After enjoying spa services at a subscription salon, Aruna and Kautsar choose to continue enjoying the day by entering a cafe. They sat face to face while linking fingers together like teenagers in love.

At that time the doctor Sheina was splitting the patient's stomach with a scalpel to remove the baby. Sheina noticed the unusual move and immediately asked Sister Ina out of the operating room.

" You, get out now...!" sheina said firmly while looking at Sister Ina with a sharp look.

" Why, doc...?" ask Sister Ina not understand.

" I said get out, which means you have to get out. Now...!" doctor Sheina said.

Sister Ina still stayed where she was until she upset Sheina. Sheina turned to one of the nurses and asked her to take Sister Ina out of the room.

" Sister Mita, please take Sister Ina out now...!" doctor Sheina said.

" Good doc !. Come Na...," sister Mita took with her, drawing sister Ina's hand out of the room.

With a heavy heart Sister Ina walked out of the room while enduring the embarrassment. After taking sister Ina out, sister Mita returns to help doctor Sheina complete her task.

After completing her task, Sheina also intends to return to her room. Sheina deliberately chose a shortcut to get to her room faster. The shortcut was in the form of a long hallway less than a meter wide and only passed by one person. The shortcut is rarely passed at night because of the minimal lighting.

Sheina's steps came to a halt as it was blocked by someone in the middle of the hallway. Sheina narrowed her eyes as she recognized the figure of the person standing in front of her.

" So what do you want Sister Ina...?" ask Sheina.

" I don't like doctors treating me that rich. It can be said with a sentence and a good attitude., ." protested Sister Ina.

" I did it for your own good Sister Ina. I'm just worried that if you use polite language as you want, you'll be even more embarrassed later." Sheina said with a meaningful smile.

" What does the doctor mean...?" ask Sister Ina not understand.

" Because you won't have a chance to run. You'll just end up embarrassed for letting them see you turn into a werewolf Sister...!" sheina said firmly to the surprise of Sister Ina.

Sister Ina looked back a few steps so surprised. Apparently he did not expect if Sheina knew her true identity.

Sister Ina lowered her face. It's hard to take off the job he likes so much. But Sister Ina is also worried that Doctor Sheina's remarks could prove later.

Sister Ina got up from her position and then stepped footily leaving the hallway. He was reluctant to leave the profession and still needed time to find another job.

Sheina stared at Sister Ina's departure with pity. He knew that Sister Ina was from a different clan to him. That's what makes them not have a strong inner bond when they first meet. According to Sheina, her feelings for Sister Ina were very different from her feelings when she first met George, Matilda and Aruna.

Then Sheina turned her body to continue her steps towards her room.
