Little Bride Alvaro

Little Bride Alvaro
131. Memories of that Night

Bu Darmini's gaze looked towards the man who was standing in front of him. The man was wearing pajamas, not like someone who wanted to see you. More precisely, Alvaro was looking to move to sleep instead of visiting.

Welcomed the hand of Miss Darmini who hangs to be kissed, trying to be a good daughter-in-law, hoping that with his attitude the in-laws are no longer angry with him.

"Can I stay here?" alvaro said with a hesitant smile.

Bu Darmini's forehead was wrinkled, then unexpectedly not the expulsion that occurred, but instead the middle-aged woman invited him in.

Clearly Alvaro was pleased that the in-laws no longer seemed to be angry with him. He immediately tailed in the back, coming to sit on the living room sofa.

Ms. Darmini did not wake up on her own. There already stood Alfatih who was disturbed by the sound of a bang on the door. Azlina's older brother sat on the long sofa, while Alvaro sat on the single sofa.

The man looked up where Azlina's room was. He hoped that the woman would also wake up because of her torment. Imagining the sleepy face of the wife has made Alvaro's heart beat fast. He could not wait to see her soon, and hugged her as much as he could.

"So, can I stay here tonight?" Alvaro asked cautiously, staring in full supplication at Bu Darmini.

The middle-aged woman nodded and the next sentence left Alvaro in disbelief. "You can sleep in Azlina's room."

In fact, Ms. Darmini invited herself to sleep with her wife. A clear smile rose widely on the man's lips, finally his longing was reciprocated tonight.

"Don't be happy first, you sleep alone. Because Azlina's not home."

"Well again," replied Alfatih.

"What?!" Alvaro immediately shouted with a sharp cry, staring furiously at Alfatih, but Bu Darmini's next words made him rather calm.

"Don't bother your brother-in-law!" He rebuked the boy who looked grimacing afterwards, then looked back at Alvaro. "He's in college ...." Alvaro heaved a sigh of relief hearing that. However, as soon as Ms. Darmini continued her sentence, Alvaro went limp instantly. "... in Paris."

"What-what?!" The desire to sleep with Azlina tonight is gone. How could Azlina not tell him about his departure. He knew nothing about his wife, even he was like a fool who almost climbed the stairs like a thief to knock on the woman's room.

Seeing Alvaro's disillusioned look, Ms. Darmini understood him, so the woman explained important things to Alvaro. "We forbid him to tell you so you can focus on your problems. Did you bring good news for us?"

Alvaro's previously dimmed face now turned slightly bright. Azlina did not lie to him. There was the intervention of the family who told him to remain silent about his departure. "When did he leave?"

"Ten days ago. Her brothers took care of everything."

Ten days ago? That meant that his conversation with Azlina that night was the wife's last call to him. Something must be hidden from his tone. The woman asked how she tried to melt the mother's heart. What if in reality Azlina went far away and could not meet him?

Alvaro immediately recalled the memories of that night, when he longed to also endure the pain in the body, it turns out Azlina was holding back crying because she was about to go away from him.
