4. One Secret More

Arnold still faithfully accompanied Moon in the room while occasionally rubbing his wife's head with affection. Arnold knew he had to tell him who he really was because he didn't want the Moon to stay scared for no reason.

while recalling the event where he saw the werewolf for the first time.

While walking, the Moon suddenly saw a shadow passing quickly between branches of trees lined up neatly on the side of the village road. The moon thought it was a wild ape who used to enter the village in search of food.

It was then that the Moon saw the figure of a hairy creature standing behind him. The moon was sinking because it wanted to know what creature was standing in the middle of the garden. Strangely, at that time the Moon did not feel any fear at all. He was curious about the hairy creature that seemed to be tearing something with his teeth.

The moon seemed surprised and tried to hold its breath when watching the hairy creature was sucking the blood of a female goat. The body of the goat seemed convulsed and its voice disappeared when the teeth were pointed

the hairy creature tore at his neck and sucked his blood until the goat's body dried up because of blood loss.

Afterwards the creature raised its head while growling at the full moon above the sky there. Illuminated by the light of the full moon it was finally the Moon could see the face of the hairy creature. The creature's face resembles a wolf with a muzzle that is wet and slimy because of the goat's blood that was consumed. His mouth was filled with teeth with four long, glistening fangs poking out between his lips. Both of his ears were sticking up in between the coarse fur that grew above his head. Both of his eyes were bright red as a fire that would burn whatever was in front of him.

Seeing the creature's true form made the Moon's body limp helplessly and fall sitting on the ground. The sound of the Moon's body falling shocked the creature and made him turn his head. He growled and walked over to the moon trembling in fear, closing his eyes.

The moon could not imagine how painful it would be when the creature tore through its body. But after waiting for a while the Moon felt nothing. As he ventured to open his eyes, the Moon saw the hairy werewolf standing right in front of him. A gust of hot air hit the Moon's face as the werewolf leaned in until his face aligned with the Moon's.

“ Yes... don't hurt A... I...,” said the Moon with a trembling voice and sweat that flooded her face and body.

Hearing the Moon's words made the werewolf growl and then shake his head repeatedly.

Suddenly the silence of the night was disturbed by the sound of bamboo tongs being hit repeatedly plus the sound of citizens cheering each other. The voice shocked the Moon and the werewolf. Slowly the creature straightened its body then stepped away from the Moon which was still trembling in fear. Before darting away the werewolf turned his head towards the Moon and looked at him for a moment. The moon could see if the werewolf's gaze turned softer with a change in the color of his eyeballs. Before his two eyeballs completely changed, the werewolf darted away somewhere.

And since then the Moon has seen the sighting of the werewolf several times. The Moon felt that the werewolf had no intention of hurting her. The moon actually felt that the creature wanted to protect it from the men who often disturbed him when he and his friends came home after studying at the musholla.

The Moon always wanted to express her gratitude to the creature for taking care of her. But the Moon felt that the creature was afraid of Arnold. Because every time he was with Arnold, the creature did not dare to show itself to just greet him.
