Hearing someone say her name, Ara raised her head slowly and looked up at the person standing in front of her right now. His gaze met the gaze of the man, someone he knew. He could see the expression of the man who was surprised to see him. The girl looked down again, she had no mood to serve him.
Karrel was stunned to see Ara's state. There was a feeling of sadness that followed him in his heart when he saw the girl's eyes moist and the look of his eyes full of sadness when he looked at her. Unknowingly the man knelt down in front of Ara then reached out raising his bowed face, making the girl look at him again.
"Why are you, hm?" tanyanya gently. Now there is no intention to tease or do mischief to the girl. All she knew was that now she needed someone who could comfort her.
Ara's eyes began to glaze over at Karrel. I don't know why he can't hide anything from his upperclassman.
Karrel touched the top of Ara's head and rubbed it gently as if understanding what the girl was feeling at the moment. Suddenly the girl sobbed strongly. Karrel inched to sit beside her, embracing her and hugging her while stroking her soft back, letting the girl cry in his arms.
Frankly, Karrel was very curious about what happened to the girl. What makes a girl cheerful seems this sad.
"You want a story?" the question is gentle without force. Of course when the girl calmed down.
Ara raised her head releasing a hug of Karrel. He felt quite surprised because the man he thought was annoying and not touched at all could even calm him. He wiped his tears with his hands and looked back at the man.
"You promise you won't tell the others?" he asked back and occasionally. Karrel's lips turned to look at Ara, a moment later he nodded in promise to the girl.
Ara leaned her body against the wall and Karrel followed her. The weather in the sky began to cloudy indicating the day began to darken. The girl started to tell stories.
"When I was a kid, my friend and I quietly left the house. We're just playing till night." Karrel heard seriously, his gaze deep.
"Mama looked for me out of worry but instead got hit by a car and died." The girl was like heavy saying her last words . He again looks sad on the sidelines of the story, it feels heavy for him. He felt guilty, but he promised his mother to be cheerful. Her mother's last words before she died she always remembered until now. Her mother said she should always be happy no matter what. Therefore she became a girl who remains cheerful until now.
"So that, my father and brother Ravel's attitude changed, as if they were still wrong with me until now. The proof is that they continue to enemy me and never smile at me. "he continued as much as once in a while.
Karrel looked at the girl long enough, he felt pity. He can understand what it feels like to be hostile to a loved one, he also can not conclude alone and blame anyone. Everything takes time. Maybe with time their relationship will improve. All he could do now was to be next to the girl and comfort her.
Ara was no longer crying but her eyes still looked sad. Without saying anything Karrel grabbed the girl and leaned his head against her shoulder. He realized that behind Ara's joy stored a wound.
The man stared deeply at the girl leaning on his shoulder, his hands raised rubbing her head gently, hoping that her actions would help make the girl a little calmer.
"I want to go to Kevan's cafe."
"Well?" tanyakanya.
"Work." reply the girl's original.
Karrel wastes his tired breath. Sure enough, at this time can still be the girl thought so. Work? Basic silly. He held onto Ara's shoulder and made the girl face him.
"You're still a schoolboy, your job is not to work, you know?" said firmly.
"But last night I was accepted so the employees know the same Kak Kevan, quite enough to get a salary. Eating with your own money is good to know." reply Ara cheerful again. Karrel gawked, he was amazed by the mood of this girl who was very quickly changing.
"Anterin I ya to the cafe kak Kevan." ask the girl again with a face pengelasnya. Karrel got anxious himself to see it. Actually he wanted to refuse the request, but the girl continued to whine between the cafe so inevitably he finally agreed. Just today, he said in his heart.
Not until thirty minutes, the man's car was parked neatly in front of the Kevan cafe. He glanced at Ara for a moment and noticed her chaotic appearance, her eyes were still swollen, her hair was disheveled and her uniform was full of fuss. Her swollen eyes could not be immediately removed but her hair and uniform could be tidied up so Karrel's hand raised meant to help tidy up the girl's appearance, but before her hand reached Ara's head, the girl rushed out of the car and ran into the cafe leaving the man alone.
Karrel closed his eyes deeply and then exhaled loudly. Jesus, he could be stressed if he's been facing that girl for a long time.
"Maera!" sullenly. That girl is really, really, her jackass.
Inside the cafe, Bintang and Devin were astonished to see Ara suddenly appear in front of them. His appearance was messy and his eyes were swollen, very messy in their view. How can this girl suddenly appear in this cafe with a messy state as well. Abis, what is he?
"Hi sister Devin, sister Bintang." said Ara waving at the two men with a happy face. He stopped and stood by their table. His eyes looked straight ahead and began to stare in all directions inside the cafe, surely looking for Kevan's whereabouts.
"Why are you here?" devin asked with a face of astonishment while the Star continued to observe the girl's extraordinary appearance, he was curious what happened to her.
"Where do I want to work, Kevanya?" ara replied steadily to Devin and the Star while asking. His eyes darted in all directions.
"Work?" parrot Devin cengo, his eyes then moved to the figure of Karrel who suddenly appeared from behind Ara.
"You brought it?"
It's the sound of the stars. I'm sure Ara came with Karrel considering the two creatures are very close lately.
