ARAKAS

ARAKAS
Chapter 75

Ara sighed looking at the shadow of her face on the camera hp. He relaxes in front of Kevan's cafe. It's been two days since he left Karrel's apartment and went home. The relationship with Ravel is getting better. Even Ravel often took the opportunity to help him do schoolwork on the sidelines of the man's busyness. Only his father had never come home.

These two days Ara had also not met with Karrel. Her boyfriend was in Bandung accompanying her mother who fell ill. They just call each other by phone or video call. Ara sighed, it felt lonely without Karrel.

It's Monday, as well as his first day back to work at the cafe after days of permission not to enter. He realized some cafe employees treated him differently. They get better at him. Ara knew that for sure because they already knew she was Ravel's sister. There were even some who asked for Ravel's signature through it. But it's okay. As long as they don't overdo it. The girl went back to the camera on her phone and smoothed her messy hair.

Not far ahead, someone was watching him from the car. The car was parked right in front of the cafe. That man is Moses.

Moses repeatedly said he did not care about everything about the life of the girl he had been betrothed to for years. But lately, everyone around her has mentioned the girl a lot.  Moses was curious to see what his fiancee looked like. He deliberately asked his father's men about Ara and decided to see her up close.

The man grunted softly. His gaze was still fixed on the girl sitting in front of him while doing things that he thought were ridiculous and unimportant.

"What'sthis? How did they educate him?" moses said on his own sale. He felt that Ara's appearance and attitude were far from classy women. But he heard that the family that raised the girl was not a poor family. Although her family must have been much richer and more powerful, the girl's family still had to apply manners to their daughter in terms of attitude. Especially in public. As he learned from childhood. Moses shook his head.

Even so he was still interested in observing the girl. Unsatisfied to notice him from afar, Moses decided to get out of the car and walk towards the cafe. He sat at another table not far from Ara's seat. There are not so many people outside, more customers are choosing to sit inside. His sight met the girl at a glance. But it seemed that the girl did not notice him, instead returning to focus with her own busyness staring into the phone screen. His mouth was unclear.

Moses raised his eyebrows in wonder. What's more important on the girl's phone compared to her cool self? Is it because that girl is used to seeing handsome men? Ah right, his fiancee was going to have the older brother of a handsome actor. He heard from his papa's men. Moses wondered if the girl had a boyfriend or not. If it had, could it count that the girl cheated on him? Ah, Moses doesn't care. He considers their engagement unimportant. It was just a business done by his parents.

"What do you want to order brother, brother or. master? Mr?" ask Ara. His hand took out a small scrap and a bullpen from the pocket of his work uniform. The menu is on the table. Moses cleared his throat, trying to be ordinary. Oh my goodness, he felt cocked. Her fiance's eyes were so bright. For a moment Moses was glued. He felt sorry to remember his father, their enemies, even he did not escape from people who only wanted to use the girl. Would that sinless cheerful face still be the same?

"So, what message do you want?" reset Ara. Moses broke his daydream and quickly picked up the menu on the table and ordered whatever was there.

"alright. Please wait a minute" said Ara. He then turned away after writing Moses' order in the memo. Moses was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief. Jesus, just this time he was nervous about facing people. Then he heard his phone shake.

The man clucked lazily looking at the caller's name. Who else if not his powerful father.

"Where are you?" ask the old man across there."

"Eat."

"Hurry home. There's something important you have to do." Moses was tired.

"alright. I'll be there done eating" he said, then cut off the connection.
