Chapter 38 The Answer

Already done helping Arumi, Hendri will take a shower because he has to go to the office to work.

It was finished bathing Hendri using his clothes that Arumi had prepared on the bed.

On the sidelines of wearing his clothes, there was a phone call that made Hendri have to lift it.

The phone was from Melinda. As usual Melinda reminded Hendri to pick her up. Melinda asked Hendri to come quickly and give the answer he had promised yesterday.

Hendri said he would have breakfast at home.

Melinda. Hendri can have breakfast here with himself and his parents.

Because melinda, forced Hendri was willing.

After tidying up his clothes Hendri went straight out of his room towards the dining room. To the dining room is not for breakfast, but for the farewell with Arumi to go to work.

"Not breakfast yet" said Arumi.

"Sorry Arumi, I can't have breakfast at home, I have to hurry to the office, my boss is waiting" Hendri said and passed away leaving Arumi without stroking him. Even Arumi had not kissed the back of her hand.

"Said that he wanted to have breakfast together, instead of hurrying to go to work," complained Arumi.

Mia came to the dining room.

"Why isn't breakfast ready?" ask Mia.

"Already Mom! Have breakfast" said Amira.

"Where's Hendri? Quickly call him for breakfast."

"Mas Hendri's gone, ma'am?"

"Away out? How could he not say goodbye to Mom" protested Mia.

"Mas Hendri hastily ma'am, has been awaited by his boss he said," explained Arumi.

"Hendri is getting busy just not paying attention to his mother. Malem went home unattended. I wanted to talk for a while. Wanted to say that I need money" complained Mia.

Arumi was silent and did not respond to her mother-in-law's words.

"Oh!" Decak Mia is upset.

"Let's tell Hendri yes, if you need money" Mia asked Arumi.

"Yes, Ma'am, I'll tell you the same mas Hendri" said Arumi.

Not yet breakfast Arumi's stomach feels full of anxiety to face Mia in-laws.

Hendri has arrived at Melinda's house. His arrival greeted Melinda who impatiently wanted to meet him.

Melinda ran over to Hendri who had just got out of the car.

"I'm glad you came Hendri's quick." Melinda's hand held Hendri's hand and buried her head on Hendri's shoulder.

This time Hendri did not protest Melinda embracing his hand.

Melinda was happy there was no rejection from Hendri.

They both walked into the house.

Since Hendri had not had breakfast, Melinda took him to the dining room. There's Mr. Subroto and his wife.

"Hendri has come, quickly take a seat," Liliana said.

Hendri sat down with Melinda. They sit parallel.

"Where's Hen, do you have the answer?" asked Mr. Subroto to immediately know Hendri's answer.

Hendri looked at Melinda who was beside him.

"Say Hendri, I can't wait to hear your answer. Say," said Melinda impatiently to hear Hendri's answer.

Without telling his parents even Arumi his wife, Hendri would be willing to marry Melinda. For the sake of happiness Arumi his wife.

Hendri grabbed Melinda's two hands, then stared in the shade at Melinda's face.

Melinda really heart dag, dig, dug. Curious about Hendri's response.

Mr. Broto and Liliana were just as curious as Hendri's answer. But Mr. Broto did not really expect Hendri to be his son-in-law, he just wanted to obey his son's will. If Hendri is not willing, he can get a lot out there men who exceed Hendri.

"Say Hendri!" Melinda.

"All right, I'll tell you my answer. I'm willing to marry you."

"Is Hendri really?" Sela Melinda's.

"Yes right."

"I wasn't done talking. Now give me a chance to ask. I'm only willing to marry Siri first. Are you ready?" Hendri turned around throwing questions.

"What's? Should I marry Siri first?" Say Melinda and Mr. Subroto together.

"Why should you marry Hendri?" Ask Liliana.

"Hendri you're playing my son, why are you willing to marry but only marry siri. Aren't you sure you're marrying my daughter" protested Mr. Broto.

"I sure want to marry your daughter, but only marry Siri first. Because my mother wanted me to succeed before I could just get married," explained Hendri with his lie.

"As for Father and you Mel, do you agree with my request?"

Melinda was confused as to what to answer. On the other hand he wanted to marry Hendri, but did not marry siri. Melinda wants a real marriage.

"I don't agree. If you only marry siri with my son. You want to play with my daughter's pride?" Excited mr. Broto.

"Sorry sir, it's the only thing that would make me willing to marry Melinda."

"It's better that you don't marry my daughter. It's not enough that I offer everything. But you don't appreciate my good intentions" cried Broto.

"But Dad, I still want to marry Hendri" Melinda said with tears.

"Would you like to be married to Hendri?" Ask mr. broto.

"Yes Mel, think you should not be too quick to decide to marry Hendri? Think about it first" Liliana said.

"Can't ma'am, can't. I've been in love with Hendri. So I will still marry her, even if only married siri," said Melinda.

"How else Well, I'm still willing to marry Hendri," said Melinda again

"When is siri married?" Firmly Mr. Broto.

Melinda nodded.

"Father can find a man who is more than a sincere Hendri and is willing to marry you Melinda, without making small talk like this."

Mr. Subroto was very angry at Hendri. He felt unappreciated even though he was willing to accept it regardless of his background.

"But Dad, I'm going to marry Hendri even if I just marry Siri?"

"As far as you are Mel."

"OK Hendri. You can marry Siri first with Melinda. But you can't play with her." Mr. Broto reminded Hendri.

"And I give you only one month to marry Melinda, after which you have to inaugurate it and hold a festive event. And make sure your mom agrees" Broto said.

"Yes sir, insya Allah I can make it happen," said Hendri reassured Mr. Broto, Liliana, and also Melinda.

Mr. Subroto was a little upset with Hendri. He also chose to leave the dining room. Because the mood of the meal is gone, so Mr. Broto is not breakfast with Melinda and Hendri.

Liliana followed her husband.

Hendri and Melinda are still sitting in the dining room.

"I'm ready for Hendri, even if only married to a series with you. Because I love you. I can't wait to have you completely with halal," Melinda said, then reflexively hugged her form of happiness because Hendri was willing to marry her.

"I'm sorry Arumi, I've taken stupid steps to make you happy" said Hendri, who thinks his decision is correct.
