I'm Not a Man

I'm Not a Man
Chapter 55

"But, let's make sure what's going on. If it is true that they are your parents, what is the reason they are not looking for you" said Mulya again.

Me and Mulya got out of the car, then approached the gatekeeper who had seen strangely towards us.

"Mr Mulya, what is it going to do?" ask the two gatekeepers to Mulya.

"I want to see Madam Melati. Is he inside?" mulya said with great dignity.

"The big lady is inside, Mr. Mulya. But, do you already have an appointment with, Madam? Because, Madam didn't say that Mr. Mulya would come to the house."

"I came suddenly, didn't have time to make an appointment. Do I also have to make an appointment if I want to meet with Madame Melati?"

To be honest, I was very surprised by what I was currently seeing. Apparently, Mulya is quite famous among the rich. That guy alone is enough to know Mulya very well.

Not only that, I don't think. Mulya not only knows that the owner of this house is the second richest person in this city. Mulya also knew, what was the name of the owner of the mansion I wanted to go to.

The cell phone of one of the guards rang. The guard quickly picked up the phone that was in his pocket.

"Yes, Nyon."

"good. Good Madam. Okay." Okay."

"Mr Mulya, the Madam has allowed you to enter."

Mulya pulled my hand to be led into the magnificent house.

"Sorry Mr. Mulya, this gadia ...."

"He's my future wife, is it wrong that I bring him inside?"

"No, no. Please Mr. Mulya," said the guard slightly frightened with the annoyed look Mulya showed.

We were greeted by one of our very friendly servants. He led us to the garden beside the house.

"Please Mr. Mulya, the big madam is in the garden," the maid said with courtesy.

"Thank you" Mulya said as she led me to the park.

I can only follow what Mulya did. Not intending to protest or ask, a single question.

"Welcome, Mulya."

"Thank you, Madam Melati."

"Please sit down" said the Madam as she poured tea into the cup.

"One more time, thank you, ma'am."

"No need to bother, Mulya. I know, you came there must have been a certain intent, right?"

"Oh wait, who is this beautiful girl beside you?" the lady asked while smiling at me.

"He was my future wife, ma'am. We'll be married in three days."

"Have you come here to shake me, Mulya?"

"Yes, I do intend to use the Madam to be present on my happy day. But that's not the only reason I came here. I have another purpose" Mulya said as she sipped the tea in the cup.

"What are your other goals, just say them frankly. I don't like convolutions, Mulya. You know who I am, don't you?"

"I know Madam, and that's why I came here. And I want to question one thing with Madam, did Madam have a daughter before?"

Instantly, the flat and sweet face of the Madam turned moody and reddened.

"What do you mean?"

"I have no intention, Madam. I'm just asking, so I can help Madam."

"No, I don't need your help snot boy. I don't need it" said the Madam getting up from her seat.

"I want to go inside, if you have nothing else to do. Please get out of this house," said the Madam, expelling us indirectly.

"Wait, Madam! I really intend to help you meet your son. Have you not missed your child all this time" said Mulya trying to prevent the woman from leaving us.

"Who does not miss, who does not want to meet his son. Which parents live without their children. Who feels the loss, must know how I feel right now," the Madam said as she held back her cries.

"Madam, I know you miss your son a lot. I'm here to come, with your son, madam."
