CHAPTER 44 (A Destiny)

Sometimes, the things that a person expects do not go as he expects. If what they expect doesn't work out, what will they do?

"You have no progress at all with Rama? My mom wishes you were closer to her." Said mama Diana.open the chat in between their free time.

"I'll be close to him, be as close as ever." Reply Diana.

"I mean mama, with a clearer and more serious relationship like your father said."

Diana was silent about not knowing what to answer, because she could not do anything to see the reality, even though she wanted it, she did not expect much of it.

"I won't be able to decide as much as I want, I'm not sure Rama likes me either.."

Metha stared sadly at her son's face, as if feeling the same sadness that Diana felt.

"If he doesn't advance, you must advance." Metha's words are encouraging.

"Forward!, I'm not sure about that." Diana was a little unsure.

"If you go forward, you know how he feels. Sometimes we have to throw away our ego and self-esteem a little bit to convince something." Metha.

"You know if I like Rama, when did you know?" Ask Diana.

"Eeiih, although mama rarely met you, mama is quite sensitive when it comes to mama's children."

Diana smiled at the compliment, a little soothing to her feelings that had seemed gloomy.

"It's good to see you smile like this." Metha said she was relieved to see Diana's expression that looked more relaxed than she had seen.

"Don't think too much, if he was your destiny, he would be by your side no matter what. But, sometimes we have to brave ourselves to pick up that fate." Say again.

"Mama just hope you are happy baby, papa equally mama can not continue to be beside you, therefore.we hope you do not push yourself too much and live life as usual." Metha said again, then hugged her child's body warmly.

Diana returned a warm embrace from her mother, she seemed moved by the attention her mother was directing. He was relieved to be able to share his problems with the mother he rarely met.

Although not often met because of differences in residence, did not make the relationship between Diana and her parents far, far away, because the communication between the three of them still exists although not too intense and often because of their respective busyness.

Living alone in Indonesia does not seem to make Diana lonely, considering all her school friends are with her and there is Rama who is also her spirit, he no longer feels alone even though he is far from his extended family who is currently abroad, precisely in Canada.

"Why are you going back tomorrow?" Ask Diana.

"Yes, my mom and dad have to go back. Sorry mom, can't stay here long."
