58. Sarcastic remarks

“Bu, does it hurt?”

Damian and Daniel embrace their mother. Liana who had originally lowered her head, now slightly raised her head.

Liana smiled at the two boys, hiding her pain so they wouldn't worry.

“Why did you come home early? Last time the teacher called mom, there was an extra class.”

They sat on the sofa. Damian and Daniel sat to Liana's right and left.

Damian then hurriedly searched the drawer to find the p3k box. He rushed to Liana's side.

Damian and Daniel kiss Liana on the cheek. Liana hugged her two sons. His tears tried to break through but he held on with all his might.

“Damian..” Liana's voice sounded vibrating.

Damian hugged Liana's waist tightly.

That afternoon, Inge's mother complained to Gideon Cross about Liana.

Gideon didn't come home early. The man came home a little late. His mind was a little frustrated due to the work and scolding due to his nephews troubles.

As soon as he reached the villa, he quickly walked in. The living room was so dark and empty. Both of his sons must have slept.

Gideon headed straight for the master room, and found Liana lying in a design by turning her back.

The lights of the room are off only dim lights next to the nightstand that become a light.

Gideon saw Liana's body curled up on the bed. It was unclear whether Liana was sleeping or just lying down. Liana looked so calm as if nothing had happened despite the huge problems that had appeared caused by her.

Why would he hurt his nephew?

“Liana.”

Liana woke up in shock and sat down immediately on the bed. Seeing that Gideon was back, a smile appeared on his face.

But he noticed Gideon's cold face and looked angry. Liana's smile instantly dimmed.

Liana pursed her lips. Liana stubbornly refused to say anything. He was also angry at Gideon.

“Don't touch me! Go to the woman!” Liana struggled to let go of Gideon's embrace but Gideon hugged her tightly and did not let her struggle in any way.

“Stop!”

Gideon continued to hug her tightly, waiting for Liana to calm down.

“I'm sorry. I shouldn't have considered you guilty. I should have asked you gently. I should have listened to your explanation.”

Liana did not answer and Gideon did not know what she was thinking.
