Chapter 22 Receives punishment

"You're Director Ma'am? Can you claim to be Director Ma'am?" said Hendri while laughing until the file in his hand fell scattered on the floor.

 

Melinda just stared at the wonder and annoyed why this one employee was so hard to tell. I was told not to believe. Melinda can only resign while shaking her head to see Hendri's attitude.

 

Hendri was busy picking up the files that fell on the floor. While Melinda still sat her henchman in her swivel chair waiting for Hendri to finish.

 

"Have finished? Quickly put it on the table!" Melinda's Order.

 

Hendri leaned his mouth to feel unacceptable at Melinda's orders that he thought were just ordinary employees like himself. Hendri put all the files on the table with his pouting face.

 

Hendri is still with no confidence. The net goes around the room looking for the whereabouts of the Director Ma'am. He could not find any Director Hendri asked where the whereabouts of the Director to Melinda.

 

"You said this is Director's room, now where's the guy?" Resolute Hendri.

 

"Where do you want to find the new Director, are there two Directors in this office?"

 

Melinda's question left Hendri puzzled. Hendri seemed to flinch full of question marks in his heart. This time Hendri began to realize in his heart a little fear.

 

"Is he really the new director? If I really die!" hendri said in his heart as he looked fully at Melinda.

 

"Still can't believe I'm the Chief Executive of this company?"

 

Melinda's question increasingly makes Hendri shrivel not dare to say, his tongue feels funny. His face flushed his body slightly trembling. All of Hendri's behavior is now noticed by Melinda. Melinda Hendri is funny. Like a child caught making a mistake.

 

"Ha, ha, ha..," Melinda spontaneously laughed. Melinda laughed at Hendri. 

 

"Why are you laughing?" Hendri again dared to say.

 

"You're so funny!" Melinda said with her laugh.

 

Suddenly there was a knock on the door. A secretary opened the door and entered.

 

"Now it's time to go home, ma'am" said the secretary respectfully.

 

"Well, you go home first. I'll be home later."

 

"Thank you ma'am, then I go home first!"

 

The secretary also left.

 

Hendri who saw the scene in front of him his mouth seemed rounded. Hendri just really believes that the person who said himself Director is really the Director.

 

The person who is always considered a new employee who is mostly stylish is a Director of the company's leader.

 

Henry turned his face away from Melinda. Hendri remembered the moment of the company's new Director's welcoming event that he heard the new Director was the daughter of the owner of this company.

 

"Well, I'm really careless not to know that he's a director. Oh my God how is this. It could ruin my career. What if she doesn't accept my rude attitude towards her."

 

Hendri batted his own eel against Melinda who was currently standing behind him. Hendri felt sorry for being disrespectful to the Director and even blasphemed him many times.

 

"Why are you like that? Already know now that I am the Director of this company," said Melinda from behind Hendri made Hendri more nervous when looking at him. A look of fear and guilt now enveloped Hendri.

 

Hendri just bowed down not daring to look at Melinda. Hendri was embarrassed and guilty of not recognizing the new Director even though there was an introductory event.

 

"I was stupid, all because I wasn't focused. All this is because it was Mother who always confused me with the rules" Hendri murmured.

 

"So this is your attitude as the new officer. So great are you here," Melinda made fun of Hendri.

 

"I'm sorry Mom, I was wrong I didn't recognize a new Director. I am so stupid and lame. I beg you to forgive me Ma'am" said Hendri pleading.

 

 

"It's not that easy to forgive employees who are not consistent. I will punish you. From now on you should always be near me as my assistant in taking care of this company."

 

"You have to help me do all my work at this company for a month. So that my performance is good and I get praise from my father that I am the daughter who deserves to lead this company."

 

"But I already have a pretty high position in this company. If I was just your assistant, would I have a chance to earn a big salary. Because right now what I'm targeting my salary will go up starting this month."

 

"Why are you still in the law. Thankfully, I did not fire you. Would you rather I fire."

 

"Don't! don't fire me, I beg you ma'am."

 

Hendri approached Melinda, grabbed Melinda by the hand and sat down to beg Melinda. Hendri did not want to be fired and removed from the company. What else when he was in need of a lot of money.

 

Melinda feels bad about Hendri who looks so good with her good looks. Makes Melinda feel sorry. There is something strange in Melinda's heart not only the sense of pity that she feels like there is another taste.

 

His heart trembled as he looked at each other with Hendri. His heart is beating fast. Melinda was confused for him, what was with her heart why it was so turbulent like this.

 

"Well, if you don't want to be fired, you have to be my assistant. Do you agree?"

"Alright I agree, ma'am, but I'm still in the salary, right" asked Hendri worriedly. 

 

"Depending on whether your performance is good, you will get a salary. If your performance is bad your salary may not come out," Melinda scares Hendri.

 

Melinda deliberately scares Hendri so that he really wants to work hard to help her in operating this company and make it more advanced and developed so that Melinda gets sympathy from her father, if she's a daughter who can be relied on to lead the company.

 

"Okay, I will try with all my might. I will work well" Hendri assured Melinda.

 

"Okay deal we've already deal," melinda reached out her right hand. 

 

Hendri grabbed Melinda's hand, both of them shaking signs of agreeing on all the deals made.

 

"Some one forgets" said Melinda.

 

"What!!!" Hendri was a little curious to look riled up lest Melinda would add to his sentence.

 

"We're not acquainted yet" Melinda again stuck out her right hand.

 

Hendri smiled with relief, it turned out Melinda just wanted to get acquainted. 

 

"I'm Hendri Marlin" Hendri said as he shook Melinda's hand.

 

"Call me Melinda. I mean Miss Melinda."

 

"Yes, beautiful Miss Melinda." Resolute Hendri while praising the beauty of the Director.

 

"Thank you for being so sweet with Director. Well that dong so handsome people should be sweet," said Melinda.

 

"Ah.., I can do it."
