All Because of the Film

It was raining heavily the next day when Alyssa had just arrived at Nathan's apartment. As usual, today he cooked breakfast for Nathan. At eight o'clock in the morning Nathan was sitting at the dining table with a neat appearance and ready to go to the set. But Alvin called her and told her that today's shoot was cancelled due to unfavorable weather. The rain outside was indeed very heavy and it was impossible to shoot with this condition.

“It looks like nature is helping us” Nathan said as he ate his meal.

“I want to invite you to dinner later”.

“I don't promise ya” Alyssa glanced at Nathan who had noticed her calling earlier. Nathan gestured to her to end the call.

“She's making sure you have dinner?” nathan asked jealous. Alyssa nodded.

“But I've already turned it down” Alyssa replied quickly so that Nathan would not be angry with her anymore.

“Good! Tomorrow if you meet him, you have to say that you already have a boyfriend”.

Until the end of the day the rain still fell very hard. There was no sign the rain would stop. Nathan invites Alyssa to watch a movie together. They watch a romantic movie in the living room accompanied by some snacks that Alyssa has taken from the refrigerator.

The two of them watched quietly while eating the snacks they held each. But as the film enters the romantic scene, Nathan begins to look uncomfortable. He put his snacks on the table, took his drinks and finished them in one drink.
