Chapter 65 Regretting

It's been a week since Arumi moved out of Hendri's house. Arumi returned to activities as usual, namely making cakes with grandmother, and accompanied Arsya at home alternately with grandmother. That's all Arumi can do.

Before arriving at Arumi's house, Hendri stopped by a toy store. Hendri will buy some toys to give to Arsya as souvenirs. Hendri feels Arsya is still his son he still has a right for him as his biological father.

Hendri has arrived at Arumi's house which is closed by the gate.

Hendri was standing at the fence. He smiled as he looked at the toy he held in his hand.

"Arsya must be happy to get a funny toy from her father," Hendri's inner.

Hendri was about to go inside. Hendri found the gate locked.

"Kok was locked from outside the gate" said Hendri surprised.

Hendri knocked on the gate, then said his greetings aloud.

There was no reply from inside the house whose door was tightly shut.

Hendri called Arumi's name over and over again, but still the same can not answer from inside the house.

"This house is empty. Where did Arumi and my son go. Does he not live here anymore?" hendri.

"Where does Arumi live? Hendri wondered to himself in a deserted house.

Hendri is curious about Arumi's departure. He will still look for Arumi's whereabouts.

Hendri was in the car. Hendri started driving his car. Hendri will look for Arumi in his old house.

"Why did you leave that house Arumi. I've fought hard to get it for you. Why did you leave him," Hendri upset.

Did not feel the trip Hendri had arrived at the location near the house Arumi.

Hendri parked his car on the side of the road. Hendri will go to Arumi's house on foot because the road can not be reached by car.

Hendri started down the narrow alley.

"Are you really back at your house again Arumi. I really feel guilty if you come back like you used to live in distress" Hendri grumbled along his footsteps.

Hendri has arrived near Arumi's house. Hendri stopped since staring fully at Arumi's house whose door was open.

"Did Arumi really live there?" hendri.

From the door of Arumi's house that opens. Exit Arumi carrying several bags containing cakes that are ready to be delivered to the restaurant that wants to receive. Followed by Suryati's grandmother who carried Arsya.

"That's Arumi. She and her grandmother actually went back there. Why do you have to go back Arumi," Hendri looked sadly at Arumi.

Arumi says goodbye to Arsya and her grandmother.

"Mom go first, baby. Don't be naughty. At home the same. Doain I hope the cake will run out soon, let's go home quickly" Arumi said to Arsya.

Arumi also said goodbye to Suryati's grandmother by kissing the back of her hand.

Arumi started to leave to deliver the cake. In his hands carrying a lot of cakes to be sent to shops and restaurants that want to receive.

Hendri witnessed clearly Arumi struggling hard to make ends meet. Hendri put his pity and sympathy on Arumi. Hendri blamed himself.

"I'm sorry Arumi, I'm sorry. All this because I chose the wrong path. Instead of making you happy, it makes you miserable. I'm a really stupid man." Hendri regretted his actions.

Arumi walked down the narrow alley to arrive at the large road. Arumi was not aware of Hendri's presence hiding behind a tree that had been watching him from afar.

Hendri did not dare to approach Arumi. He was so ashamed and guilty.

Arumi was already far from Hendri's sight. He followed Arumi from far away. Hendri sometimes hides in fear that Arumi will follow him.
