the floor of Azlina's living room, with his own eyes Alvaro saw his mother almost slap Azlina, but was immediately prevented by Bu Darmini.

A push in Bu Darmini's hand made Mama Rani almost fall if Alvaro did not hold her back immediately. Everyone in the house was shocked to find Alvaro already in their midst. However, it actually makes Mama Rani have the upper hand.

The woman was so proud to feel Alvaro was on her side. Who can accept a mother who gave birth to it is hurt by others. Surely Alvaro was angry to see the incident that had just happened.

The man's head held up for a moment, Mama Rani's words completely shook her feelings. Azlina's tears melted smoothly wetting the reddish-looking cheeks. He wanted to hug her, take her away from the room, evacuate both, leave the big family by living life together. However, of course it will further hurt the hearts of both their parents.

The desire to make the children happy, become filial children by not against the will of parents actually makes them unable to find happiness themselves.

"Ma, we better get home!" Alvaro wrapped his hand around Mama Rani's shoulder, trying to avoid further infighting. I don't know what just happened, so everything seems more complicated.

They still clashed with gazes directed at Alvaro, demanding the man's decision. However, their attention was distracted once Azlina left the living room, running up the stairs to head to her room in tears.

"What do you really want?" Alvaro said firmly, feeling they were all too outrageous. He looked at everyone in turn and ended up at Mama Rani. "Do you want your children to suffer? If you want us to suffer and it will satisfy you, I will!"
