ARAKAS

ARAKAS
CHAPTER 3

"Oh, I should have just escaped earlier." Ara grumbled to herself. If he had escaped from his sentence earlier, he would have slept well at home by now.

Besides, Sandra didn't check her work either, you liar, she said she wanted to check it out. If you know, he did not have to work earlier. Where the toilets are many more.

"Basar bu Sandra byebelin. I love breaking promises!" disgrace. He didn't realize someone was looking at him not far away.

The school is deserted. All the students had gone home, just him and the figure who was watching his ridiculous behavior.cussing, talking to himself and kicking whatever he saw.

BUKK!!

Karrel grimaced softly when a small pebble that Ara kicked hit his head. He looked at the girl mumps but it seemed that the girl was still unaware that there was someone else in the place besides herself. How not, from then on he was just busy cursing.

"I'm sorry." said Karrel coldly as the girl passed by.

Ara's steps stopped. He looked up towards the sound. He was a little surprised when he saw Karrel the idol of his two friends talking to him. Andwhat? Mi.. apologize?

His eyebrows were confused, not understanding why he should apologize.

"The gravel you kicked hit my head" Karrel explained. His tone remained as cold as ever as he spoke to others, there was not the slightest smile on his face. His expression was flat like a beam.

Is smiling expensive?

"Oh so." again Ara muttered to herself. He then smiled awkwardly looking at Karrel.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it" he said, raising two fingers in front of Karrel in the shape of a V.

Karrel kept looking at her flat and instead left without saying anything and there was no response in the slightest about her apology.

"Ckck." decak Ara dongkol.

"True I said, handsome guys are always arrogant and cold. Like this world belongs to them." he was not aware Karrel had stopped his steps suddenly and of course heard all his swearing.

Ara's heart nearly dislodged as she turned around and found the man standing upright in front of her. His height only reached the guy's shoulder, so he felt like he was being underestimated when Karrel looked down at him who must have looked petite in his eyes.

"Yes...are you still here?" ask Ara intermittently. He tried to regulate his heart that was beating very fast. How not, the man was very close in front of him, maybe their distance only ranged from one inch.

Karrel looked at him for quite a while then walked back past him without saying a word. Ara's eyes were rounded big.

"About? Am I considered a demon?" the girl spoke to herself with a face.

He could not figure out why there was a man of eleven twelve who had something in common with such a stone.

"I'd rather go home than have a stroke later at a young age" he murmured and walked again.

Karrel managed to find his phone which turned out to be missed in class. It was dark and the school lights were not on. He better go home.

Suddenly there was a noise and screams from outside his class that made his steps stop. He peeked out from behind the classroom window and found the school was already boisterous. Dozens of people who look like thugs were throwing stones at the school, and there was even a sound of glass being broken by the throw. The truth is, why did those thugs attack this school.

Carrel ducked, a large stone almost hit his head and he hid behind the table to avoid the attack. Shortly after, he suddenly remembered something.

The girl.., Karrel remembers Ara. He realized that the girl was still in school. They were both on the second floor and the distance from the second floor to the school gate was far, he had to go down on the first floor first, the girl must still be in the school, Inner Karrel.

He rushed out of the classroom very carefully to find Ara. Hopefully the girl is okay.

There's nothing on the second floor. He did not find Ara. The hope is now on the first floor but he must remain careful, the first floor is more prone to being thrown.

Karrel searched every class and alley he passed but had not found the girl he had been in since.

"Where is he." he muttered. It's night and dark, he also can not turn on the flashlight on his phone because it will be caught by those people if there are still people at school, it can be dangerous.

"There is t.tiga.a.anak.bee.. space.. m.eereka..bbeeerm.ain in.kali...ber..saamma.t.taak..paa..kaai be.ee..neenn. ya.nng.sssa.tu..bbe.space .kee.ciil."

Karrel's step stopped, he heard a voice from the classroom. He ran into the classroom and found the girl he had been looking for was cowering in fear under the table with both hands covering her ears while continuing to speak to herself in a trembling voice.

"lady.ttiiiggaa..anaakkkaa..bb.bbbear..."

"You're okay, right?" asked Karrel who was already kneeling in front of Ara, holding onto the girl's shoulder tightly, he could feel the whole body of the girl trembling.

"Sstt, the bad guy's still out there, what if we get killed?" said the girl when she saw that Karrel was standing in front of her. The man watched her in wonder. Ara's entire body trembled violently like excessive fear.

Karrel's eyebrows shot up, what's with this girl? She was like everyone else, not like the cheerful girl she had seen just now. Karrel knelt down in front of the girl, held her shoulder and looked into her eyes deeply. His hand gripped the girl's shoulder.

"Look, no one knows we're here. You don't need to be afraid." he murmured softly, trying to calm Ara down. The sound of screaming from outside grew louder, the sound of throwing increased, it seemed like they were increasing people. Karrel looked at the girl in front of him who was growing more panicked, his eyes were moving wildly, his body was trembling and now he was shivering.

The man rubbed his face in panic. He was afraid that something would happen to the girl, in this situation they could not get out. More danger. What's he supposed to do? His gaze could not be separated from the girl who was now fumbling the floor taking her bag and looking for something.

"Search what?" ask her in a whispering voice. Ara remained busy looking around for something from inside her bag.

"O.drug." she replied. Karrel immediately helped her search and found a medicine box in Ara's bag. Karrel's forehead was wrinkled, although there was no writing he clearly knew what kind of medicine he was in his hands at the moment.

"You drink this?" he asked with a stifled high tone, looking intently at the girl. Like there was anger in him.

"Give it to me." Ara wanted to snatch her medicine from Karrel's hand but the man brushed it off and threw it away so Ara looked at her angrily.

"You want to sleep forever because of that medicine?" karrel jolt of emotion. Ara speechless. His breathing felt tight, the fear made it difficult to breathe. He no longer had the strength to argue with his upperclassman.
