273. The Arrival of In-Law

For a moment Aruna seemed silent to hear the story of the father. Suddenly the sound of a Kautsar motorbike entered the yard. Aruna looked at her father with an unreadable look.

" Your husband's home. Meet him first, let me wait here." Orion said with a smile.

" So you're gonna find Kautsar too...?" ask Aruna.

" Of course. He's Dad's son-in-law. There are some things I want to talk to him about one of them about your miscarriage the other day..," Orion said casually but managed to surprise Aruna.

" You know I miscarried too...?!" ask Aruna.

" You don't forget who your father is, do you, son...?" asked Orion while pinching Aruna's cheek with a frenzy to make Aruna grimace.

" Why Dad always pinches my cheek. I'm a grown-up Dad.," protested Aruna holding her cheek and walking towards the door.

Orion just smiled at Aruna's grunts.

The door opened and Kautsar was smiling to see his wife welcome him.

" My wife, Assalamualaikum, just wanted to knock on the door eh already opened the door..," said Kautsar while hugging Aruna tightly.

" Wa alaikumsalam., "said Aruna with a smile and returned her husband's embrace.

Then Kautsar broke his embrace and kissed Aruna's lips gently. Aruna could not escape. He simply patted the Kautsar on the back to stop the action. But unfortunately Kautsar did not understand the signal given by the wife. She melu*at lips Aruna more intense and push the door with her feet until the door was closed.

Realizing that the Kautsar could have done something more, Aruna immediately pushed her husband's body to the point of leaving the Kautsar confused.

" Why Honey, you don't miss me ?. Though I miss you very much" said Kautsar, trying to hug Aruna again.

" That's not it, honey. We have a guest." said Aruna while confronting the body of the Kautsar towards Orion.

Kautsar was surprised and embarrassed to see the in-law sitting on the sofa with a meaningful smile towards him. He also seems misbehaved because he believes that the in-laws have heard and seen what he did earlier.

" Dear, I'm so dumb, '" whispered Aruna, gently patting Kautsar's arm.

" Oh yeah, sorry I was really surprised to see Dad here, baby." said Kautsar as he rushed to Orion.

Orion stood up to greet the Kautsar who immediately kissed the back of his hand with reverence. Afterwards he hugged the Kautsar tightly while rubbing the son-in-law's back several times.

" How are you...?" kautsar asked as the two parsed each other's hugs.

" Thank God be good. I'm glad to see you're all right" Orion said, glancing at Aruna.

Kautsar seemed to scratch his head without itching when he heard Orion's speech that he knew where he was going. His face also looks flushed because of the shame of giving a free spectacle earlier. Aruna came forward and hugged the Kautsar and said something that made Orion laugh.

" Well, don't disturb my husband. Did Dad not see his face was rich red crab boiled gini..," said Aruna while glaring at his father.

" Ok, I'll pretend I didn't see anything before" Orion said in between her laughter as she raised her hands up.

" Ayaaahh.," call Aruna again.

The Kautsar hastened to break up Aruna's debate with Orion.

" Dear Gapapa. Why hasn't Dad been treated to anything. Didn't you cook something or something...?" kautsar asked as he looked at the empty table.

" O God I forgot. For a moment I brewed coffee for Dad and you yes..," said Aruna as she stepped into the kitchen.

Kautsar and Orion shook their heads at Aruna's attitude. After that they sat down and talked about many things.

Soon Aruna came with a pot of coffee and a few cups. Kautsar frowned looking at the number of cups Aruna had brought.

Aruna gasped at Kautsar's words. Then he looked at Orion as if trying to convince her that her husband did not see the presence of his father's bodyguard. Orion seemed to nod in agreement with what was in Aruna's mind.

" I'm just ready to let's not pacing around when Om George and Aunt Matilda come here later too.", said Aruna who is owned by Orion.

" Oh that. Sorry Dad, I stayed in the room for a while. To clean up first..," said Kautsar.

" Please son..," Orion said.

The Kautsar hurried to the room to clean up. Aruna followed the Kautsar into the room as it would help prepare a change of clothes for her husband. Soon after, Aruna rejoins her father.

" Can the Kautsar not see them Well...?" aruna asked while glancing at her father's four bodyguards.

" That's how it is, son. Not everyone can see them. Moreover, Kautsar is not from our clan. But slowly the Kautsar will realize their presence later." Orion said.

" I see..," said Aruna trying to understand.

" yes. I'm sure Kautsar will understand later and will not be confused when he sees them.", Orion said to make Aruna breathe a sigh of relief.

Soon Kautsar came out of the room with a fresh appearance. When the Kautsar sat down, they again had a long chat. Orion also mentioned about the miscarriage that Aruna experienced some time ago.

" Don't blame the Kautsar, Dad. I am not good at taking care of myself," said Aruna quickly with meksud defending her husband.

" Did you hear me blaming your Husband...?" ask Orion.

" Yes, I know. But before Dad wronged my husband, I told Dad that my husband wasn't wrong at all. This was purely an accident..," said Aruna.

" But I should have been more assertive back then. At least I'm still there nemenin You and not busy with my work Dear..," sidelines Kautsar.

" His condition was beyond the Tsar's estimation. Whatever we take care of it, if God does not allow it to finally go too. Not that you say that this is destiny, why now you even talk rich gini anyway...?" asked Aruna not understanding.

" I...," Kautsar's speech was interrupted as Orion cut off quickly.

" That's enough, why are you even making a fuss ?. Dad ain't gonna turn you boys on. I'm just saying that if one day you know there's a baby in Aruna's womb, it's good that you go somewhere else." Orion said.

" Switch somewhere else, why Well...?" asked Aruna not understanding.

" I don't know why. But that's what your mother did and it worked." Orion said.

Aruna and Kautsar stared at each other for a moment then nodded.

" There's no harm in trying." Kautsar said.

" I agree..," said Aruna quickly.

" good. Especially if you move to a quiet place, it can make your feelings better." said Orion, who is embraced by the Kautsar.

" So Dad ain't gonna kill me or Kautsar...?" ask Aruna carefully.

Orion shook his head while saying something that made Aruna and Kautsar moved.

" You are not destined to have children for now. There's still a lot of things you guys have to do. You are still in the stage of adaptation to each other given your sudden marriage. Stop blaming yourself and build your home life as best you can. Dad, Grandpa and your parents both understand your condition. So don't feel burdened by it. The important thing is that you are both happy, being able to understand and love each other is more than enough for Us. As for the child, be sure that God will present at the right time later." said Kautsar sage.

" Well, thank you Dad." said Aruna and Kautsar together to make Orion smile.
