ARAKAS

ARAKAS
Chapter 66

"You wait outside, I want to be alone with Ravel" Ara told Karrel as they both stood in front of Ravel's nursery.

"Can you walk in on your own?" ask Karrel before you say so.

Ara nodded her head.

"Then I wait outside. Call me when it's done." said Karrel took off his grip from Ara's arm slowly.

"Remember, don't you dare to mess around as long as I'm not the same as you." threatened Ara before entering. He still felt that Karrel was going to look for Sion to make calculations with the guy. Karrel sighed holding onto Ara's shoulder.

"Dear, how dare I be your threat" he said slowly. Ara squinted her eyes looking for lies within Karrel's eyes.

"Promise?"

"M."

"Yes, I'm in now." afterwards Ara opened the closed door in front of him. Karrel left after seeing his lover walk inside.

Ravel was lying on the bed with her eyes closed. Ara

standing still on the edge of the bed, unwilling to wake the man. Looks like her brother's good

just fine. His breathing was regular and there were no terrible wounds on his face and body. Because the man was stabbed in the back, which is now covered with hospital clothes that he was wearing, so the wound was invisible.

"Stupid," murmured Ara at the sleeping Ravel.

"Not in all the big brother movies, you always have a way to save yourself without getting hurt?" all I asked was silence with my eyes closed.

"You put it where your eyes are? Why not be careful? Just push it Zion like you do in the movies." murmured Ara again.

"Don't you know I'm so scared? After all you are my brother. Once again you're so I'll..."

"Why are you angry at sick people?" sela Tristan slowly. Ara was unconscious when the man entered earlier.

Ara observed her brother lying down with his eyes closed. His chest went down with

regular with his breath. It looks calm and peaceful. Ara was very relieved.

"Is it okay that he's unconscious?" ara asked without turning her gaze away from Ravel.

Tristan shrugged even though Ara did not see him and replied,

"Eitherway. But I think it's okay. The doctor also said

he better get some rest."

"He really needs a rest. You know for yourself lately he's been working non-stop and only sleeping a few hours for days, also because of your problems..." Tristan paused for a while before continuing. Ara herself knew what the man meant.

sleep." Ara sighed and

nods.

"Kak Tristan is right, "he said.

"Thank God Ravel wasn't seriously hurt. Otherwise I would definitely feel very guilty." he muttered continuously looking at his brother.

"You're not wrong, Ara, don't feel guilty. Ravel is just doing her job as an older sister" Tristan said slowly. Ara turned towards him. He wants to talk about something but he doesn't. He held back his words and glanced back at Ravel who was still sleeping.

"Where's he going?" ask without seeing Tristan. He thought his dad had come out of his nursery and come here.

"Away away. He said he'd come back later." Ara grunted softly. Even his son again experienced this kind of disaster, the old man even relaxed. He doesn't care if the one in care is him, but this is Ravel's brother. Was the old man not worried at all? Then the girl decided not to care. He took a deep breath.

"Then I go back to..." Ara was intending to turn to her nursery but Ravel's hand held her back. The man opened his heavy eyes slowly. He kept staring at Ara.

"J. Don't go, '" he murmured softly and tried to sit down. Ara helped him sit down.

"Slow down," he said. Ravel glanced at Tristan after feeling comfortable with his position.

"How was the shoot?" tanyakanya.

"Returned a few days. Until you fully recover. It was director Juan from here, but you're still sleeping. He said he would come back later." Tristan explained. Ravel nodded in understanding. He knew after this there would definitely be some great news about him. But that can be thought about later. Now he wants to talk to Ara first. Get the girl to come back home. After all Ara had been taken care of by their family from childhood. The girl was already part of their family. She will tell you why Ara was adopted by her family, and where her biological family is now. I am old enough to know. He had promised their mother to take care of Ara as a sister.

"Ara," he muttered again looking at Ara. Tristan seemed to understand that the brothers needed space to talk.

"I'll be out for a while" he said and then turned outside. Ara sat on the bedside chair. Looking straight at her brother. He felt his brother was much thinner.

"Nails kurusan." he murmured. Ravel smiled faintly. Then extended her hand touching the slap marks on Ara's cheek.

"illness?" tanyakanya. Ara shakes. It hurts more to see her brother helpless like this.

"I will demand severe punishment on the man." - furious Ravel. How dare that man touch Ara. The atmosphere then returned. Both are silent. Ara wasn't sure what to say to her sister. After this incident, he really could not hate the older brother. Even though they had lied about his true identity, he could not hate them. To him, they are still his family.

"Ra, do you want to hear a story?" bargain Ravel. Ara looked at her brother straight. Then nodded slowly.

Ravel then started telling stories. Every sentence that came out of Ravel's mouth was heard seriously until she finally understood one thing. Ara knew the story told by Ravel was the life story of their family as well about her. What made him realize was... Their love for him was pure. Before her mother died.

Papa too.

Ravel told her mom they wanted to tell Ara the truth so she wouldn't be surprised to grow up and find out the truth, but her dad forbid it. Their father said, no one should consider Ara an adopted child because he already considers her as his own biological child.

Their great change happened when their mother died. The old man was very fond of harsh words and always let out hurtful words to hurt Ara. Papa they are not ready to lose their mama, therefore he was very angry when he found out his wife died because he was looking for Ara who played outside the house without saying anything. That's why her papa is stressed out and keeps blaming Ara. Searching for every lack of the girl to vent her anger. But, despite that anger.. It never came out of her father's mouth that Ara was just a foster child. The affection that Ara used to feel from the old man was indeed real. Although now there is more hatred in the heart of his father because he is the cause of the old man to lose someone he loves so much. Ara did not know if there was still affection for her father or not, but somehow she felt relieved. Because he was once loved as a child, not a lie.

"So my real parents are dead?"
