Proposal

On Saturday morning on a clear day, Nathan was seen standing in front of the mirror watching his neat appearance and also his face that was already handsome since birth. Tidying up a bit of his hair he rushed out of his room and met the mother who had been waiting for him since earlier in the dining room.

“Ma, all the preparations are done right?” nathan asked as he sat down at the table.

“Honey already!”

Today Nathan and his parents, along with Alvin and Ben, are proposing to Alyssa. Nathan had planned it long before. And he deliberately did not tell Alyssa because he wanted to make a surprise.

After breakfast Nathan and Alvin depart in one car while Ben and Aditama's husband and wife follow the other. The journey to Alyssa village takes about four hours.

Ms. Ratna immediately put her duster and lap in a hurry. Mr. Herman invited Nathan and the others in and rushed to the room to change clothes with a neater one, Ms. Ratna did the same.

Unlike the two parents who soon changed clothes, Alyssa instead silently stared at the place watching Ben and Alvin who brought one by one hand to propose to him and put it on the living room table.

Outside the house, several neighbors who passed by stopped in front of Alyssa's house because they saw two luxury cars parked in her yard and they were very curious about who the guests were.

“Then the wedding will be held in two weeks”.

Nathan does not expect his father to decide to marry Alyssa within two weeks. He had not previously talked about this to his father. He just wanted to focus on proposing to Alyssa first. But like getting a lottery, Nathan is so happy with his papa's decision at the moment.

After it was decided if the two would get married in two weeks, Ratna invited everyone to lunch together. Alyssa had tried a new recipe before Nathan and the others arrived. Although they ate a little crammed because of the small dining table, they enjoyed their lunch so much. Sometimes they also talk about small things to melt the atmosphere.

After lunch Nathan and his parents and Ben leave Alyssa's house. The plan is today they will stay at a nearby hotel and tomorrow will return to the city together with Alyssa. While Alvin tonight will sleep in his own house.

“Then we say first” said aunt Maya.
