Still with his trembling hand he picked up the flat object from above the floor and immediately pressed the call button on Gibran.

"Tell me where, because I'll come right now" Andre said as the call connected.

On the other end of the phone Gibran answered his question briefly and clearly. Andre immediately ended the call and rushed into his room.

"What anxiety do I feel because of this ?" Andre asked in front of the mirror that reflected his own reflection.

Wanting to get an answer from his own question, Andre prepared to leave.

"Where are you going, Ndre ?" ask his mother

"I'll be out for a second, Ma."

"Remember you don't mess out there !" hardik the mother with a high voice.

"Yes, Ma. Just wanted to see a friend." replied Andre reasoned.

Time has shown at 4pm. It has been almost 2 hours from the birth of the baby but he and his mother are still not improving.

The rain began to fall and the thunderous sound of lightning made the atmosphere even more gloomy. Sabina was still glued to see Amanda's baby from the outside of the glass. His stomach moves weakly indicating that the tiny baby needs a heavy struggle just to breathe.

"Darling, you better rest. What if we go home to the clinic ?" ask Gibran.

Sabina shook her head slowly, she did not want to obey the words of her husband.

"Bina, you have to think of him as well." Gibran continued, pointing at Sabina's large belly.

"Will he be okay ?" sabina asked as she pointed at Amanda's baby with her eyes.

"Honestly, I don't know, honey. All beyond our ability. Pray that God will give Amanda the best way for her baby." replied Gibran, even he did not dare to tell the true condition of Amanda's baby. Gibran was afraid it would weigh on his wife's mind.

"I really don't like her mother because she hurt so much but seeing her baby's condition like that, I hope Amanda wakes up and takes care of it."

Gibran embraces Sabina's shoulder to get closer to her, trying to calm her. Sabina who is pregnant certainly has a more sensitive feeling to the baby.

"Let's find some food first. You and him must be hungry." Gibran again persuaded and this time Sabina complied.

The hands of the two intertwined as they walked together. Sabina is still with her thoughts about baby Amanda. Until he was not focused when 2 children ran towards him and hit him until Sabina's bag fell on the floor.

The mother immediately approached Sabina and apologized while helping Sabina take her bag from the floor.

"I'm sorry for my kids. They were very happy to run in the hallway until I had trouble chasing him" said the mother, pointing to 2 young boys who were toddlers.

"What's wrong, but you better be careful" said Gibran, who was worried about Sabina.

"I'm not pa-pa" answered Sabina and she looked at Gibran not to worry too much.

the two brothers' sons approached the mother and struggled spoiled as if nothing had happened.

"Let's apologize for the tantenya because it was accidentally bumped." persuaded the mother and both apologized with a typical lisp sound toddler makes Sabina anxious instantly.

After apologizing, the two children ran back and the mother chased after him as much as possible. Sabina smiled seeing him.

"I really like children" Sabina said.

"Me too, let's do a lot !" gibran said trying to comfort Sabina who looks sad.

"I want to be able to play like them." Sabina said as she continued to pay attention.

"It can be, our child is growing healthy in there. Don't think too much. Eat a lot so you and she are healthy." Gibran gently rubbed his wife's stomach affectionately and Sabina smiled at him.

But that was not what Sabina had in mind at the moment. Sabina thought of becoming a strong mother for her children later.

"Let's go, it looks like the rain has subsided. We can find food." take Gibran to Sabina who is still busy watching the two children who had hit her.

Gibran again took Sabina out of the hospital building.

At this moment the two stood on the terrace and spoke to each other. I don't know what they're talking about but Andre can see clearly if Gibran curls a lot of smiles on his face.

"Sabina is a kind and pleasant woman, of course Gibran will feel happy near her." Andre's inner self in his heart.

The wind that blew a little hard hit Sabina's long hair until it became irregular. Gibran deftly tidied his wife's hair, even he himself tied his hair. Afterwards, Gibran removed the sweater he was wearing and put it on Sabina. Andre could clearly see Sabina saying her thanks and Gibran even kissed the top of his wife's head.

"It turns out their intimacy is not only on TV" murmured Andre who now continues to look at the two from afar.

Andre did not expect that the 2 people he left exactly 1 year ago, are now a couple who love each other and look happy.

Exactly 1 year ago he and Amanda ran away together and betrayed their respective partners. Not only couples but they also betray their friends.

But look now, exactly one year later he and Amanda are back in ruins on the 2 people they betrayed first.

Andre and Amanda get nothing from the betrayal they committed other than the disease that is now lodged in his body and is not lost.

Satisfied enough to notice Andre getting out of his car and walking towards Sabina and Gibran were.

Gibran's shady eyes turned cold when he saw Andre walking over. Just reflexively he grabbed Sabina's hand in his hand as if giving the man a warning if Sabina was his.

"Honey, calm down." whispered Sabina softly. He felt Gibran's hand grip increasingly tightly squeezed his fingers.

Gibran turned his head to his wife and saw sabina's lips speak clearly. "All I love is you." His heart filled with anxiety now turned relieved. He nodded his head and returned his wife's smile.

Sorry, I'm late." said Andre when he arrived between Gibran and Sabina.

"Lo can enter the ICU room, Amanda is lying there" Gibran said in a cold voice while Sabina was silent.

Gibran also pulled Sabina's hand to follow his steps but Andre's words stopped him.

"Lo, where are you going ? Don't stay with me." said Andre with his face that now turned anxious mixed with fear.

Gibran and Sabina also looked at each other because of what Andre had just said.

"Lo just sit in the waiting chair, I'll eat first" replied Gibran while emphasizing the words wife and Andre's face turned flat instantly.

"You accompany him, fearing that he might flee in fear." whispered Sabina and Gibran, confirming what his wife had said.

"You're the same Rani, honey. Go home to the clinic and I'll be there."

Sabina nodded obediently and Gibran was happy to see her.

This is where the two of them, Gibran and Andre who are now sitting next to each other in the hospital aisle because Andre has not been able to decide to see whose condition first.

Both of them sat in silence, with their own thoughts. Gibran grabbed his phone from inside his pocket and played it.

Andre noticed the perfectly circular wedding ring on his friend's ring finger. Last year the ring was supposed to be coiled around his own finger.

But he remembered that the wedding ring he and Sabina had sent came with a circle number a level greater than the one in the message.

Andre smiled wryly, it seems that it is destiny if now the ring is so fitting on the ring finger of his best friend.

"Until when do you want to give me my wedding ring ?" gibran asked without taking his eyes off his phone screen.

"Lo's coming here for Amanda and her son. Don't forget that " said Gibran again with a cold tone of voice.
