Chapter 7's

The next day, was the second day of the test, as well as the third day of Araya since Araya became a member of the 'Elemental Organization of Asia'.

After breakfast, they were asked to gather in the practice room to continue the test. Today's test is an agility test. This time, the supervisor was Professor F.

"Good morning! Ready to do the test?" ask Professor F while saying hello.

"Ready!"

"good. This time it was an agility test. Later, you will start this test from your room" Professor F said. The four junior members before him appeared to put on confused faces.

"Hehe, you're confused, aren't you? Look, this test is like a simulation. You will one by one start the test from your room. After I give you a cue, you will have to get out of your room and go to the control room. In its path, it will be hindered. I'll calculate your time using the stop watch. You should try as soon as possible yes, but should not use the power of the elements. You understand?" ask Professor F after explaining the simulation process.

They had to pass through many obstacles on their way to the control room located on the top floor. If calculated, maybe the distance from their room was about a hundred meters more. Given that this base is a fairly large underwater headquarters.

"I'll tell you the order. The first was Zaaryan, then. Kim Dae-Vin, then Hanny Aretha, and finally Araya Princess. Okay, please head to your respective rooms." afterwards, the four junior members immediately left the training room and headed for their room.

Currently, Araya was waiting for her turn while standing near the door that was inside her room. Now is Hanny's turn, after this is Araya's turn.

After that, Araya immediately ran outside the room, then turned left towards the hallway. Eight meters later, there began to be a first zone hurdle. There are five chairs arranged in rows and deliberately made to block the road. Araya took one footing on one of the chairs, then just jumped straight away. And he succeeded, Araya made a smooth landing. Then run again.

After running for sixteen meters, Araya noticed that there was a floor surface that looked wet and more shiny. It seems to have been given a lubricant. On the side, there were tens to hundreds of nails. That's the second zone hurdle.

While still some distance away, Araya took a swing in order to jump further. But fortunately Araya never ditched sports lessons at school. So, he has practiced long jump several times.

Thirty-two meters away, a third zone obstacle awaits. Araya has to go through the stairs. Maybe passing the stairs sounds easy, but don't think so. Not stairs made of cement, but vertical stairs made of rope.

"Huh? How about this, I'm a bit of a height phobia?!" araya said in his heart. He is indeed a bit of a phobia of heights, especially if the height is more than two meters. The stairs he was about to cross were four meters high.

Araya held the rope used as a ladder with both hands, then began to climb it one by one. When he reached the eighth rope, precisely located at a height of two hundred and forty centimeters, or 2.4 meters, his legs began to tremble even until the bottom of the ladder rope also shook. Araya tightened her grip.

"Huh my goodness.. Looks like I'll be here longer. Nah! I can't lose again! I have to pass this test! Don't look down! Come on Araya, a little more.." Araya tried hard in this test. Tests that made his heart beat faster as his hobby was triggered.

Slowly– slowly, Araya continued. Until not one minute, he had already passed the third zone hurdle.

Now Araya has reached the top floor, where the control room is located. But that doesn't mean he's finished. There's one more obstacle. He had to pass through the hallway that had installed twenty red-colored laser beams. He can't hit that beam if he doesn't want to fail. The beam is deliberately installed tightly so that it is more difficult.

But fortunately, Araya has a slim and small body. His height is 157 cm and his weight is 39 kg. You could say pretty small, right?

Araya began to move his right leg over the first laser beam. He just realized, it turns out that every laser beam there is above and there is below. So, he had to bow down as well so as not to touch the light that was above.

In order to save time, Araya crept past her bottom. Pretty good idea, because he can pass twelve laser beams in a short time. There are seven more, and it's not too difficult, just one laser beam in each row.

The fourth zone barrier has already passed. Araya just went into the control room. In that hallway there was only one room, and it was definitely the control room.

"You did it, Araya!" hanny said after Araya entered the room.

"Yes, you're the second fastest member." continued Professor F.

"really? Who's first, and what about the others?" Araya asked while stabilizing her breathing.

Kim Dae-Vin \= 2 minutes 50 seconds (successful)

Araya Putri \= 2 minutes 52 seconds (successful)

Zaaryan \= 3 minutes 4 seconds (failed)

Hanny \= 3 minutes 15 seconds (failed)

"Now this test is over. You can go back to your room. All right, see you." said Professor F ending the fourth test.

"Hanny, Zaaryan, how can you fail?" Araya asked while slightly tilting her head.

"I touched the laser. Starting from the second laser is the top and the bottom is a bit tight. I accidentally touched the fourth laser." replied Hanny while recalling her difficulty in the fourth zone obstacle.

"Yes, since that second laser, it's been tight. I looked down less so I touched the upper beam." continued Zaaryan, "what about you, Araya?"

"Well that's it. I passed downstairs. So it saves more time." replied Araya while imagining the feeling of crawling under a red laser beam.

"Through below? Why can it be the same as me? Me and Araya were only at odds for two seconds." Dae-Vin's inner self after listening to the conversation of his friends.

Thank you for reading my third story. In this chapter there is not much dialogue because the focus is the same as Araya.
