An Unwanted Marriage

An Unwanted Marriage
New Problem

Happy reading & ''Double

Sabina was really cold today and it was only the beginning that Gibran had felt excruciatingly tormented.

Gibran runs his car with a head full of Sabina. Even though his wife was so gentle yet so firm and firm with her principles. Gibran believes it will be difficult to regain Sabina's heart.

"Bina..," muttered Gibran as he turned the steering wheel of the car down the highway.

During the drive somehow how many times Gibran cussed and even honked with emotion. Sabina's change in attitude greatly affected her mood.

Still with the face bent Gibran entered the hospital where he worked. Not a single smile was engraved on his lips even though some people greeted.

"Gibran" said someone while gently patting his shoulder. He looked over and saw his father-in-law walking right behind him.

Gibran stops his steps and greets Sabina's father and then they walk together.

"You okay ? I noticed from earlier it looks like you're not excited."

"Hmm, okay. It's just that something's been thinking." Answer Gibran.

Where might he tell the father-in-law if his favorite child is silent at this time.

"Dad's got business here ?" Ask Gibran.

"Dad, want to do a routine medical check up. Oh, he's having a shareholder meeting tonight, you have to come."

"Sure, Dad." Answer Gibran.

"Well, I'll see you tonight." Said Sabina's father when they had to split up at the intersection of the hospital hallway.

Gibran just nodded his head in response.

"Mmm, how's my daughter Sabina doing ?" Ask his father-in-law and it stops Gibran.

"Sabina is fine." Gibran replied with a bad feeling.

"Oh, thank goodness. I'll go first."

"Good, Dad. I'll see you later." Gibran said and he continued his steps back to the practice room.

2 The sisters who became his assistants today stood up and welcomed his arrival but as before Gibran's face was again bent with an unfriendly look made the two sisters look at each other full of question marks.

In the afternoon, Gibran was preparing to return to the city of Jakarta because he had to attend a meeting at the hospital he worked.

All day long there was not a single message or incoming call from his wife Sabina. Though every day Sabina would contact him even though it was just a reminder to have lunch.

Gibran several times checked his phone and found the wife was online on social media even Sabina update status also posted some photos of plants that had been watered earlier this morning.

There was something different from Sabina, his wife never once posted anything that insinuated Gibran or complained about his status even though they were in trouble like now. It all seems fine.

Unlike the woman who was close to Gibran before that was Amanda.

Amanda would write status with scathing words to insinuate herself if they fought first.

"Build you again what ?" Type Gibran.

He read the sentence repeatedly before sending it. But Gibran deleted every letter he typed because he remembered that Sabina was not wanting to be disturbed by him. Gibran smiled wryly as he remembered that.

Elsewhere, Sabina sees in her messaging app if Gibran's name is writing a message. For a moment Sabina waited for what message Gibran would send to her but after a long time it turned out that there was not a single message that Gibran sent. Sabina immediately closed the application and put her phone on the nightstand. It's like she doesn't care about her husband Gibran anymore.

Gibran continued to look at the screen of the phone featuring Sabina with her large belly and smiling at the camera.

"Yes God... I miss you" muttered Gibran.

"Who's kangen ?" Ask Amanda who is now sitting right in front of him.

Gibran turned his gaze from the direction of his phone and looked at Amanda lazily.

"Well, you want to go home ? I just want to tell you the results of the examination from the obstetrician you recommended yesterday." Said Amanda while offering a piece of paper and a photo of the USG results.

"You can immediately consult with him do not need to come here again."

Gibran said, shifting back what Amanda gave him.

"Let's see first. The doctor said, I have a little problem." Force Amanda.

Gibran was forced to grab the paper and USG photo. His face changed instantly. He knew Amanda's check-up wasn't very good.

"Doctor Risa said what ?" Ask Gibran.

"Do you know what that means ?"

"My Placent covered the birth canal. That's what the doctor told me."

"Do you know the risk ?" Ask Gibran again.

"Blooding ?" Amanda asked back.

"Did you experience it while pregnant ?"

"Yes, but I think it's because of the syphilis I'm looking for." Answer Amanda.

"Is this the first time you've checked for content ?" Ask Gibran again.

"Yes" Amanda replied, bowing her head.

"What money did I give you, what did you use it for ?" Ask Gibran a little.

"For food and daily necessities." Answer Amanda.

"I told you I need Gibran's money, so let me work here."

"Can't Manda !" Reply Gibran growled.

"I was confused as to how, your friend who the doctor also said that I should not work too heavy because it would be harmful to my womb." Obviously Amanda and Gibran were scooping their faces in frustration.

Not yet the problem with Sabina was solved but now a new problem arises. The burden on Amanda is growing. Maybe it's best from the beginning that she didn't involve herself in Amanda's pregnancy and illness.

"Your mother is 30 weeks old and this is getting serious. You'd better get the baby's father involved in this."

"Taa... But.. Now you are the father," replied Amanda softly and Gibran dropped the USG photo he held in surprise.

"Don't joke Amanda !!! Don't make anyone think of this." Gibran said riled.

"Are you afraid Sabina thought you were her father?" Ask Amanda.

"Don't put Sabina in here." Threat Gibran.

"Oh so Sabina doesn't know if we get back in touch ?" Ask Amanda with a cheerful face.

"Sabina knows, and you should be ashamed that with her permission I can help you." Gibran replied a little bit of a lie.

"Did Sabina know about my pain ?" Ask Amanda worriedly.

"No," Gibran replied and a smile was engraved on Amanda's current face.

"Thank you Gibran, thank you for protecting me." Amanda said with sparkling eyes.

"I didn't do it because of you, don't be happy just yet. I didn't tell Sabina just because of my oath of office." Timpal Gibran and immediately make Amanda silenced.

"Manda, though, if you want to get close to me because of money then what you are doing is just a waste because even though I have a large stake in the Noble family hospital but all the proceeds I give to Sabina. So do my other financial resources now Sabina's the one who set them up." Gibran said with a sharp look in Amanda's eyes and made the woman sitting in front of him nervous for a moment.

"Mom.not because of that... Of course because I still have feelings of love for you" Amanda nervously quipped.

"Haha, yeah right." Gibran laughed mockingly. He doesn't believe Amanda's love for him.

"I'm serious Gibran" Amanda insisted.

"Yes, if because of 'love' then what you do is useless."

"Do you have no feelings for me anymore ? Am I not your first love?" Ask Amanda in frustration.

"I love Sabina, love her so much that it almost feels crazy." Gibran replied half-desperately given the current state of his household.

Amanda was silent when she heard what Gibran had just said, and the man before her could not be seen lying.

"I love Sabina so much. But this time I love a woman so deeply and so afraid of losing her." Gibran said solemnly.

"Did you love her more than you loved me a long time ago ?" Amanda asked as she swallowed her saliva.

"I told you... Just this time I fell in love with a woman so deeply that only Sabina was." Gibran said seriously.

"When you're down, it's just me and Sabina who are helping. If there wasn't me, you would have ended up on the streets. So please don't ruin my marriage with Sabina. So people don't be that sadistic." Gibran's speech was like a precise arrow hitting his target.

Amanda pervades all Gibran's true words. Suddenly his chest felt so tight.
