The cold that was previously felt, now turned into heat that made it uncomfortable. Azlina opened her eyes as soon as she felt something wet and cold about her forehead. He grabbed it later and only realized that it was a wet towel that was compressed.
Azlina looked shivering, but her body felt hot. He looked around where he was lying at the moment. Yeah, he's back in this room, Alvaro's room. And his clothes had already changed with front-butted pajamas. Once again he could guess that it was Alvarolah who had changed his clothes.
Why did the man change his clothes?
Alvaro should not have done that even if their relationship was husband and wife. Didn't he start getting close to a real soul mate? Why did the man have to undress Azlina without permission?
Instantly the shadow of Almeera hugging Alvaro tightly with the man did not try to avoid it made Azlina's heart feel sick. Is he starting to like Alvaro? Did that man already shift the name of the Eagle in his heart?
"You're all human?" The voice distracts Azlina from the daydream that was created. Alvaro seemed to blow something in the bowl that was still billowing smoke on it. "Eat first, huh?"
Azlina shook her head in response. Somehow he still felt annoyed to see Alvaro, especially with the attitude of the man who always arbitrarily treated him.
"Eat just a little, then take the medicine."
He still shook his head, being stubborn with eyes not wanting to look at Alvaro.
The man seemed to review the smile seeing the rejection attitude from Azlina. He was neither angry nor offended by his wife.
Alvaro placed the bowl on the nightstand, then sat down on Azlina's left side. He bent down and lowered his face, putting both his hands on the right and left sides of Azlina's body.
"Are you angry?"
Azlina looked away, not wanting to see Alvaro. Because he was sure if it happened, then he would lose because of the death seduction of the man who always made him unable to dwell anymore.
"Is it because Almeera hugged me this afternoon." Alvaro still maintained his position, locking Azlina's movements. "You don't like it when another woman hugs me?"
Azlina wanted to say yes, admitting that everything Alvaro said was true. However, he was afraid that everything would be true and he could not turn back.
"Sister, when did you ... divorce me?" Along with Azlina's words, a tear suddenly trickled down the corner of her eye. "When do we end this game? I can't take it anymore."
"What do you mean?" The look of disappointment on Alvaro's face heard Azlina talking about divorce.
"I'm scared, Brother. I'm afraid .. can't control my heart." Azlina's lips seemed to tremble along with the tears flowing down her cheeks. He felt he had lost the heart game. He wanted to give up, not to get hurt.
"What do you feel right now?" Alvaro asked without taking his eyes off Azlina's round eyes. His gaze was so sharp, but it looked gentle and demanding. Azlina was unable to decipher the meaning of Alvaro's gaze to him. All he understood was that the gaze was extremely dangerous for his heart condition.
"Why did you ask me that? I should have asked you. Why did you do all this to me, when your heart was still another woman? What do you think of me, brother? Is it just an impingement of your nafs under the pretext that you're my husband?"
The eyes could not stop the tears that had previously been held back. Azlina seemed to bite her lips, not wanting herself to look weak in front of the man. "I want to be free of you soon. Started my real life from the beginning." He was determined to end it all, not wanting to drag on in the shackles of the unclear relationship Alvaro had offered him.
However, there was still a denial Azlina wanted to hear from the man's lips, hoping that whatever Azlina said was untruth. He still hopes that if Alvaro chooses himself who really is his legal wife, not Almeera. However, Alvaro's next words were enough to make Azlina disappointed and hurt.
"Wait until Mom and Dad get home. We'll end it after they come." Alvaro's words were greeted by crying by Azlina. There is a sense of unwillingness when the marriage is really already on the edge. Azlina should have known and understood in advance if all this would one day happen. However, he did not understand if it felt this painful. "Before that happens, I want to be responsible to you like a husband in general. Can you hold on until Mama and Papa come back?"
Azlina simply flinched not wanting to respond to the man's words. A little bit of pain in the heart has already been fuming and masyuk enveloped themselves.
The man did not seem to care about Azlina's silence. He was still the same, treating the girl as he always was, kissing her forehead, then smiling at her.
Beautiful, really beautiful. However, behind the lurking beauty, it seems so difficult to reach. Yes, something that is indeed unattainable turns out to be able to make him smile, although secretly able to stab the mind through the fact that he can never be owned.
