Damian stood in front of the school gate. The little boy was waiting for his mother. As for Daniel, he still has extracurricular classes.
As Damian was crouching to fix his shoelaces, suddenly his eyes saw a pair of shoes in front of him.
From the model of his shoes, Damian could see that the owner was a girl of his age.
Damian stood up and saw the smile on her face.
“Where are your parents? Did you come home alone?”
Damian then shifted his gaze and ignored the existence of the woman. Damian kept moving away and the little girl faithfully followed where Damian was walking.
“I can accompany you.”
Damian instantly turned around “Don't follow me!”
“I'm not following you. Is this place yours? Isn't he?”
“You are very annoying.”
“Thank you for the compliment.” The little girl smiled pretty but Damian just felt nauseous.
“Damian.” Shouting someone, Damian looked up straight away.
“Mother!”
Damian immediately ran towards Liana. While the little girl was just glued to her place while looking at Damian.
“So his name is Damian.”
“Mother, let's go home.”
Damian immediately held Liana's hand to leave from there immediately.
“Why rush? And who's that pretty girl?”
“I don't know,” Damian said briefly because Damian really doesn't know and he doesn't want to find out.
“Mother thinks she's your friend.”
“Not!”
.........
It was late afternoon but Gideon was still sitting in his office. He was thinking something. Opposite him was Alan who was standing while holding a book about one's psychology.
A few minutes ago they were discussing something. Interesting thing for Gideon.
“No need to be nervous boss. I'm here reading a book not charging a debt.”
Gideon looked at Alan coldly. “Now you dare with me?”
Alan's body immediately froze realizing his mistake.
“No boss.”
“Read more hard for me,” Gideon command.
Alan immediately swallowed his saliva and went back to reading.
“It's called jealousy. Here are some forms of jealousy. First, not confident. Second, selfishness.”
“Selforality?”
“Ya.”
“Continue!”
“Self-selfishness like a groundless accusation on his partner.”
“You're insinuating me?”
“Not the President, but this is what was written in the book.”
“Alan.”
“Iya, President.”
“Is it normal for men to be jealous of women?”
Alan felt surprised, he immediately lowered his head and fixed the location of his glasses. His fingers quickly opened page by page to get answers to his president's questions.
“Can.”
“Quick say!”
“Jealousy in a relationship is natural. A person's level of jealousy is closely related to a person's level of love.”
“That means, when a woman is with someone else and the man feels like he has a rival. It could be said the man actually cared about the woman.”
“You could say that.”
Gideon's eyebrows are shrinking. His hand he rubbed on his chin. Suddenly he looked at Alan.
“Alan.”
“Iya, President.”
“Have you ever been in love before?”
“What? Me?” Alan immediately shook his head.
“I guessed it,” Gideon said as he looked at Alan's performance.
“How does a woman show her jealousy?”
Alan hurriedly threw page after page to the left side.
“First, women will ignore their partners.”
“She's already done it even my number on blacklist.”
“Second, women will show a sense of attraction.”
“He even ignored me.”
“Three, women will lose their composure like angry.”
“Terus.”
“Fourth, women will close themselves and talk sarcastically. Woman will compare herself with other women.”
Gideon hastily changed his sitting position. “He did, all of it was signs of jealousy. Jealousy equals love.”
A handsome smile rose on Gideon's face. The frozen ice slowly melted away. Alan looked at his President's face brightly and felt shocked.
Gideon hurriedly returned to himself as he was, cold as Alan looked at him with the naked eye.
“A man should take care of his emotions. Jealousy but do not overdo it. A man should remember that his woman is not his personal property.”.
“He is mine. So it's my private property.”
Gideon corrected him because he was unhappy.
“A woman has the right to be in a relationship with another person even with the opposite sex.”
“She has no right to be in a relationship with others especially with other men.”
The oppressive aura that Gideon let out left Alan silenced for a long time.
“Do women always demand marriage?”
Alan went back to page by page.
“Presdir here no.”
“Search for the right. Marriage is just a piece of paper why does a woman make it a must?”
“I think, if women are married they will feel much safer and more legitimate. Moreover, they have binding evidence. They are bound by the promise of God, family and country.”
.........
Liana is currently washing her cooking utensils and eating utensils while Damian is in his room.
As Liana put down her first plate, the sound of the house bell from the front rang. Liana slightly turned her head to see if Damian was out of his place.
“Damian, open the door!” tell Liana.
Liana resumed her activities hoping that the door had been opened by Damian. But it seems Damian did not do it because the bell continued to sound.
“Has Damian slept?”
Liana took off her gloves and rushed out of the kitchen. The first thing when Liana opened the door. His eyes looked at a man close to Gideon Cross.
“Alan, what are you doing here?”
“President asked me to pick up Miss Liana?”
“Gideon Cross? Where's she? What does he want now?”
“Nona Liana will know after coming with me but previously Miss had to change clothes with this.”
Alan handed her a black dress with a ribbon on her chest.
Liana noticed him without intending to immediately take it.
“This was chosen directly by the President.”
“I don't want it and I won't go!”
Alan was in a hurry to panic. “Miss Liana, the President told me to take you and Miss must wear this shirt. Otherwise, he'll kill me.” Alan's face was so clear his only hope was for Liana to sympathize with him.
“Will he really kill you?”
Alan's head immediately nodded.
“Good.”
Alan smiled as if.
Along the way Liana unceasingly asked where they were heading? what kind of place are they going to? What is Gideon planning?
Alan was about to let go of any luck Alan immediately noticed when the tip of his lips almost opened.
“It's up.”
Liana observed the building beside her. It was a skyscraper with a famous restaurant quite expensive but it was on par with the taste of its cuisine and the scenery it served.
“You sure this is the place?”
“Yes. Let's Miss Liana, the President is waiting.”
They enter the building and Alan helps direct Liana into the elevator.
Alan pushed the highest button in the building. When the elevator doors open. Alan immediately signaled that the room Liana was going to enter was on her right side.
Liana directly entered it and her eyes were immediately shocked to see the room. In the middle was a long table full of food.
No less amazing is the view presented. With a large and transparent glass, Liana was able to see the view of the city that was filled with glittering lights that were very beautiful.
“What is the intention of doing this?”
Liana searched for someone's whereabouts but she couldn't find the man she was looking for.
As Liana turned around she smashed into a sturdy chest. As he looked up Liana's eyes collided with Gideon's.
Gideon was now standing in front of him. Wearing a black shirt with combed hair. Some of the bangs were thrown. The masculine and fragrant aura of menthol is typical of men.
Very handsome, very seductive and very sexy.
“Like?” deep voice Gideon came out of his lips.
For a moment Liana felt stupid.
“You don't like?”
Liana glanced at Gideon's hand holding a pendant then Liana shook her head.
“Because you don't like I'll throw it away.”
Before Liana could answer, Gideon had already left he opened the glass and stood on the balcony. His hand threw the pendant just like that. In the blink of an eye the locket had already disappeared somewhere.
Liana hurriedly approached Gideon and directly lowered her head looking down.
“Why did you do it?”
“What do I do?”
Gideon asked with a plain face.
