11. Party Invitation

Sound of door closed. No lights were turned on. The sunlight had crawled up a long time ago. The only illumination in that space was the natural light that burst out wanting to enter inside.

Gideon stood arrogantly staring at the window. His mind wandered everywhere. He remembered the little boy who doused him with water.

The little boy was still small but had incredible courage. The desire to protect his mother was strong.
