Last Hope

Episode 19's

Five friends, Rani, Anna, Rachel, Rian, and Luna, were sitting in groups in a damp, dark cave. Although their circumstances are not ideal, they remain united and try to maintain the spirit.

Rachel: (With a soft voice) We can't keep hiding here. Food supplies were running low, and the cave was not safe to stay longer.

Rian: (Nodging to agree) Rachel was right. We have to find a new settlement, a safe place to live and survive.

Luna: (Hasping Anna's hand) I agree. But we have to stay vigilant. Zombies are out there, and Tony's group is still a threat.

Rani: (With a weak voice) What should we do? I feel so tired and so bad.

Anna: (Swiping Rani's back gently) Rani, we must not give up. We have to stay strong and face all of this together.

Rachel: (With a strong attitude) I agree. We are a family now, and we will protect each other.

Rian: (Take a deep breath) Let's make a plan. We have to leave this cave and find a new settlement. We have to be careful and use the skills we have to survive.

The five friends began to plan their steps. They decide to move at night, when the zombies tend to be more inactive. They also organize tasks, such as finding food and finding clean water sources.

A few days later, as a dark night enveloped the cave, they decided to continue their journey. Carefully, they exited the cave one by one, keeping silence and moving with careful steps.

Rani: (While gazing at the night sky) Are we going to find a new, safe settlement?

Anna: (Grabbing Rani's hand tightly) We must remain hopeful and not lose faith. We'll find a safe place to live. We have to believe in ourselves and in each other.

Their dangerous journey begins. They traversed the dark and desolate forest, avoiding the dangers that lurked around every corner. Each step was accompanied by a conversation full of hope and passion.

Rachel: (While leading the way) We must remain focused and alert. Don't let fatigue and fear stop us.

Luna: (Watching the surroundings vigilantly) Right. We must keep our strength and spirit. If we stick together, we can overcome everything.

Rian: (With determination) Don't forget, we are heroes in this world. We will face every obstacle with our heads held high and our hearts bold.

Their journey continues, filled with challenges and tensions. They passed through the rushing river, across the barren desert, and against the hunger that gnawed at their stomachs. However, their spirit never died out.

As the sun rose on the horizon, they saw something that caught their attention. A settlement appeared in the distance, promising a safe place to stay.

Anna: (While breathing a sigh of relief) Look! There's a settlement there! We have found a new place to live!

Rachel: (With a relieved smile) Finally, we can get protection and a better life.

Luna: (Hasping Rian's hand) We've been through so much, and now we have new hope. We need to stick together and build a better future together.

With new feelings of relief and hope, the five friends stepped into a new settlement. They have no idea what they will meet there, but with an unshakable spirit, they are ready to face all obstacles and live out the new adventure that awaits them.

But as the five friends got closer to the settlement that Anna saw, a pungent scent approached them. Unwittingly, they enter a settlement that has been destroyed by Tony's group. A horrifying sight greeted them, with the bodies of the victims being eaten by the zombies. His heart was pounding, yet they knew that they had to deal with it.

Rachel firmly grasped the weapon in her hand, while Rian, Luna, and Anna prepared with a defensive position ready to fight back. Rani, who is recovering from her previous trauma, also joins the battle. They feel an adrenaline rush running through them as they face twenty menacing zombies.

Carefully, they began to fight the zombies. Every shot and stab of their weapon aims to stop the incoming threat. Although there is sometimes a bit of tension and fear, the skills and experience they have accumulated during their survival have made it relatively easy for them to overcome these challenges.

The sounds of gunfire and screams echoed around the quiet settlement. After a while, the zombies sprawled on the ground, helpless. Five friends breathed a sigh of relief, knowing that they had managed to get rid of the menace that had come their way.

However, the horrifying sight of the destroyed settlement left them moved and concerned. They spent time trying to fix the settlement. Rian begins by cleaning up the remains of collapsed buildings, while Rachel and Anna repair the damaged fences. Luna, with her expertise in farming, tries to save plants that can still grow in abandoned gardens.

As they were busy with their work, Rian approached Rani who was sitting among the ruins. "How are you feeling, Rani?" rian asked with concern.

Rani gazes deep, still haunted by the bad memories she's been through. "I try to be strong" he said slowly. "But it's hard to forget what happened."

Rian sat down beside her, holding her hand gently. "We're here together, Rani. We'll take care of each other and support each other. You're not alone."

Rani looked at Rian with sparkling eyes. "Thank you, Rian. I'm lucky to have you and the rest of my friends here."

Their conversation halted for a moment when Anna joined them. He placed a hand on Rani's shoulder affectionately. "You're strong, Rani. We're all here for you. Together, we're gonna get through this."

Rachel and Luna joined them, forming a small circle in the middle of the ruins. They looked at each other, understanding how important their togetherness was in facing this challenge.

"We will make this settlement stand again" said Rahel with determination. "We will create a safe and comfortable place for all of us."

Five friends work passionately, renovating and repairing the destroyed settlement. Despite the desperation that sometimes came, they kept trying in the hope that Tony's group would never return to the village.

In the end, the settlement began to undergo changes. Fences were repaired, buildings rebuilt, and life re-filled the previously empty space. Although the scars still remain, the settlement is beginning to restore hope to those who survived.

At nightfall, five friends gather among the newly completed buildings. They sat together under the starry sky, enjoying a long-awaited moment of tranquility.

"We've been through a lot, haven't we?" luna said with a gentle smile.

Rian nodded, "Yes, we've been through a lot of darkness together. And we're gonna keep moving forward, take care of each other."

Rachel added, "We are united as an elected family. Together, we're gonna hold out and find a better place."

They raised their glasses, holding hands as a sign of their unity. They unite their resolve to stay alive, fight the darkness, and keep hope burning in their hearts.

Lisa walked without a clear direction, her steps felt weak and uncertain. In a state of hunger, he continued to try to avoid the pursuit of the zombies that approached him. Only one thing guided him on this journey: the last message from his parents to keep going and not give up.

Although her body weakened and her stomach felt empty, Lisa continued to step up with a strong determination. He twirled the ruined settlement, looking for signs of life or signs of hope that could bring his morale to life. However, every step he took only met a gloomy and silent scene.

At certain moments, Lisa remembered the faces of her parents who were full of love and warmth. They always taught him valuable life values, such as courage, perseverance, and hope. Their final message felt so real in his mind, reminding him to keep going, even in the midst of a desperate state.

After walking as far as she could, Lisa finally saw the silhouette of two men in the distance. Hope grew in his heart. They stood in the middle of a settlement that appeared to be intact. Although her body was no longer holding back, Lisa gathered the rest of her strength and ran towards them.

However, her pace grew slower and Lisa's eyesight began to blur. His body felt frail and finally could no longer hold back. Lisa falls unconscious on the way to two men who may be able to give her new protection and hope.
