Tone's hand trembled as he stared at his phone screen. One drop of her tears flowed down the phone screen. His brain seemed to roll back everything that had happened. The reason why Pandu forgot to wear his ring, it was not forgotten. But because of the woman who is currently his social media profile photo. The cold and old attitude of replying to the message for a few days turned out to be the reason.
Slowly but surely Nada associated everything that felt stuck all this time. All events feel in sync with the presence of this woman in Pandu's life. What are the words of love and affection that have been spoken only in words without any truth? What harm? Has Nada been wrong all this time?
Why was he completely unaware of this awkwardness from Pandu? Why is he so stupid? His palms covered his face and lips. Wishing to cover up the heartache and disappointment he felt at this time. “Tone, wait !!!!” shouted Dewanto trying to chase after Nada who ran out of Dewanto's house while crying. But he is held back by Sasti's hand who does not want his brother to pursue Nada. “The two of you must tell me everything that happened between the three of you after I return later.” said Dewanto as he stared intently at Pandu who was still silent because he was surprised to meet Nada at his sister-in-law's house.
Dewanto releases Sasti's hand and runs after Nada. The girl can even run quite fast by using wedges shoes. While Pandu and Sasti are still silent with their respective minds.
“You shouldn't say that.” said Pandu began to open his voice after returning from his shock. You're really disrespectful.”
Sasti, upset that her brother prefers Nada over her, is heating up because her husband also blames her for her actions. “What?! You want to defend that woman too? Have you forgotten that he doesn't want to deal with you anymore? You can't go back to her. Be aware of it.”
“What if I defend him?! That's because what you did was wrong!! You're still too far from the word grown-up. Just think about your mistake!! I want to go home !!” Say a Guide while walking out of the house.
Since returning from Japan one week ago, Pandu has never been under one roof with Sasti. He chose to go home to his parents while taking care of the necessary divorce papers. He was no longer able to stand up to Sasti's rude and childish attitude. Pandu has long realized that he was wrong in choosing a life partner. Tears flowed hard. This isn't the first time Pandu has left home. During his time in Japan, Pandu had left home several times after a big fight with Sasti. One day she heard that her husband liked a Japanese girl at work. It was then that he felt a deep heartache. On one hand he realized what kind of pain Nada felt as she took a Scout from him. Tone stared at the night street through the car window. Her tears just dried up. He took a taxi to his parents' house. He doesn't want to go back to the boarding house for a while or Dewanto will find him. How to deal with it? That feeling he already realized. While Dewanto turned out to be Pandu's brother-in-law. The sister of the woman who had already destroyed her relationship with Pandu.
Not if Nada holds a grudge against Sasti. It's just that dealing with everything related to Pandu makes his heart unhealthy. He has promised that he will never remember Pandu again. But today he broke his own promise.
Tone glanced at his watch. Hopefully his parents haven't slept or he'll have to find the nearest inn for the night. His head wanted to break. Too much has happened today and hopefully tomorrow will be better or he will have a hard time working.
The taxi that Nada was riding on had completely stopped. He gave the driver money as a fare and got out of the taxi immediately. Thank goodness the living room lights are still on. He can stretch his back while relieving the pain in his head. But his steps came to a halt when he saw the figure of a man standing in his yard. Since when did the man stand there. Nada's feeling became bad to see the figure of a man who was still in the form of a shadow.
Doubtful Nada stepped her foot. Why was there a man standing in his yard last night? Nada's yard lights are indeed a little dim. The light of the lamp begins to light when setting foot on the terrace of the house. Tone continued to tread carefully. The lights on the porch began to show the man. His tongue was muddy when he found out that the man was Pandu. Why is he coming to Nada's house this late?
“Thank God you just got home. I hesitated to knock on your door. It is impossible if I am still accepted after what I did to you first.” said Pandu with a blank look that looks very sad. “Im sorry about the incident. He's just immature in dealing with a problem. I'm just making sure you get home safely.”
Then Pandu left just leaving Nada who had not had time to say a single word. His eyes are so sad. The tone strengthened his own heart. Do not let him re-blown just because of the look of Pandu's eyes that feel very sad. It was as if all the burdens on the face of the earth were borne by the man alone.
