77. Be Submissive

The frail figure of the woman was now lying on the bed in pain. His face was pale and his eyes were still closed.

When dawn arrived, his eyes suddenly opened and he was conscious in a daze.

As he observed the surroundings, he was slightly surprised to find the figure of a man standing tall.

His face was terrified.

“Finally you wake up.”

Ruona shook her head then she unintentionally felt pain from her stomach. The woman lowered her head. His hand slowly caressed his stomach with worry.

“What happened?”

Ruona could no longer sense any signs of life there.

A flash of panic appeared on his face.

“The child is dead.”

His eyes were in disbelief. A strange expression instantly crossed his face.

“Ha ha ha ha.”

Ruona laughed as if she had just listened to a funny joke. His loud laughter suddenly became sobs.

Obviously when Ruona found out about her pregnancy the first time, she hated it. But as time went on he began to like there was new life in his stomach.

Ruona wanted to give birth to him and raise him. He suddenly understood Liana's feelings as she lost her flesh and blood. That's very painful.

After answering the call outside, Kevin went back into the ward. The place is empty. There was an empty bed and there was blood there. Blood was also found on the floor leading to the bathroom.

Kevin ran to the doorway. He stopped suddenly, confused.

Kevin saw the woman leaning against the bathtub while injuring her own arm. Blood spilled and stained the water in the bathtub.

“What do you do?”

Kevin instantly grabbed his hand to stop his unreasonable actions.

Ruona's actions stopped, she raised her head to look at Kevin. His gaze immediately glared furiously.

“That's you,” accuse Ruona.

“What?”

“That's all your fault! You killed my son. You're a murderer, give me back my son!”

Kevin immediately took out the fruit knife that Ruona was holding and threw it away. He immediately gripped both hands of Ruona. So that woman can not be much thrashing.

“Are you crazy?” scream Kevin.

“Who else can kill my son besides you? You killed my son. Restore it! Restore him!”

Ruona blindly turned towards Kevin.

Kevin directly slapped Ruona to resuscitate her back to her rational sense.

“Don't act like a madman in front of me! Do you think I won't do anything to you just because you're acting like crazy! And another one, I didn't kill your son.”

“Who else can?”

“Have you forgotten, there's Daniel. Precisely he killed your son.”

“Daniel...Daniel...”

“Ya, the boy.”

Suddenly Ruona was like a possessed person. Kevin immediately let go of his hand and stood in front of Ruona.

“I want to see them.”

“I'll take you to them when you are completely healed.”

“No. I want to see it, I've been cured.”

“Liana, be obedient.”

Liana was silent. He glanced at Gideon in annoyance.

“Are you lying to me? The kids aren't safe, are they?”

“I didn't lie to you. The children were slightly injured and were taken to hospital. They will definitely feel pain if they see you because it looks weak now.”

Liana immediately looked down and it was true, her appearance now looked haggard and withered.

“After you look better, I'll take you to them. Okay?”

Liana looked at Gideon suspiciously for a while.

“I can't rest and eat if I don't see them soon.”

Gideon took a bowl of porridge beside him and fed him patiently and painstakingly.

Liana carefully picked it up in her mouth and swallowed it. The warmth instantly spread throughout his body.

Gideon repeated his action until half a bowl of porridge.

“I'm full.”

“Eat just a little more.”

Gideon patiently persuaded.

“Didn't you say you'd be obedient?”

Can't say anything more. Liana ate some more bribes. As soon as she finished, Liana lay down again.

Gideon fixed the position of the blanket.

“I'll go to the office. Rest and wait for me to come home.”
