Elemental Gen - Z
Chapter 96's

[Darkness Invasion Arc - #7]

...----------------...

"We need to get out of here, Park Hana." putting on a serious look, Steve said.

Araya nodded back, "Yes, but, how?"

The two of them stood back to each other. Steve stood facing Darkzero, while Araya was facing the transparent barrier wall.

Shiroi, why ... why is it like this?! I should have been more careful. Araya condemns his carelessness and blames himself. In fact, it's not entirely his fault.

He stared at the transparent wall, slowly sticking out his right hand to try to penetrate it. However, things he did not expect to happen.

Instead of being penetrated, Araya felt her hand electrocuted.

"Sir Steve, this wall is like there's electricity." whispered Araya to Steve.

"That's bad. It will be difficult for us to get out of here." replied the man while glancing at Araya.

"You can't escape!" Darkzero spoke while playing his fingers. Not long after, the three of them were in different places.

In this place, much darker—like a night without months and stars. Every now and then, flashes of lightning in the sky were visible. Well, that's all that makes the light of the place even if it's only for a little while.

"Stay near me." muttered Steve to make sure that Araya was still behind him.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Haha! Welcome to the execution room!" Darkzero laughing. He stretched out his hand while looking up.

Execution room?

Hearing that sentence, Araya and Steve's feelings of growing concern, given that their names were both recorded on the blacklist.

"Zack, is there any way to get out of here?" Steve asked the system. Although it felt quite difficult, but, they would try to save themselves.

"I don't know. Around here, there is no object that has a chance to be used to get out of this place. This room is like no limit."

"No limits?" steve and Araya muttered almost simultaneously. If it was truly limitless, then it was impossible for them to be able to get out. Like in infinite space, but in this place, there was absolutely no object they could use.

"All right, let's have some fun." Darkzero said as he approached. The closer he got, the more powerful the aura that was so gripping. The closer he came, the air seemed to suffocate them until difficulty breathing.

"T—wait!" Araya ventured to prevent it and all bought time. With a slightly trembling hand, Araya hinted for Darkzero to pause.

"Isn't that unfair, if .. if you attack me while I'm in human mode? If it's like that, you can't see my true abilities." Araya said, fighting her fear to be able to get Shiroi back. Otherwise, then he would have remained that way and could not control the power of the element.

"Hmm you're right too. Alright!" Darkzero muttered as he rubbed his chin.

CTAK!

After the sound was heard, Araya's transformation tool became as before. No longer petrified, Shiroi also instantly returned.

"Shiroi, are you okay?" Araya asked while staring at her transformation tool that had returned in color.

"Yes. Actually, what's going on?" shiroi's voice sounded.

"Thank God, you're back. Next time I tell you. Now, you have to help me."

"Good!"

After Shiroi returns, Araya tries not to waste more time. He soon changes to armor mode to help Steve defeat Darkzero.

"At least, I'm dead not in human mode. Oh right, if we die, what will happen to the others?" Araya tried to talk as calmly as possible, as if his death was not yet going to pick him up.

"Hey, what are you talking about?" Steve slanted Araya's arm. He felt a little awkward with the girl's words.

"If you die, nothing will happen to them." Darkzero replied. "Have the answer, right? If so, I'll start executing you!"

Darkzero's aura instantly became more and more concentrated, especially in his right hand. In his hand, appeared a sword shrouded in black fog.

"Park Hana, promise me that we won't die." holding Araya's right hand, Steve said in a trembling voice. From his actions, it can be seen that he is actually also afraid.

"I can't promise, Brother."

"Whatever it is, try not to die!"

"Hmm, okay." Araya nodded enthusiastically, while Steve let go of his grasp.

...----------------...

"Rain, is there no other way we can get there faster?" while running as fast as possible, someone with red armor asked even though this was not the right time.

"none. This is the only way." replied a colleague who was currently also running. Well, they are Professor R and Professor F. They also returned to using the armor after many years of it being removed.

"I have a bad feeling about Araya and Steve." Fatih—Professor F—returns.

"Yes, that's why we need to get there!"

After minutes of running, they arrived before the dimensional gate. At that gate, the difference between the human dimension and the Darkness dimension was obvious.

Around there, there were about two hundred level five Darkness Swordmen still roaming around looking for prey to make a part of them. There is also unknown where the tertiary members who should serve in this place.

"Ah shit! We forget our original purpose." said Fatih while trying to stop his already fast footsteps. Likewise with Rain, he stopped running after his partner said so.

"Open destination?" Rain asked back.

"Yes, now we have arrived and just remembered the original plan." Fatih patted his forehead. So many things and plans that he thought, he forgot the initial plan as well as the main plan.

"Don't tell me we forgot the heirloom weapon?"

"That's what I want to say."

"Argh! Why do you remember now?! Now who's coming back to get it?" Rain turned around and looked at his partner. They both forget. At the age of four heads, naturally it happens.

"Let me come back. You go into the Darkness dimension to help others." Fatih retreated a few steps, and after that, he immediately turned around and ran back to the headquarters.

Why not teleport? This was difficult to do, due to the special waves around the dimensional border that made it difficult for them to use teleportation techniques.

As Fatih returned to the base, Rain was still standing there. He saw the wide-open dimensional gate. When he tried to enter, he bounced back three meters. It's like there's a repulsion that makes it that way.

"I have to find another way" he muttered as he stared at the transparent barrier through the hologram screen on his armor.

Rain started walking around while occasionally scanning with a hologram scanner that he had modified several times.

"It's gonna be hard to get in there."
