CHAPTER 12

When Ara returned to the tent, Lila and Dina looked at her cynically. They are more disliked by the girl because it has made them embarrassed in front of the upperclassmen and members of the osis.

"Why are your expressions so tangled?" ask Ara intentionally.

Lila snorted in annoyance

"You must have slept with them because that's why they belain you" he accused with a condescending expression. Ara wanted to tear her mouth open but she realized she should not be provoked by emotions. The girl kept on acting relaxed.

"You're jealous because I'm close to those popular guys? Let me tell you how you can get close to them" he said. Lila and Dina seemed interested. They really want to be close to the Karrel group since the first especially if it was made a girlfriend.

"You must be beautiful like me." whispered Ara remained confident. Dina and Lila are upset again, they might be eaten by the girl's words.

"ALL STUDENTS ARE GATHERED OUTSIDE THE COMMITTEE'S TENT NOW!"

There was the sound of the stars in the Toa. It was fortunate that Ara had changed clothes so there was no need for her to linger and argue with insignificant people.

"I'm out first, or do you want us to go together?" his gaze moved around to Dina and Lila but there was no response at all. They just looked at him with hostility.

"Yes if you don't want to" he said lightly and then came out.

Ara and all the students who had gathered outside the tent of the committee heard their upperclassmen speaking in front.

"The dinner is ready, now you all eat, then regroup here because there will be a night watch division."

Dion's orders are the vice-chairman of the isa. All students immediately rushed into the committee tent after getting a warning. The food was deliberately placed in the committee tent because the tent was made quite large.

Ara was excited, she had not filled her stomach since earlier. He should eat a lot now.

His sight again met with Karrel while he was marching waiting for the distribution of food in the committee tent. Next to Karrel was Devin waving at him but he quickly threw his face in the other direction. The incident still made him upset with them, now he has to eat a lot without the need to worry about anything else.

"I think he's still angry." whispered Devin to Karrel for not getting a response from Ara.

Karrel was silent but his gaze could not be separated from Ara. The man's jaw hardened when he saw a student accidentally nudging the girl and making her stagger forward almost fall if only he did not quickly hold his balance. This was the second time that Karrel had seen Ara being mistreated by someone else and inexplicably felt angry. He knew Ara was a ignorant girl, but she was not the type of hypocritical girl like them.

Ara turned around and looked annoyed at the student who hit her earlier but the student instead smiled mockingly and even put on a look to challenge her. Fortunately in Ara's mind now there was only food because her stomach had been rumbling all day, otherwise she would have made calculations with the arrogant schoolgirl.

"They are too sweet so many are envious of him." murmured Devin. He also saw the incident and realized the change of Karrel. His friend was ignited emotions, if allowed to be dangerous.

"Hey, don't get emotional" Devin said, touching Karrel's shoulder. Karrel sat back but his eyes were still not separated from Ara who now looked cheerful after getting his food. The man smiled faintly seeing the girl start chewing her food voraciously.

"I should have taken a picture of your expression earlier" said Devin, amazed at Karrel's change, but he was ignored by the man.

"Hm, Ka.. Carrel."

"B..can you not give this hiking group list to the Stars?" tanyanya hesitated.

"Why aren't you the one who loves you?" tanya Devin represents Karrel. Wulan bit her lip.

"I've been looking for him since then but I haven't seen you" he replied.

"Yes here let me give to the stars" said Devin took a sheet of paper in Wulan's hand. Wulan looked at Karrel again.

"K..Karrel can't I ask for your phone number?" she asked with a embarrassed smile.

"Make what?" ask Karrel cold.

"Mm, I want us to be more familiar." replied Wulan directly

"Sorry." reject Karrel directly. Wulan's face turned disappointed.

"Why?" tannya

Karrel looked at the girl lazily

"I don't share my number with just anyone" she replied. Wulan felt immense shame. He did not expect Karrel to answer like that, fortunately only the two of them and Devin were there, the others were a bit far away so they did not hear anything. Honestly, Devin felt bad for Wulan because of her best friend's treatment.

"Well, I went back to Sean" he said, holding back his embarrassment and turning away. Karrel did not even look at the girl's departure, he went back to look for the whereabouts of Ara who had disappeared from his sight earlier because of Wulan. The girl was still enjoying her food.

"You don't need to be that cold as Rel." scolded Devin, he also didn't like Wulan too much but today he felt sorry for her because of Karrel's attitude which he thought was too haughty.

Karrel ignored Devin's words, so he got out of his chair and went to the girl who had been his concern. Devin. Perhaps Ara was the only lucky woman in the world because Karrel had paid his attention to her. To his mother, the man was always cold.

Ara quickly filled up all her leftovers into her mouth and left when she saw Karrel walking towards her. Anyway, he doesn't want to talk to that shitty guy.

The girl stopped because she suddenly choked. Karrel pursed his lips laughing at Ara's silly actions, he took a glass of water at the table and helped the girl drink, after which patted her on the back to make the girl feel better. All eyes looked at them but he didn't care. His gaze was only focused on Ara.

"You will continue to be unlucky if you dare to run away from me." murmured Karrel low and indirectly returned to remind the incident when the girl wanted to run away from him while in the school toilet some time ago. Inwardly he still laughed at Ara's ridiculous actions.

"You swear me?" the girl was not happy. Karrel shrugged indifferently. Ara screeches.

"Someday I will make your handsome face turn ugly to the point that no woman will ever see you again." he muttered at length to himself but could be heard by Karrel. The man chuckled. Silly thing, her mind.

"I can hear you" he said with one hand holding Ara's chin forcing the girl to look up at him. Ara's eyes widened. Shit, why could he forget that the man was still around, he thought. He cursed his own stupidity. Karrel who was still next to him suddenly thought ignorant.

"There's a cockroach next to you" he told a lie. He knew Ara was a coward so he didn't want to waste a chance. However, the girl reflexively ran to her side while hugging her arms tightly.
