Chapter 5 Marrying Siri

The night had passed by changing into a bright morning as bright as the current Hendri who wanted to carry out his plan. Hendri today will visit Arumi's house he invited Salsa. Hendri will propose to Arumi and ask her to marry him.

Hendri and Salsa have dressed up neatly they say goodbye to Mia. Mia was surprised by them early in the morning had dressed up neatly on the day of the gini holiday. 

"Where are you guys going?" Mia asked as her neutrality circled her two children.

"We both had a show, Mom, at the house" Salsa replied.

"Where is Arumi's house?" Salsa asked who was curious about Arumi's house while in her hands carrying fruit hands for Arumi and her grandmother.

They both live in Arumi's rented house. A house without a fence and without a yard in a narrow alley. Salsa was surprised to see Arumi's house, which she never saw.

"This is my house" said Salsa.

"Yes, let's go in" Hendri asked.

Hendri and Salsa said hello and greeted Arumi and her grandmother who were ready to welcome her. Arumi invited Hendri and Salsa to sit. While the Suryati grandmother was busy asking about her mother Hendri who did not come. Hendri was frank that his mother did not want to come because she did not approve of his marriage.

Today hendri stated proposing to Arumi. Emanated a smile of happiness to Arumi because he got a proposal from his lover even though it was just simple that only witnessed by Grandma and her future sister.

And Hendri told the truth that he was going to marry Arumi in series because his mother had not approved of him. Later if his mother has approved it, she will legalize it.

Suryati's grandmother was forced to agree to it rather than her marriage being delayed. Grandma just wants to see them together in one halal bond: getting married. Arumi was willing because Grandma agreed.

 

A happy look on the face of Arumi and Hendri who will soon be married. Salsa and Grandma Suryati also carried away their current happy atmosphere in this simple house.

Hendri plans to marry Arumi tomorrow. Hendri did not want to wait long. Suryati said faster executed better, because by marrying following the sunnah of the Messenger of Allah and fulfilling the commandments, abstaining from maksiat, and stored a lot of rewards in it.

"Mother!!" Said Hendri with wide eyes.

"This is Mom, why do you say the word ijab qabul repeatedly. Are you really going to marry Hendri" cried Mia.

Salsa, who was in the next room, heard her mother's scream. He came out of his room to make sure what was wrong with his mother why she screamed in her brother's room.

Hendri was silent not to answer his mother's question. Mia seemed to know Hendri's answer from the look in his eyes.

"You're really going to marry Arumi. You are determined. I don't like your attitude. Hendri you son of disobedience, you dare to fight your mother just because of that poor girl. Already know I don't want a daughter-in-law like her, why are you still going to marry her." Mia's anger exploded.

"I'm sorry Mom, I'm sorry. I promised to marry Arumi and I will continue to do so even without Mom's blessing. I'm sorry Mom, I'm sorry for being so disobedient with Mom. I'll stick with my stance on marrying Arumi" said Hendri.

"Mom can't accept Hendri, you put your mother down, you don't think of Mom as your parents. You've been disobeying Mother. I don't want to see a bastard like you here. You better get out of this house. If you prefer that poor girl."

Mia is furious that hendri is really going to marry Arumi.

"Don't Ma'am, don't throw out my sister just because of trivial problems" said Salsa who had listened to her mother's conversation from outside Hendri's room.

"You know if a little kid just interfered. You said it was a trivial matter. This concerns the future of your brother and our family. Why are you defending your sister who is not obedient to Mom," Mia joked to Salsa.

Salsa did not give up defending her beloved sister.

"Pity of Hendri Bu. Mother do not be selfish that, do not throw out brother Hendri Salsa please Mom," said Salsa pleaded.

"It's up to your sister that the choice is in her hands, if she chooses Mom she'll stay here if she chooses Arumi that poor girl that means she has to get out of this house."

Mia has decided to stay Hendri will choose his mother or Arumi beloved.

"I'll get out of this house" said Hendri bravely.

"Sister, don't leave this house" Salsa said.

While Mia stared intently full of anger that she did not reveal to Hendri and left him without a word. Mia felt her heart ache to feel the only boy who was very reliable in making a living and now desperate to leave it just because of a girl.

"Basar ungodly children do not know thank you parents, remember Hendri you will regret hurting Mother." Mia grumbled in her room.

"Sister Hendri why choose to leave this house, Brother wants to live where later."

"You don't have to worry, Brother will find a contract and you can stay with Arumi later after we get married."

"Sister. hi..hi.hi..," Salsa was deeply moved and pitied by her sister.

Hendri began packing his clothes and important items in a small suitcase. Salsa continued to cry because she was really going to leave.

Now they are both married couples even though they are married in series.
