34. I'm Not Same as You

Because there was no response from Damian. Gideon grinned and then he turned his body preparing to leave. Damian who saw him hurriedly widened his eyes in fear that the big man would tell his mother about his secret.

“Dad.”

Damian's speech was like the sound of a mosquito that was difficult to hear.

Gideon turned around while raising next to his eyebrows. “Did you just say something?”

“Didn't you hear it?”

“Who came?” ask Liana.

“Thank you who came?”

Liana frowned and when she realized something, her smile immediately expanded. Damian looked towards Gideon. Two men look at each other. The eyes of both father and son were like electric currents.

Liana hurriedly left the dining room and headed straight ahead to open the door.

Liana was quite surprised by Daniel's arrival but she was also quite happy to see him.

Liana broke out in cold sweat looking at the little man in front of her.

Now Liana sat beside Daniel, in front of Damian. The beautiful woman looked happy when she saw her two sons eating voraciously.

“What?” liana asked Gideon.

Gideon immediately gestured through his eyes. He glanced slightly at the plate. Liana glared loudly. As if saying ‘you can take it yourself’.

Liana took food for Gideon and herself. Gideon smiled faintly and his appetite increased.

Likewise Liana, she also smiled faintly when she saw Daniel so greedy. Meanwhile in the corner of the chair, Damian always noticed his mother who was too focused on Daniel.

“Bu..” Damian called Liana softly but the woman did not seem to listen to him.

“Jealous?”

A large palm was now stroking the tip of his head. When Damian looked up he met Gideon's eyes. The boy immediately ignored Gideon by looking the other way.

“No! I inherited my mother's facial features,” Damian said he did not want to be likened to his father.

“Then why is Daniel so stupid?”

Gideon blinked his eyes a few times. “He is not stupid.”

“She was so slow about calculations,” Damian said mocking.

“He is very smart in different fields.”

Damian wanted to refute every word Gideon had said but a voice stopped him.

“Damian, are you done with your meal?” ask Liana.

“Not yet bu,” Damian said when he saw the plate was still not empty.

“Then stop messing around at the dining table. Quickly finish the food after that play as much.”
