Ara continued to ponder in her room. The longer he shut himself up, the more frustrated he became. No, he should see his father now. He needs to know who his real family is, where they are, why they left him. Or maybe he is another child who was abandoned by his family and picked up by his family today. Ara rubbed her face unable to think any further.
He stood up from the bed, looking at his face in the mirror. He looks pale. He had not had breakfast in the morning. He had no appetite at all, let alone having to eat at the same table as Grandma Inggrid, because this morning they were still in the old woman's house. Who would have a taste for food if he knew the secret that broke his heart so much.
Ara changed clothes, wore thin makeup and red lipgloss to taste until it could cover her pale face. Finish it he came out. Ravel and Tristan did not see the girl out because they had already moved. Only his house guards stood guard at the front gate. The security guard asked Ara, but Ara was indifferent. Not that he wouldn't answer, but he was too unfocused. His gaze had only been straight on the road since he came out earlier.
The first to be visited by Ara was his papa's office. He wanted to ask clearly about his identity. But it seems that his arrival this afternoon in the office was in vain. Said the receptionist standing guard, his papa is not in the office today. The old man was meeting somewhere else.
Ara sighed heavily. He left his father's office without any results. Where is he going now? He did not want to go home, his mood to work in his cafe kak Kevan was not there.
He finally decided to go to the beach to let go of his sadness, enjoying the beautiful and clear stretch of the open sea. He wants to feel calm, by sitting on the top of the hill while enjoying the breeze and forgetting all the problems. Despite trying to forget, in fact, Ara's mood did not improve as well.
He did come to that place to calm down and think, but after so long
being in that place, he still could not calm himself down. He still doesn't know what to do
he did, still unable to accept the reality, still hoping all this was just a nightmare and he would wake up soon.
His mind was empty, because his little heart refused to think. He felt nothing, because
his nerves refused to feel. Better not to think. Better his nerves go numb. If
no, he won't be able to endure this pain. Too large. How long has he been sitting here? It seems like lately time just passes by without
to his knowledge. But he enjoys his solitude and solitude.
"I called you many times, but you didn't pick up, you're here."
the voice pierced through the black fog fortress around Ara. He raised his face and looked quickly. He found that Karrel was standing next to him. Ara stunned. Is he dreaming? How did Karrel know he was in this place?
Karrel looked at him
her eyes were soft, smiling at him in a way she was already very familiar with.
Then Karrel reached out his right hand and stroked Ara's head. I could feel that touch. It turns out this wasn't a dream. Karrel was right next to her, smiling at her, talking to her.
"You know how long I've been looking for you?” asked Karrel while exhaling. Whether there was an inner bond or what, he could feel Ara being not okay. Especially when Ara did not pick up the phone earlier, Karrel was more agitated, he had to see the girl. Until finally he tried to track down Ara's whereabouts.
"I've run around a lot of places looking for you."
As soon as he saw Karrel and heard his voice, suddenly Ara's nerves returned to work. All sorts of feelings flooded into him. The presence of Karrel means a lot.
Karrel pulled back his hand and put on a look of wonder.
"Why shut up? Don't you want to talk to me?"
Ara found herself smiling thinly and muttering,
"Running around a lot of places?"
"You don't believe it?"
without waiting for Ara's reply, she grabbed Ara's hand and taped it to her chest. Ara was too shocked to react. His eyes widened to look at Karrel's eyes, his mouth suddenly dry and his breath held.
"You can feel the thump of my heart?” ask Karrel slowly. His eyes looked inside
ara eye. Ara's palm stuck to Karrel's chest and her hand trembled in Karrel's grasp. He could feel the heart of the man. Thumping fast under the palm
her hands.
"Do you feel my heart beating hard?" carrel's voice seemed to hypnotize him. Ara could not take her gaze away from her eyes
Carrel. He also cannot answer. The problem in his head disappeared for a moment.
"It's because of you." Ara held her breath. He could feel Karrel's heartbeat, but could not feel his own. Karrel smiled.
"Because I love you too much, I'm looking for you like crazy. Believe now?"
Karrel is so sweet. So fine. Very understanding and sincere. Ara's heart was hurting because of the feeling
he felt towards his family but Karrel came as if to comfort him. Tears began to wash his cheeks. He then rushed into Karrel's arms and cried.
"Don't cry" Karrel murmured as he wiped Ara's tears with his thumb. Hearing that remark, Ara's tears instead of stopping, instead flowed more and more.
"I'm sorry for making you so anxious, I'm sorry for Ravel hitting you last night" Ara said solemnly. He saw the wet wounds on Karrel's face earlier.
"Sstt, it's not your fault, I'm fine. Really, I'm fine."
Actually Ara was crying for another reason, but Karrel misunderstood. Let the man think he is crying for that reason, for he cannot explain the real reason that happened to him. This is his family business, he does not want Karrel to be sad because of his problems.
Karrel hugged her again tightly.
"Don't cry anymore, hm?" whispered Karrel while still holding her.
Ara was crying on Karrel's shoulder. Her tears would not stop. Keep flowing without being able to
withheld. He hoped the tears would ease the pain in his chest, but could not. Increasingly
he cried, the more his chest hurt.
Karrel kept trying to comfort Ara, as it was obvious that the girl needed him. The man wanted to ask what really happened until Ara was this sad. It can't be just because he and Ravel fought last night. Is it because Ravel scolded him? But Ara was already used to Ravel's nature like that. So, what's the real reason?
Karrel will find out later. Now more importantly he must stay with the girl. He did not want Ara to be more depressed and feel alone. At least he was beside the girl. Now their status is different, not just friends. They're lovers. It was only natural that he would accompany Ara.
