Ask for Help

Alvin and Sarah sit on the couch in the living room listening to Nathan's story. Nathan recounts all the events at the party from start to finish and how he ended up raping Alyssa.

“I did not think Nat, it turns out you guys brengs*k!” alvin said as Nathan finished his story.

“I'm sorry!”

“Why apologize to me? You should apologize to Alyssa!” Alvin was screaming a little.

“Iya I know! So help me find Alyssa!” Nathan also replied by shouting.

“Aduhh, can you not use yell?” sarah covered her ears with both hands.

Nathan and Alvin just looked at each other with faces that were both upset. This is the first time Alvin was angry with Nathan until he hit him.

“OK, now we have to focus first to find Alyssa where” said Sarah again.

“What is he to his parents' house?” nathan asked later.

“Nih, you read it yourself!” Alvin handed Nathan his phone.

Nathan reads a message from Alyssa aimed at Alvin. He feels more guilty. Alyssa did not tell her parents what she had done to Alyssa.

“Where should I look for Alyssa?” Nathan no longer has an idea of where Alyssa is.

“We report to the police!” exciting Alvin.

“No!”

Nathan and Alvin compactly look towards Sarah.

“Why can't you report the police?” nathan asked Sarah.

“If we report to the police they will definitely meet Alyssa's parents right? While Alyssa's parents do not know that her son has gone” explained Sarah.

They finally abandoned their intention to report to the police because they did not want to make Alyssa's parents worried. While Alvin and Nathan are thinking about where Alyssa is, Sarah suddenly gives a suggestion that makes Nathan a little hesitant.

“Nathan, how about you ask your papa for help?” sarah's Idea.

“Papaku?” Nathan seemed to knit his brows somewhat doubtfully at Sarah's idea.

How could he ask his father for help while their relationship is not good. Sarah does not know that Nathan and his father's relationship is not good. Because before Sarah went abroad the relationship Nathan and his papa knew was fine. Sarah knows that Kevin, Nathan's brother, has passed away but she doesn't know the exact cause. Sarah just got word that Kevin died of illness. And Sarah also certainly does not know because the problem is what makes the relationship Nathan and his father is not good until now.

“Iya! We're asking your father to find Alyssa. It is not difficult for an Aditama Rudi to find Alyssa's whereabouts. You know your own papa's men are a lot of” said Sarah.

“But Sarah, me and papa.”

“Wait a minute!” alvin Sela. “What Sarah said is true! We just need to ask your papa for help!”

Nathan is increasingly worried, on the one hand he wants to find Alyssa soon. But on the other hand he did not want to ask his papa for help in this matter. Neither Sarah nor Alvin knew how Nathan and his father were related. Nathan only tells Alyssa his family problems.

“Mama is glad you came home baby!” Aunt Maya welcomes Nathan at her home. He hugged his beloved son because they had not met for a long time. The last time they met was when Aunt Maya came to Nathan's apartment to explain the true events in the villa during Nathan's birthday which had nothing to do with Alyssa.

“Ma, papa is at home?” nathan asked as he let go of his mother's embrace.

“No dear, you can stay here longer. Your father has an important meeting today so maybe come home late” said aunt Maya who still thought that Nathan would be quick to leave if his father had gone home.

“But I want to meet papa!”

Aunt Maya was very surprised by what her son said. It was the first time he had heard Nathan wanted to meet his father after all these years they had not established a good relationship between father and son.

“Iya ma! It's important!”

“Good, wait a minute! Mama will call your papa!”

Aunt Maya rushes to her room to pick up her phone. She called her husband and told him that Nathan wanted to see her. Initially, Aunt Maya had thought that her husband would give her many questions about Nathan who suddenly wanted to meet her after a long time. But unexpectedly her husband did not ask anything and said if he would come home soon and postpone the meeting.

Half an hour later, Om Rudi arrived at his house. He walked quietly as he entered the house, where he saw Nathan sitting in the living room with his beloved wife. Om Rudi sat opposite Nathan, while Aunt Maya sat next to Nathan holding his son's arm just in case there was a fight between the two he could immediately pull his son. Aunt Maya looks very tense, especially the look on Nathan's face looks serious.

“What do you want?” tanya Om Rudi without further ado as already knowing the purpose of his son looking for him.

“I need your help pa!” nathan answered loudly.

“What are you, baby? Do you have any problems, son?” Aunt Maya looks very worried.

Nathan did not answer his mother's question, he just focused on staring at his papa who now smiled triumphantly and his smile was like deciphering ‘finally you asked for my help too!’.

“What can papa help?”

“Please help me find Alyssa!”

“Where is Alyssa going? She disappeared?” ask aunt Maya and again did not get any answers from Nathan.

“If papa helps you, what will papa get from you?” ask Rudi who deliberately gave the question to Nathan even though he himself already knows what the answer is like.

“I'll follow all papa's wishes!”

“Nathan, please explain to mama! What really happened to Alyssa until you wanted to obey all your papa wishes?” aunty Maya's voice had risen because from earlier the question was no one answered by Nathan.

“Explain the reason to your mama!” om Rudi's orders.

“Alyssa ran away from me ma, and I don't know now where she is!” nathan said to his mother who was sitting next to him but his eyes were still focused on looking at his papa.

“But why did he escape?”

“I've done something wrong to him!”

“What mistakes did you make that make him run away?”

“I..” Nathan took a deep breath. “I've raped her!”

Plakk!

A hard slap on Nathan's cheek from his mother. She knew her mother was very upset and angry.

“Mama did not expect it turned out that mama's son would do such a disgusting thing!” Aunt Maya has cried because she felt she failed to educate her child.

“I'll be in charge ma! I'll marry her!”

“But will he forgive you after you hurt him? Will she marry you?” aunt Maya's crying is getting worse.

“I'll apologize to her, even if she doesn't forgive me but I'll still marry her! I love her ma!”

“It's enough!” om Rudi cried suddenly in the middle of his wife's sobs. “Nathan, from tomorrow you have to learn about business. Papa will send someone to teach you!”

“But pa, Alyssa..” Nathan tried to protest his father even though he knew that his efforts would be in vain.

“Papa will take care of it. You just need to learn!” Om Rudi moved from his seat which meant that he did not receive any rebuttal from his son. He walked up the stairs to the room leaving his son and wife still crying in the living room.

“Alyssa, I missed you!”
