231. The Park

Kenzo continued to hold Ria's hand until the two were in the office lobby that had been deserted. Ria looked at the lover who had been silent ever since.

Slowly Ria let go of Kenzo's hand and it made Kenzo turn towards him.

Kenzo let out a long sigh before answering the lover's question.

Ria was just sitting next to Kenzo. On the way the two went back to silence because they were busy with their respective minds.

Ria was still trying to digest what happened in Kalisha's room earlier. He tried to remember every detail of the sentence that Kalisha threw as well as the silence in the room that he thought felt strange.

" Don't think too much. The important thing is that you don't forget to recite it so you don't miss it.." said Kenzo.

Taxi was speeding through the highway that began to be empty.

Meanwhile inside her study room Kalisha looked chaotic. His body was sweating and his breathing was wheezing as if he had just run thousands of meters.

Slowly Kalisha came out from her hiding place. His condition looks much better because at that time Kalisha has returned to his human form.

Kalisha pressed the light switch to light up the room. Then Kalisha sat on the sofa straightening her legs. Kalisha seemed to be trying to remember what she had just experienced.

" I never expected that being close to Ria could make my serious instincts rise up just like that. Who the hell is he. Why is the scent of his blood so alluring and makes me want to take a sip...?" kalisha murmured as she spread her hair with her fingers.

Remembering that her fingers had changed, Kalisha also pulled her hand which was tidying her hair and watched her closely.

Then Kalisha stood up and walked slowly towards the window. He stopped there and looked up at the night sky for a moment. Kalisha found no moon in the sky. There are only stars that decorate the night. Afterwards Kalisha seemed to let out a long sigh.

Elsewhere Aruna and Kautsar were sitting staring at the sky. They were enjoying the night in the park.

The Kautsar gladly granted the wife's wish to be escorted to the park when she returned home from work.

And now the two are seen sitting in a garden chair enjoying grilled corn and a glass of warm sweet tea.

" Are you happy, honey...?" kautsar asked as he looked at Aruna's sparkling face.

" Banget. Thank you dear..," said Aruna while touching the cheek of the husband gently.

" All together. As long as it can and is not dangerous for You and Our baby, God willing I will take you with me wherever you want." Kautsar said while clutching Aruna's shoulder with affection.

Aruna smiled at Kautsar. He leaned his head on the husband's shoulder as he looked at some of the children running around in the park. Even though it is night but adequate garden lighting makes parents not worried about letting their children play there.

Suddenly the sound of Aruna's stomach rattled to make Kautsar and Aruna laugh amusedly.

" Kasian, Daddy's son is hungry again. Though abis ate grilled corn, Nak.", Kautsar said in between his laughter.

" yes. Now is it time to eat Dad..," said Aruna while rubbing her stomach that began to bulge it.

" What do you want to eat, honey ?. Want to buy it or want to stop by the restaurant...?" ask Kautsar while rubbing Aruna's stomach.

" Want to buy a burger can't...?" asked Aruna while pointing at the burger seller who was in front of the park.

" Can. I see the way the sale is good and the place is clean as well. How many do you want...?" kautsar Goda.

" Ten can...?" ask Aruna with a funny mimic.

" Can't. Just one yes. Dinner with rice only so that later tonight the mother does not wake up..," said Kautsar to make Aruna laugh.

Aruna laughed as she rubbed her cheek that had been pinched by the Kautsar. Aruna's laughter stopped when he heard the rustling sound of the leaves of the mahogany tree located not far from his seat.
